    Apps is nice with lots of exercises but it has two problems. First, if you do the same amount of time the app always shows the same exercises. To have variety you need to increase the minutes of the stretch session. The other problem is that the app suddenly ends the session when using it, this have been happening for some time. It may happen when I almost finish the session or in the middle of it. Overall good app for stretching and far better than many others out there.

    I love this app it really helped me by doing the splits it deserves more than 5 stars because every application I try that says you can do the splits in 30 days (I tried them to see if they will work well they didn’t ) I would definitely recommend you to try this app
