This game is terrible. It is designed to make you pay or get left behind. There are constant bugs, crashes, lagging issues, and there is no developer/support team to speak of. The problems are ignored while they keep expecting to get more money. Every update is full of problems and the game is boring when it is actually working properly. Don't waste your time on this game.

The game itself is actually really enjoyable, lots to do, explorer challenges, daily tasks, state warfare etc. My reservation is more to do with the fact that if your willing to spend the odd £5 (GBP) on a bundle its a little rubbish when you see what you get for it. Items need to be added, plasma cores especially as you can get 10 a day from daily tasks plus a few for fighting infected however if you need 375 to upgrade HQ it takes months. If you want us to spend money give us more value!

Atrocious support, just lip service with no desire for any semblance customer service. F2P (free to play) players have no chance - with every event they fall farther and farther behind with freebies being denied by ridiculous requirements. Every update causes the game to glitch and crash. Latest update has made it impossible to log in for over an hour now. If I could rate this game a zero (0), I would.

Great if you pay, not if you don't. I have never been in a game where so much spending goes on. If you are willing to spend a lot, you will dominate. If you want to play for free or spend nominally, I would recommend a different game. You will get left behind in a hurry and won't catch up. Also, there are constantly connection issues. I have spent a lot of money on this game and it is frustrating to constantly getting kicked out, game lagging or not even being able to get it. And CS unresponsive

I've been playing the game since the pandemic started. It's an addictive game and keeps you on your toes with ingame events. But it's getting increasingly hard to play against whales(spenders) vs F2P in events such as the 2nd Yr Anniversary Event. No F2P ever got in the leaderboard, on ALL events. We'll never get the skins if you don't pay. And don't get me started on the Lamborghini one, it's a hoax. They'll get the car via spenders. It really is a P2W game. a lot of players quit. Don't play!

this game has been a mess of bugs for a while now. if its not lag its the game crashing completely... all devs do is keep throwing events at players to get as much money from the player base as possible and fixing nothing... don't take my word for it though just check the state of survival discord to see for yourselves. its gotten to the point where players are trolling the bugs channel to vent their anger... would never recommend this game in the sorry state its in.

After playing this a while i have a few things that would make the game better. Making CC and SVS like reservoir raid with some changes to how many buildings you attack and hold to control the state. It would be much more intresting and the developers can reuse alot of the code behind RR. It would really sell the game better. If they wanted it to be a esport then they should move to that model.

The game crashes quite often and it is not unknown for you being logged out for no reason at least 6 or 7 times a day. The Support Team can be a bit condesending in their replies especially in relation to logging problems oftern sightening clearing cache, not having other apps open and switching wifif on/off and uninstalling and re-installing app. I sure they think the app is more stable than it actually is.

Decent game with lots of stuff to do, Update, I recently got an email saying they appreciate my comment but to give them more stars to help motivate them to do better? Really 4 wasnt enough, you only get 4 because the game is so bugged out its sad. Meme is being created about the loading screen of death, 4 is what u get unless the game state gets better. That should be some motivation for you!!

This is still a great game. BUT it's a little ridiculous on the pricing of things. First off who would buy a HQ skin for $15,000.. you read that right. It's not an exaggeration. If you don't buy a frame skin during the event which is 6.99 afterwards it costs $30 in there special little store they brought out. KG is a little ridiculous on pricing. Granted you don't have to spend money but still.
