game ok. customer service incredibly annoying. twice I have pointed out bugs. twice I have gotten condescending reply telling me I need to understand how the game works (I've played for 3 years level 97). then they sign off with an fu closing: Have a great day! Hopeless. Customer service non-existent. Can I give a zero rating? Another problem. Still no help from customer service. Game only wants your $. When problems occur no help at all.

Recently I purchased a bunch of Sapphires to update my Spirit Wardens to a 100% discount training time. I didn't get the 100% discount training time yet. I chatted with the support team and they said "We have analyzed the issue and don't see anything wrong." Don't spend any money on purchases of anything they won't honor the purchases you made. Update I just purchased 21,000 sapphires and I have not received any of the sapphires.

I can't load a saved game on a second device. I tried everything: chat bot, human chat and created a ticket, sent screenshot, sent my personal login details, forum, no one replayed! It's a shame because the game is ok but my primary device is on repair so I wanted to play the game on another device! And someday I'll replace my primary device so I won't be able to load my saved game anymore! If I could, I would leave ZERO star! Replay to Plarium: I'm tired of telling the same problems over and over while you guys keep on replaying with computer scripts. There is NO any ticket number, it's the chat bot Amelia displaying as "administrator". I got a human replay from a chat troll who asked if I still wanted help, I replayed and wasted again my time, still no solution! I complained in the forum, NO solution nor replay! When I try to login with the second device the system says that the account is already existing! Of course it's my account that I want to login from! You should give a direct e-mail contact and STOP trolling with computer scripts!!!!!!

Have played the game for 6 years now. Seems to me that the updates are sporadic, add little to the game and some have ruined much of the game play. Server 2 has been behind on battleground updates when all other servers receive them. Should not matter that not enough have completed the high levels as those particular players likely will never go higher in battlegrounds. Catacombs are the only reason I have stuck with the game...even the friends cultivated over time have quit game.

This is very interesting MMO strategy game. But please create new server for new players. Higher level players are always top in game. So, I request you to create a new server.

I have been playing for around 6 years now and all of a sudden I cannot access the game. Everytime I click on the game it freezes at the end of the load up and does nothing. It has been happening for almost 2 months now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changes.

Is a good game overall. Players have been able to compete without spending cash in the past. That, however, has been changing recently with more and more events that seem designed to require money be spent. I have seen many games fall into this pattern of catering only to the coiners and making the game gradually less appealing to others.

I played this game from last 1 year. I engage battleground but I can't received units in battleground all time. Now recently I engage level 150 battleground and I loss my all units.
