    Before, it was really good but due to lack of space, I had to uninstall it. Now, I installed it again. When I opened the app, it was working good. I even entered my body report. But when I was about to start, the screen turned black but the coaching and counting still continue. I tried restarting & re-installing but nothing worked, still same. I don't think my phone is the problem because your other apps, Female Fitness-Workout and others, works just fine. Is there a solution you could suggest?

    Excellent programs for recovering from injuries!! Pretty severe shoulder injury (aside from sciatica, bulging disc and previous knee injuries) and these programs have increased my strength and flexibility quicker than my Physical Therapy sessions were. Free usage wasn't terrible, but can't argue with $20/year. Simple, affordable and very helpful. Also using 2 other apps from Leap Fitness Group. Equally excellent programs!

    WATCH OUT!! TRACKING!!! SPYING!!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! They made it almost impossible to edit your workout!!! The editing process is chunky instead of smooth. STAY ALERT!!! WHEN DEVELOPING APP THE LURE IS THE OBVIOUS, BUT UNDERLYING LAG OR ELIMINATION OF PROCESSES BEGINS THE DECENT. Why the change? You've added all these other workouts. Yet, the smoothness of editing is gone? I ALWAYS KNEW IT (They will erase any editing you do when updating. Greedy jerks!)

    This app is perfect for beginners. It has pictures, vocal explanations, and music. I've been doing the morning and before bed stretches for a few days and I feel so much better! It also has streaches for the full body, for parts of it, and for pain relief. It's just great!

    First time I've ever felt compelled to write a review. It's very professionally put together app with good instruction and supporting animations. Already recommended it to a few friends. One suggestion for branding would be to update the icon it doesn't do the quality of the application justice.

    This is the best app out there! It's minimalist at it's best. Has soothing music and the ability to add your own, you can control the time of a countdown as well as pause the work out. I love that the developers opted for a animated character instead of a real person.

    Everything I could ever need for free and ads are not obtrusive. If this app finds a way to cast this to a larger screen than my phone and kept the subscription the same price, I'd pay for it in a heartbeat.

    Amazing app. Even tells you about where you might go wrong and also suggests easier versions of exercises if the ones mentioned there are too difficult for you.

    I've been using this stretching app for almost 6 months now, and it's been really useful for stretching before a run or workout. Unfortunately though, over the past week the ads have gotten out of control. Used to be an ad before and after a session, but now they are in between every set. You can't even see what type of stretch is coming up, it's just an ad. I'm moving on to a different stretch app now. Was good while it lasted.

    I really like this app for stretching, been using it for about a week. Really like the ability to make my own workout and set the time for each exercise. Ads can be a pain but hey, it's Free app! One downside for me personally is that when I create my workout it doesn't show which areas of muscles I forget to work out. But overall I've been really enjoying it!

    Overall this is a great app. The biggest downside is their lack of stretches to choose from. IMO, their should be stretches that use straps or objects to aid in stretching like putting your leg on a bench to stretch your hamstrings. You won't find those here. They don't appear to be adding any either. I'm still hopeful they are planning to add additional stretches but until they do, I feel the app is lacking.

    Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!! There been days when I felt tired and lousy, didn't want to exercise but I had to push myself to follow the routine. When I did it for the first time by pushing myself I felt very light and felt happy that I pushed myself and did it. I refered it to my family members as well in abroad. They all are getting benefited too. Highly recommended!!!!! Good job guys👏👏👏👏

    Really enjoying this app. As someone who really isn't very flexible at all, I like that I can pick an area to focus on and do a short 2-3 minute workout. Currently doing the 14 day challenge and I do feel like I'm slowly seeing a slight improvement. You can't expect overnight miracles, but this app is simple enough that you're happy to keep pushing yourself daily.

    Ads Ads Ads and more Ads! I don't normally care about advertisements but this is extremely excessive and gets in the way far too much. Can't see what you're doing because of it and when you go to pause it to catch up, it puts up another add in front of it.

    I have been using this application for a year now. Does not ask for upgrade for anything. You can prepare your own training schedules or use the inbuilt daily routines. This application provides exercise schedules for many kinds of pain relief. Very effective and includes proper timing control. Play a very smooth background music too.

    Great app, I'm not good at exercising but have edited a couple of sessions so I like them and I do them. It's working, I'm doing them because they are just hard enough for me. Really recommend, not just for non exercisers like me, you can push yourself as much as you want.

    Good mixes of different stretches. The short sessions keep me motivated to do it every day and I frequently realize I needed it so much that I keep going past the 5-15 minutes once I've started. I like that there's a RoboLady who gives tips and insight to the stretches as you're holding them.

    Your other apps have different calorie burns for the same workout which do I believe. When I'm working out I need to know how many calories I burn, very disappointed and displeased, delegating the app until the producer can count calorie burn correctly.😡

    M/S and HD Warrior- Using this and 'Buttocks Workout' 90%of the time and by adding MapMyFitness, they helped me go from sedentary 265➡️190# over 2 years, SAFELY, and bloodtest so good I eliminated Cholesterol meds and cut my BP meds form 40mg to 5mg/day. Balance improved sothat I dont trip/faceplant weekly and been a year since i did! Started Yoga in Oct and after 1st class she says 'Wow, how long ya been doing Yoga?' 🤔... I showed her these Apps and she said it's ALL yoga! Well, 2 yrs then!

    are you seriously going to pop ads in the middle of my exercise?? each set the ad pops out at different times, sometimes during the workout sometimes after, you cant even turn it off! While i was supposed to see what next movements i should do, the ad pops out ON TOP of app still working, so i hear two voices on top of each other, the app explaining my exercise AND the ad!!! Exercises are great but how badly the advertising is being made it literally is killing my brain cells!!!

    Totally enjoying it so far, not bad for beginners if you know the proper breathing techniques and forms and are not bound by physical limitations like injuries, so for the average Joe. I do not pay for it so the free content is worth it. Not being able to use it in landscape mode is, in my personal opinion, not enjoyable. Otherwise, it really is pretty good.

    It wasn't the best. -First off, it has a billion adds. It showcases different exercises for you to do, then makes you watch a 30 second add to use them. It also shows you adds EVERYWHERE ELSE. If you're doing an exercise and you need to watch a instructional video, add. After you finish, add. When you're done exercising, add. They're just everywhere. -Second, it wasn't really what I was looking for. "Morning warmup" is about half exercises, not stretches. If you want to do only stretch, add.

    Best app ever! I started using this app a month ago and stretching hA improved a lot. There is a lot of other apps that go along with it!! I start using them a year ago no gym used no diet to speak of. I was 288, I now weigh 238.4, I also feel better. Exercises get harder the more you lose. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!!!!

    Free! You can use the template workouts, or create your own. Control your pace, how many reps, and how long you want to do each activity. I use them multiple times a day! They keep track of my burned calories based on my info, which takes out all the guesswork when youre keeping a log. They currently only have sync to google, but I can very easily record the data provided on my samsung health ap. Looking forward to updates and new features. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

    Absolute cancer interface. It's hard to find STRETCHING exercises in this app called STRETCHING, most of them are workouts. I find a course and it automatically plays voice and music. I pause the workout to mute it, only to see that this causes a different view to pop up from where I can't change sound settings. Meanwhile I get bombarded with ads. I start playback and turn off the sound. I missed the first exercise so I want to go back, which is not an option.

    This is one of the best apps i have used. Simple to use great range of stretches. I hear some of the moans on reviews and i really can't understand them! For a free app this had made my morning routine simple and effective. It's a great range of workout/stretches and after only a few weeks i can see the difference out has had on me.

    For a free app, this is great! The mechanical voice is a bit annoying, but everything else about the app is good - the combinations of exercises, the exercises themselves, how the timing works. There's a fair amount of advertising, but I'm willing to put up with that for the other features.

    I love the simplicity of this app. And the short work outs. I have a couch in the app but they arent talking a bunch and yelling just simplily giving each instruction and reason for the stretch each time. I find I am more motivated to do them since they are short durations. But I eould never do these in punlic as I am obese. But at home I CAN! Well Done! Thank you.

    This app helped me to regain my flexibility. I had a long period of time being sedentary due to illness, and this allowed me the opportunity to gradually improve my mobility and dexterity. It also is a great way to alleviate stress and anxiety. Regularly performing these exercises has greatly improved my quality of life. For a free app, this is really something.

    There is a painful, unbelievably loud, eardrum-shattering whistling sound after every exercise (stretch) that is both alarming and stressful, and no option to mute it. This isn't HIIT, this is stretching, there's no reason to have a piercing, blood-curdling whistle like that.

    The first two days were nice. But when I tried to use it today it kept playing a video add over the exercise so I couldn't see what to do. I couldn't exit the ad either unless I quit the exercise.

    This would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the MAJOR issue that, when creating your own routine, you can't select stretches that you know are in the preset routines. I love the dynamic frog pose and lying leg abduction, but I have to do them after I'm done with the app. Sort of makes it redundant.

    The provides multiples of exercises which aims to improve stretching and posture. They are absolutely useful. There is also audio which provides info on the exercise, its purpose and time remaining. I personally highly recommend for those who wants to fulfill their target on stretching.

    Suffering with tight hamstrings due to occupation. This app is brilliant for loosening my muscles in lower body and it helps me relax for bedtime, which for me is difficult, as I am constantly switched on and alert.

    Great stretches with breaks in between. You can switch out stretches and add or reduce the length of time of the stretch. It tracks your exercises and you are able to set reminders as well. Nice music to play during exercises with a verbal guide.

    I really like this app so far. Yes the ads can be annoying. However, after awhile I ignore them. There are great choices for different stretches and they are fast and easy to do. I am working my way through all the free stretches.
