You know it's really a great app aside from the fact that every since I've owned it I can't go more that 2 days before I have some kind of bug where it doesn't recognize my purchase and it takes at least 30 minutes to get it straightened out. I've had the same issue with other apps in the past but this one by far the worst. If it weren't for that I'd place it in the top 10 apps on Google play. Maybe the top 5. I don't know of any other app that provides this service.

Highly recommended for privacy seekers Essentially places apps of your choosing into a 'box' so they can't roam around the internal storage of your phone-- something that should be built into your phone's OS imho. Nowadays with all these apps harvesting your data and turning you into a product; it's nice to be able to control what data they have access to. Have pictures or other documents that you want to stay out of the grubby hands of some capitalist? Well then this app is perfect for you đź‘Ť

Great app. Used it for nearly a year in trial mode. But I also wish it was not 6$. I would have bought it instantly for 3. I would have eventually bought it for 4. But at 6.. I just hope for a sale that never seems to come.

I like the app, but it constantly reverts to trial version, and even reinstalling Android doesn't fix it. EXTREMELY frustrating to the point of making it useless. Dev didn't respond to email. Edited to add: Then you need to start CHECKING your email.

Hope there will be some automation, such as if redirection for an app is recommended, it should simply do it and pop a notification, providing an option to undo.

EDIT: Neat idea under the disguise of a free app. I feel $6 for unlock is to much for a mobile app. I feel $1 Or $2, for a mobile app is about right. If you (not YOU you, the collective you) think your app is super special, $3-4. I feel $6 is too much, even for most mobile game. UPDATE TO ANSWER THE DEVELOPER: Ive also spent thousands of hours developing for android. All for free. So yes i believe mobile apps shouldnt break the 5.00 mark, and most definetly hover around free to a few bucks. Especially since most android development uses open source software to develop.....and is ment to run on (at its heart) open souce software. I feel charging over $5 for an Android app is a bit greedy, and ruins the spirit of the open source android community. iPhone community is vastly different, though. That's a closed source community. Free isn't really in their vocabulary. That's just how I feel, and I'm not alone. Its not personal at all.

Just be honest and make it a paid app. This is a bait and switch scheme, which is unethical. You can only isolate up to 3 apps "to make sure it works". This is pointless, given the refund policy, which lets you use a paid app and refund it if it doesn't work for you. On top of that, the dev can refund you even after that if needed. Disguising a paid app as a free app is dishonest, and unethical. Make it a paid app, and that would be fine. Also, this will be native in Android 11.

the Dev comment bout taking 1000hr & worth $6 :k look making an app takes time., Alot of it & patience & wall spackle. its not easy. But I can spend an hour on the sh*te# but it doesn't mean I made a golden turd. Telling people how long it took you and whining about the price or whatever just made me loose NE respect I might have had for u. U set the price, u knew what {and why} u were doing by making it desivingy a "free app" but still. Ok, fine. But then tocome argue & whine on here.. Wow.

I have been rooting and customizing phones since the samsung vibrant. Maybe because I am an old fool I simply can't grasp the use of this. How do I calculate what apps need isolation? Is there a companion app that shows the file structure? I am currently using icebox and island to separate and freeze most apps. Hmn I have had this installed for a month.

The app needs root, but many apps that needs root has the option to grant the permission over ADB... is that option available? What's the process to enable it? / Thanks for the response.
