    I like this app for the good audios, articles, diary and mood log. I appreciate that the logs are customizable, though I'm still learning how to use the features. There are so many options it's overwhelming at times. Ex: there is a list of healthy activities you can check off. But the things they refer to are not all ready to find, such as listening to a particular audio or reading a certain article in app. This could be solved by adding links where each is mentioned.

    This app has helped me so many times in calming me when panic strikes. Its as if Im sitting in the therapists office and she talking me through the entire attack. Wonderful self help tool and you choose if you want music or not, which I prefer not. It also has many different audios you can choose for your liking. I very highly recommend this app.

    Love this app's meditation audio files (MP3s are also available from the site directly). The educational info is extensive and well written. I wish I could figure how to create theme-based playlists to zone out listening upon waking and at bedtime till I've finally created the me I want to be. This is one of the best value-based apps in this category if not THE BEST. Other apps force pay walls before delivering value. This one first delivers value then allows for voluntary donations. Get it!

    I'm very grateful for this app and to its creators. I've been experiencing panic attacks almost daily and have been to the doctor multiple times. I live every day with a lump in my throat, tightness in my chest, and all the irrational fear that comes with anxiety. Yet, the moment I started using this app it helped control that anxiety and I feel a little bit more normal each day. In particular, the audio in the assistance section helps stop the attack when I feel one coming on.

    This is a great app to help you deal with an anxiety or panic attack in progress. For me it's helpful in dealing with an issue that anxiety has got in the way of accomplishing. So in the situation, when I start to feel the panic start to kick in, I can step away for a minute, listen to one of the many techniques to deal with the panic, calm down & resume my day. Highly recommend!!

    I use this app daily. In addition to informative articles, there are a variety of audios. I especially appreciate the one on anxiety attacks - I'm prone to them - and it works every time. In addition, there's also a cognituve diary/journal and you can have access to an online source as well. I highly recommend this app.

    Excellent app! Name is so much less than what it is. I can't get friends to try bc they don't have panic attacks, but it is a genuine Mindful Meditation & Meditation app which of course aids in panic attacks immensely but it is so much more. Perfectly structured for releasing serotonin, dopamine and other natural brain chemicals that fight stress & anxiety chemicals. Plus it teaches as an option for a Life Coach like me. It's like a mini instant vacation that we can go to at anytime anywhere. 💖

    I really like what this app has too offer. I have only used it twice sso far, and both times my emotional intensity went down. The second time it has stayed down. I'm just confused as how to use the app on the calendar date shown. But with help, I'll figure it out. You've done a super job putting together this app.
