Worse phone service provider.... Specially if you are using there international calling app, it seems like at least 2 times a month I have to call them because it is down and when you call customer service you can't understand any of them. I would not recommend straight talk to anyone unless you like throwing your money away. I would recommend to stop using, they're just taking your money and charging for a service that they cannot provide

We have an international call plan. It just to work well long time ago. Now from March of this year, every month they disconnect the service and i have to call them to fix it. In these moment i dont have service. I called them, they dont return call and they gave nit fix the problem yet. Like other review said It us really frustrated called them wvery month to fix the same problem and talked and explain your case to 4 or 5 representatives until someone can fix the problem.

This app is hit or miss. Right now it says i have 20 credits ($20) but 0 credits available so i can't call home to canada. It's done this before. Pretty unreliable. I'll probably just switch back to a pre paid long distance card. Ya it's a pain to have to dial the number on the card first but at least I'll be able to make a call.

Recurring issues that I lose calling on global card and spend excessive time with support. Today the international app bombed. Cannot register phone number. Downloaded 2.1.3 multiple times.

I like that it now has resent calls making it easier to call family in Mexico . The problem is that the system either says technical difficulties or when it automatically disconnects without ring through. Very frustrating when your paying for a service that doesn't work 3/4ths of the time.

Keep getting "this number is not a Straight Talk International customer" error message, but I do have the International $60 Plan. I have spoken with 5 Reps, no one can fix the problem. Been trying to use this service plan since Monday, June 07th 2021. Very Frustrating!

Doesn't see most of my address book: the contacts seem to be some small random subset of my actual Contacts as managed via Google Contacts. None of whom are the actual people I might want to call.

You really need to get this app fixed. it has worked for us on our S5, S6 and S7. All the sudden we get a Restrictions message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. Now Straight Talk is telling us we need to dial an access number. With the Working App, we ne er had to dial an access number. I have already talked to Support twice and don't want to call again. Just fix the app!!!
