1 star is too good for this new app. Not easy to navigate compared to the old app and to no longer be able to access the old app is extremely frustrating for multiple reasons. Time to change banks not that Suncorp will care!

Navigation is challenging and the bank requires security tokens for all of my transactions. Worst of all, payment descriptions are incredibly vague and use account numbers instead of names.

I'm forced to use this app which does not work. The old perfectly working app was decommissioned and now I cannot do banking unless I use a browser. This app has never worked properly, not intuitive, always logging off prematurely and infuriating to use. Now it doesn't work at all. Please bring back the old app, thanks.

Garbage app that's replacing one that worked perfectly. Can no longer log in, technical issues everytime I get to the email screen. Thanks for changing your app and ensuring that I can no longer access my personal accounts or banking on my phone anymore until this is fixed. Absolute failure of your IT team for rolling out this steaming pile.

It is great on my phone but will not add my bank account details to my insurance details. Not happy. All it says is call us. Not good enough Suncorp why should I have to call, why can't when I fill in my customer id and password can't the accounts just be added. Doesn't even tell me why I need to call - very not happy. Sorry

Never works when you need it to lort lort LORT trash app pathetic apparently my bank accounts do not exist this is an everyday thing for hours at a time . Can't load at certain times of the day . Worst app I have ever used in my life not even being dramatic and why is everyone saying the same complaint and no-one has fixed the issue . I am changing banks this has happened to many times now .

Does not work at all. Keep trying to set up only to be told there is a technical error and try again later. Suncorp you really need to fix this before retiring the current app which works perfectly well

This app is nowhere near as good as the previous version. Not as intuitive, looks outdated and overall a dog's breakfast. Bring back the old one!

An utter disgrace. The old app was fine and functional. The new one doesn't work at all - can't even login. I have never in my life seen such a total add pathetic technical failure from a bank. Other reviews have covered the many many failings of this new app. Suncorp must fix it immediately or I will leave as a customer.
