Was there a recent update? The audio is somehow lower than it used to be. I was using this with Spotify every morning, my worship music and the workout voice used to be on the same audio level. As of this morning the workout voice is significantly lower than the music, so much so that I could barely hear the workout voice. Also the voice no longer tells you the next exercise between the exercises. It used to tell you during the rest period what was coming next. Please fix this back.

The timers at the main screen are incorrect. For example, a workout for 5 minutes takes 8, or for 7 takes 10. The rest timers are not included. As a mathematician, this bothers me a lot. After all, before a meeting, when I see I have exactly 5 minutes for stretching, I'd like to do the full workout, which takes 5 minutes. When it takes more, due to the rests between the exercises, you can imagine how I will come back to this app the next time. Please fix this to make the app more correct.

It was great until the latest update. Now when the initial count down has ended, it doesn't automatically start the workout. You have to look at how to do the exercise and then the countdown starts. Very annoying.

Finally have opened the app after having it installed a week or so, very busy. I'm a little taken aback at the fact that I'm limited to Saturday, Sunday or Monday as a week start. Some of us have odd schedules lives and my week starts in the middle of most. Please issue an update to choose the week start to any day. And I'm sure it affects the reminders for stretching. Thank you for looking.

I'm actually quite upset I have been using the app for around a year now but because of another terrible update it's so annoying to use. The constant count downs to start your stretch is a joke honestly why can't you have the option of removing the extra countdowns, gosh just stop updating the app you keep on making it worse, what the hell is this new voice? they sound half dead like they can't be bothered to stretch. Before the update I would of given 5 star but now it's slow and glitchy

Exercises explanations and the animation to show what your doing and how to do it are excellent but the timer doest work properly I stopped the timer to read the instructions and then it went at double speed for the rest of the workout

this is great! it makes my body losened up and relaxed! and i like how it counts down from 3 to 1. if its resting time and your like me and lose attention to whats going on, this is helpful bc it counts down!

Nice exercises, but with the latest update, language options have become a mess. You can't get anything else than an English voice, although you choose e.g. Dutch, so the instructions sound weird or even unintelligible.

Lots of options! I love that it sends me reminders to stretch as well because that's really easy to forget.

Good amount of beginner to medium options for developing a stretching routine. I've been happy with it over the last few weeks since I downloaded the app.

Awesome and really helpful

I have several fitness workout apps like this. All of the workout apps that have that red background SYNC TO GOOGLE FIT!! this is my go to app for stretches. Neck, leg, side, back FULL BODY. You name it they have it. And if you don't like or can't do their daily plans (i can't do sit ups or pushups due to injury) you can make your own plan and how long ypu want to do each one.

It is a bit dictator app does not allow you to skip exercise! For instance there are some exercises that are boring or actually giving pain and I want to skip but noooo I cannot they make agitation and I wait there 40secs to pass. Also the exercises are always the same nothing changes. Too much ads for such a simple app good for the developer but not for the user.

great. not just stretches. whole body workouts

It's a wonderful app with almoat all the stretching exercises possible. However, i have two issues for which I can't give it 5stars. One,the stretches should be done by number of times and not by minutes. Two, some of the instruction videos are not fully explained. And there should be a beginner, intermediate and expert class for the users to.

Hi, i have been using this app for 1month and i love it. But i am using also more of your apps (e.g. women fitness) and in this case it has the same morning/sleep workouts so i want to switch to use the women fitness. I don't want to lose my workout history so is there a way to save my reports/trainings from stretching and upload it to another of your apps?

Overall this is a pretty good app with some shortcomings. There are quite a few routines t choose from and the countdown timer is really helpful. You can edit the routines but for some reason cannot delete stretches, only reorder or replace them. There need to be more stretches added for creating your own routine. I bought the paid version and the removal of ads was worth it

Relief from pain love the app

Looks to be a bunch of generic stretches which is what I was looking for but once you start the routine there's this annoying music that plays. I guess it's supposed to be relaxing but it was the exact opposite for me at 12am, especially since I didn't see any option to turn it off. However there is an option to silence the voice assistant...

I love this app! Is there a way to edit the what you have done? I left my cell home for vacation & took my old cell with me, which does not have the app download & downloading the app wasn't an option in the mountains with no signal. I still did my exercises but I can't find a way to add them to the calendar on this app. Is there a way you can add an edit key? Thanks.

This is a wonderful app that guides ypu through stretching poses with timing. I have fibromyalgia and my PT asked me to stretch everyday and it got incredibly boring to time on my own. I found this app when i was flirting with the idea of developing my own customizable timer. There are a lot of customization. You can create your own training plan or change duration, rest, timer for existing exercises, and chose from existing training plans.

The only thing I'd love to see that isn't available on this app is the ability to side-by-side compare your progress with photos, privately at least. That'd make it 5 stars all day. But without that, still probably my favorite out of all I've used. Love that it syncs with Google Fit.

These apps are trash. The developer creates multiple fitness apps with different names only to provide the exact same content. Way to be misleading!! And ads are served constanly even when user is least likely to pay attention to them (during exercise breaks? Really? While i try to catch my breath im supposed to observe ads?)

I have been using the app for months. The latest update made it very annoing to use. The timer does not start and the trainer voice is missing.

I love this app! The 10 (or however many) exercises pass so quickly. I can invest however much energy I have whatever my fitness level.

Good content but once installed it drew a huge amount of power. So much it needed to be uninstalled. Why is there so much background usage for a reference app with timed prompts?

I would love to see a routine for digital artists or other people working at a desk. We can develop a lot of wrist problems. Stretchs for the hands, wrists and forearms would be great! Posture correction too. That and maybe a program to get to the point of doing the split or the bridge properly. Could be nice even if I am far from there yet haha. Overall, for now, I really like this app. I only wish for it to grow some more and add more exercices! 😊

It was bad-ish .. actully, it was horrible. An ad started to play before I even clicked on a stretch. They are really desperate. The voice was great and it told you information on how to improve on your stretches. But, there is a irritating bell that rung before and after the stretch. The voice was a bit too loud, but a few new features and fixes and it'll be better. In conclusion, I do not recommend the app. :)

it has really helped me get moving and imobilise after a spinal injury. i do the sttetching 3 times a week. (along with other fitness regime's). i find it helpful to track progress on what days i have done it. i have created my own exercise plan for head, neck, shoulder, core and spine. i like the coaching tips and the countdowns for rest periods. overall its the best fitness app i have tried. its free and easy to use. (i havent paid for any in app purchases). it gives me motivational reminders.

The app is very effective but due to adds becomes confusing. If you want to show add then make a section for it rather than showing in the middle of exercise

honestly the best free app I've ever downloaded. if i use it regularly it has real impact on my pain and stiffness and its a great reminder of how just 5 to 10 minutes means a lot.

-Shows how to do the exercise. -has a timer for how long the exercise must be hold. -Also includes various stretching exercise for Morning, sleep time, full body stretching...Neck and shoulders. It's very useful. Also good for Runners.

Honestly, you have made an amazing app, love this! A feature or two to include, if I may suggest, sometimes there is a physical limitation and certain stretches can't be done - if we could skip to the next one that would be great! Also history gives the total cal and total time for the set period of days. An everyday total would be nice too (have to manually add the time from the history list). Great voiceover, animation, timing of the workout plan! More power to you!

Very descriptive stretches, I like the reminder feature to let me know when to starch. I like the countdown and mid stretch hints on how to do them right. it also lets you choose what part of the body to focus on. Very good app! if they included 20, 30, 60, 90 min yoga plans, it would be the best app ever created!

I'm enjoying this stretching exercises app. I did not know it can link to Google Fit before downloading! It keep track of the day, the number of calories you burnt, and the time length of each session. You can do multiple sessions like morning stretch, full body stretch, bow-legged knee correction stretch, and it keeps track of each one(if you Sunday it to Google Fit) even if you do multiple in one day!
