App became completely nonfunctional several days ago. Homepage spins and spins and spins and never loads. Can't click on anything. Cannot place am order or even browse. Tried reinstalling and still doesn't work. It's been nearly a week and I know I can't be the only person experiencing this. Very disappointed they haven't fixed it.

Received after 2 hours. So many items missing. Called customer service who said will call back n no one called. So many emails that could be replace by a call. Changing the time from 10-12 until 12 -2 without knowing or asking if it suitable or not. Many missing items that are available on the site. Poor service compare to before.

I used to only shop at TSC. Now the app is tuck frozen and loading for hours. I've had to switch to Lulu, which I don't prefer, but I need to eat and don't have time to grocery shop in person. Too bad. The bug needs fixing.

I wish i could give it 0 star.. its a bad app. Has so many bugs. Developed by non professional ppl and i think no one tested anything before deployment. Really bad experience. Most of the time the things are out of stock but its not mention on the app. And when we receive, things are not present. What rubbish is this?

Very bad services most of items unavailable and always more than 50% of items you choose changed or out of stock after you arrange delivery time and waiting for your items. Very bad experience .

Very bad service! They always deliver wrong item and the delivery man refused to accept the item once the items are paid in advance. Frozen foods are also delivered hot! I also once received correct item but the price in the receipt is 2x higher than the price indicated on the app.
