Free version: For me, this is not just by far the best workout app (after trying 10 or so), it is certainly one of my top 3 apps overall. I followed the plan for 1 year and made more progress than the 10 years where I didn't know what I was doing in the gym and trainers / YouTube videos were contradicting each other and making the workout process very complicated. This app and the workout program is very simple and easy to manage. Learn the form and you will see progress after 1 month or less.

I like it! Its super simple and easy to follow. I like that its a one touch entry for tracking your reps - theres no need for typing (unless you change a weight mid set). My only complaint is I would really like some kind of integration with Garmin Connect. I dont use Google Fit at all, and would much rather be able to track my overall fitness progress through Garmin Connect.

If you want to work out, but don't know where to start then this is the program to try. Videos are provided to show proper form, which is vital over speed. Do 5 sets of 5 work outs. 2 of the 3 alternate every other day: squats/overhead press/deadlift then squats/bench press/barbell rows. Adjust the weight and rep count by tapping on the numbers. Rest between 1:30-3 min depending on difficulty. You are your own limit; know what you can and can't do. Good luck!

I had been using the free version off and on for awhile. Finally got serious about working out so I upgraded to the paid version. Worth it. I always recommend this app to co-workers and friends looking to build muscle but don't know where to start. This will help you feel more comfortable in a gym and around weights if you're new to lifting.

Easy to use, easy to understand 👌 Aside from the program, the app is a great tool for working out. Absolutely no complaints, it does exactly what it's meant to do. The premium is definitely worth it, the warm-up feature and the ability to add assitance are game-changers :)

I love this app but I don't like that they went to a subscription model instead of buy it once and keep it for life. Annoying because my girl wanted to work out with me, but neither of us want to pay monthly for essentially a notebook and warm up calculator, so she can't use it.

This is a great app for anyone looking to get into/ get back into weightlifting. I saw some substantial gains in strength in the 3+ months that I used the program. The app works fine without spending a penny but premium features such as the plate calculator are really helpful, especially for beginner lifters.

Simple app, only one complaint, at least with the free version: if I fail a weight level enough times that it drops me back a weight level, it goes down to the nearest even 5# instead of calculating from where I was. With a 12# bar, that's annoying.

Paid for the upgrade... Worthless. Unable to add /update any of the workouts like my wife can on an iPhone. Working to fix or will be removing the app and getting a refund. After spending an hour rebooting my phone and re-installing the app I am done. Requesting a refund.
