I love this app and service. I often travel alone and Uber drivers were scary and aggressive. My experience with G7 has always been that the drivers are on time, professional, and speak English reasonably well. I won't use any other app.

Great people, but doesn't give the exact price (like uber does) which is misleading and makes me hesitate to use it, due to lack of clarity and transparency. I'd be okay if they charged an extra euro for more clarity. (American living in France)

This app does not work when abroad and trying to book directly a pickup at CDG airport. You are redirected to a meet and greet website that does not work on a mobile phone.

When I added my credit card, the app charged me immediately 30€. When I booked a taxi in advance, it charged me 50€. The worst part was that it didn't tell me WHY. I contacted the service, but the lady simply hanged me up before I started to talk about my problem. The driver was not professional neither. We were waiting on time. But he looked angry as if we were late. The taxi was dirty and the driver put his own belongings on the front seat. Absolutely the worst app of all I have ever used.
