    I have logged over 70 hours of meditation now. Still using this app and it's awesome programs get better every time. I like the tracking of meditations and mood. I also like the variety of themes voices and especially the different length options. I have also started meditating in the weekend. The short options makes it easier to have a moment to yourself in a life full of commitments.

    I love this app. The variety of meditations they have from body scans to gratitude to mindfulness to soothing sounds. There's always something to fit my needs in the moment. That said I do pay for the premium account. I have been paying for maybe 2 years now. My own complaint is I prefer the iOS version because they have an option to track your check-ins on a weekly calendar. I really enjoy seeing the ranges of moods I've gone from at check-in to after the meditation.

    What a great app and furthermore, what wonderful people designed it. I paid a year's subscription by mistake which isn't a great thing when you're unable to work. After contacting Customer Support to explain, I had a complete refund. Thank you from the bottom of my fluffy Scottish heart. I will now go and subscribe for a month. 👍💖💖💖

    I went to the play store and found the app in my library, just to leave a review. That's how much I like it. I've tried several meditation apps (headspace, insight, etc) but this one asks how I'm feeling physically, mentally and emotionally beforehand, then suggests meditations based on my responses while still giving the option to do self-guided. Then afterwards, it asks again how I am feeling and the response is usually different. Yes there are paid parts but it's not $$$ and the free rotates

    It used to be a great app, but now they charge for almost everything. All my favourite old tracks are now premium. And the subscription is just a bit pricey in my opinion. I think they could offer a few more free things, or let people pay to download certain bundles of tracks (I only use it for sleep) , but I'm tired of having to subscribe with a monthly fee to basically everything in my life now. Otherwise, excellent app and content.

    Really good app. Like a meditation session in your pocket. Love how it assesses your mood/feelings and recommends stuff. I would definitely recommend it to others, especially those with stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, or someone who just doesn't always have the perfect day.

    I love this app! I have used it for a long time and have recently purchased a subscription because it is so good! There are so many free tracks to listen to without going premium but it is my favourite app so really wanted to listen to all the tracks. It helps me relax and clear my mind wherever I am, on the train, at work and falling asleep at night. They have tracks of all different lengths so even if you have a busy schedule you always can fit a few minutes in to listen. Highly recommend!

    Edit: They've made improvements recently that I find make it easier to navigate and they've added a lot of content. They listened to feedback and made changes accordingly, I really appreciate that. Still not a use fan of subscription model but I understand the need for income.

    So far so good. They ask you how you're feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally before recommending some meditations to do. There is some content behind a pay wall, and depending on how I continue to like, I might consider unlocking it. Feeling relaxed at the moment even if I couldn't get my mind to shut down during the mindfulness exercise, hah.

    This was the first time I have ever benefitted from a mindfulness exercise! I believe it had to do with the instruction to notice the coolness and warmth of the air as I was taking my breaths. That seemed to give me a sensory focal point! Thank you!

    Superb app! I mainly use it for the plain meditation timer (which has a nice level of options to it) but the guided meditations are great too. It keeping track of my streak is a very important feature to me and keeps me motivated, though it would be even better if it could show you a history of your streaks rather than just your current and longest ones. Would highly recommend this app and as you can get it for free, there's nothing to lose if you don't like it!

    I found these exercises were helpful. A guided meditation when feeling somewhat lost. The voices were nice to listen to. Includes a timer for longer, quieter meditations. The upgrade has many sounds to sooth you but I felt they distracted me from my surroundings. Make sure you check out What To Expect in the beginners course... it will remind you along the way.

    So far so good. I've had the app hang during the check-in process a few times, which might be due to internet connection? The free content has been working for me and I try to use it daily. Superficially I choose this app because I liked the voice of the narrator for the free content. Also the design and flow of the app just seemed to work for me, compared to other leading meditation/mindfulness apps. I downloaded 4 or 5 different apps with free and paid content and found myself using this one.

    Purely incredible Great free content, but perfect when you get the full experience! I used it quite a bit a few years ago and it helped me in the darkest days. Now I feel going down in a spiral again and thankfully pull myself up to use what this app has to offer. Love it :) Definitelly the benifits comr when you are ok and want to grow, but happy it helps me get back on my feet when I need some extra help :)

    I loved this app until out of the blue they made all of my favorite meditations premium. It's pretty cheap but I still can't afford to pay for the membership. It's too bad you have to pay for mental wellness when insurance companies, big pharma, etc are already preventing people from getting the help they need. Would it kill you to have a 10+ minute meditation that I Don't have to pay for?

    I love using the meditation timer on this app. It has guided meditation as well as timed with different sounds, like the forest, rain and desert, etc. You can also choose the length of time of mediation and if you would other sounds. Some features unlock with more use or if you buy the subscription.

    Meditation is life changing, if only modestly so. Even if you think meditation is not for you, it is. Trust me. What you need is a no nonsense, non-BS approach to meditation and I assure you this is the app for it. The free app version is really all you need but I'm buying the premium version (literally right now,) simply because of how good this app is and how much I want to support it.

    I used to love this app. I had bought all of the meditations... But ever since they switched to a subscription, I lost all of the meditations I had already paid for. Doesn't seem to be a great way to reward loyalty. I'll be trying other services. I did like the emotional check in as someone who has a hard time identifying my own emotions sometimes. It's really disappointing because this app used to be great.

I find her voice peaceful than others. 1 star less for not adding the contact details of the person who is reciting the audio. I hope you will grant my wishes.     I find this app really useful on a day to day basis , I enjoy earning stickers too. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because a lot of the meditations are in app purchases so it can be restrictive if you don't want to spend a lot.

    SB&T helps me meditate. The mind exercises on the app are amazing. The exercises varies in length, so you can start small and improve over time. I sure feel a lot better after using it.

    I find the meditations very helpful. They start witj breathing and awareness of your own physicality, then move in to a common awareness.
