    تحميل starzplay ستارزبلاي I activated a monthly subscription and have been using this app for nine days without problems and was hoping to keep doing so, it showed me a message saying my subscription is valid untill 22/04/2021. Today i am met with a message telling me to reactivate my account and when i do so it tells me i have no mobile balance when infact i do? I really liked this app and I am pretty upset now !!!

    The best streaming Content, I don't understand why there is a lot of ppl bashing this app, but to me this is best streaming app I ever used, specially regarding the content, and there support is very helpful. Keep it up starz play team. If I will ask for 1 thing then it will be updating the PlayStation app, I am really happy you have released 1 in PlayStation but a lot of bugs need fixing.

    The app has good shows, but it needs more features to be added like stop auto play next from setting, add profiles like Netflix or shahid that everyone can watch the same show with different progress, also it should save the preferences of the video quality The most important to stop auto play next if you just did this I would give you 5 stars

    I have subscribed via etisalat, I could access for 1 day, now it says add payment to continue, over there it says I will be charged from day 1, even though I got 6 months left. Already send a mail to customer support. Still no reply. Update 19th Feb. The team fixed it, now I can access. Thank you. Though as feedback it would be nice to have live chat, or some contact number, for certain issues.

    After you add your credit card to try the app for 7 day's they tell you that you can deactivate the trial at any time before the 7 days and thats not true ... I asked the support for help to deactivate my account so I delete the app and they never respond to me ..and they will charge you for the subscription anyway at the end of the 7 days ..

    Good content, the app has multiple bugs either on laptop or on the tv, skip intro and next episode button are not available most of the times also the subtitles do not work on multiple occasions, furthermore I always receive playback error messages and now I'm not able to watch my series since the play button isn't working. I sent multiple concerns trought the website but didn't receive any feedback.

    There is some good content available to watch, but the app only provides stereo sound (2.0), no surround sound, even when Chromecasting the latest movies/series. Pretty disappointing given almost all movies and series are made in at least 5.1 surround sound these days.

    I have subscribed for the free trail on the bases that they will NOTIFY me before they start charging me for the subscription, they did not notify me with the end of my FREE TRAIL and charged the subscription to my credit card without notifying me, although I have a purchase voucher that I was planning to use. This is unacceptable and if there was less than one star I would choose it

    Extreme unprofessional service and management, i used my free trial and deactivated after a few days for lack of substance and variety, to discover they withdrew a monthly subscription fee. When i emailed them immediately when they withdrew they said they couldnt refund and that i have to enjoy the monthly subscription.

    I got a 3 month free trial so I decided I try it out and it's not bad. The UI is very simple and easy to understand & navigate. My only problem is that most TV shows aren't up to date and are missing a season or two.

    The quality of video is low even with hi speed internet, also the skip entro not available all the time, and if you switching between two tvs you cannot continue watching it is not matching.

    Although it has a very big movie library,, it Keeps crashing i couldn't even see 1 movie without it getting crashed at least 10 times.. I only saw half of the movie.. I canceled my subscription.. Extremely not stable

    BAD...Every time I log in it gives a message that I am currently using an outdated version of the starzplay. I always have to uninstall and install again and log in. 4k videos are not 4k. I am cancelling my subscription.

    Hi my name is najash. I had sent an email to cancel my subcription and it still got reneweed. I had opted for google play but the fee is not yet deducted till now. I appreciate that fee not to be charged since my trial period is over and i dont want to continue. I am also not able to deactivate the account in my starz play app. Kindly ensure the account is deactivated since i wont be paying any fee.

    Scammers even after deactivating they take a transaction on your credit card and not for the monthly payment they try to debit any amount on your card and the support will say to prevent deactivating the service they renew for a week just to make any transaction scammers

    The app. is not functioning properly when casting to tv... I'm unsubscribing due that...i will be back once you have a better preforming app. Update: So i read that you have updated your app..     1. I cant choose the category i want to see such as (english, arabic, turkish) 2. A lot of problems with everytime i click back it takes me all the way back to home screen and i have to click the series and the season again. 3. Only 10 downloads are permitted and for 30 days only 😂 this is hilarious. 4. Everything there is so not up to date. 5. It keeps showing connection error but i watch it normally on another platform. 6.definetly going back to netflix. 7. I can't add another devices

    This app is terrible, i registered with my Du phone number and i just realized that i forgot to deactivate my account. I forgot my password for my account and when i try to change it, the app says there is no account with this phone number. How are you billing me monthly then?? Dumb App, dumb company Ps. I have received no response to my email, I just tried to register my phone number for a different account, it says the phone number is already in use with another account. DUMB!

    I'd give it zero stars if it was possible. Has anyone thought this app through? UX/UI leaves a lot to be desired. Whether you download this on your mobile or smart tv the experience is terrible. First of all why not give people the option to view your movie and TV series offering without having to sign up? I wouldn't want to sign up and provide my email or phone number if I don't like the service! Secondly, it's obvious that the majority of your positive reviews are paid for. That's sad!

    Guys, the app has a nice TV shows but you have to fix the issue with casting. Every episode I have to leave and close the app and try many ways to move to the next episode specially when I'm watching (the office) sometimes I press next them the app will take me to season 9 or 7 while I'm still in 2. Please check this out asap, otherwise it's waste of time to do that all the time

    It has decent collection but still limited the app it self not bad. I have one major issue with the app, it auto play next episode and there is no way to control it, if you are like my self who sometimes fall asleep while watching you will find your self couple seasons a head.

    Poor app. Everytime i open app its says no Internet connection or did'nt display thumnails of movies. I have to close it and then restart the app then its work. I have a good Internet connection and samsung galaxy s10+ cell phone.

    The TV app used to work fine until it didn't. It keeps loading but doesn't open. I tried everything. I reinstalled it. I updated my TV. I even unplugged the TV, still to no avail. The only thing I haven't tried yet is reseting my smart hub and I don't wanna do that coz I don't want to lose everything and who knows it still might not work. Not only this, but I can't play any item when I open the app from my tablet. Unlike the TV, the app opens on my tablet but I can't stream anything.

    The app is amazing and has some really good titles for series and for movies. But it has its flaws for example it does not play the next episode automatically. And the app does not update automatically on which episode was watched last. Some minor improvements and the app can compete with some of the best ones out there for a fraction of the price.

    The app is good but need some improvement: 1. Allow backward and forward for the videos by 10 seconds while casting. 2. When watching a series, the next episode should come automatically while casting. 3. Put Mylist category at the top of the home page. 4. While casting, there is no option to change in the video like subtitles, video quality, and episodes list. 5. Skip intro option in the videos. 6. Skip recap option in the videos. 7. Saving the audio and subtitles. 7. Add more Arabic stuff.

    Firstly, i would like to say that they have a pretty good selection of series that i have already been watching BUT unfortunately no new seasons were available. Like for ex. the Good Doctor, season 3 is already out but not in this app. Second, i do like the user interface, although i have noticed that to be able to watch next episode, you have to go back to the app and open the series once again. It somehow does not run on background when i cast. Next button wud be ideal. A lot more to improve.

    I love the content. However, I wish we could make multiple accounts since 5 people can use the app at the same time. I wish there was a "skip intro" option and "play next episode" before the credits end. Movie selection is kind of limited however the series content available is good. Most frustrating thing is that there is constantly and i mean CONSTANTLY "playback error" and the episode does not save where it stopped working, so I have to keep scrolling through the episode each time -_-

    The app without any active account took money from my card. My current account is a free one which Samsung provided. And still it takes payment. And to avoid giving it back they won't respond to the emails. Nice way of robbing guys The app crashes the minute you open it. It's high time they made the app as good as Netflix and Amazon Prime. And also for the smart TV. No forward or back button.

Won't let me watch anything on my free trial without a subscription, and won't even give me a different option to register.     This app is very nice stuff. It got a good collection of hit movies and serials in English. However I am rating this low because of its connectivity. I couldn't load it on Amazon Firestick TV. Screen mirroring doesn't work as well. They suggested one casting app, Airplay. That was not free and the app wants you to upgrade to premium from day one. I couldn't understand why STARZ PLAY still try not to expand their boundaries in connectivity. So it is not worth renewing my subscription.

    This app is great. Since I subscribed I enjoyed watching it. Some TV shows it doesn't have a complete seasons or new. It has subtitles but some movies it doesn't. There aren't new movies for example 2019. High resolution is supported in some movies and full screen but some are not. When try I download movie or TV show take time to download and it is failed and stopped downloading after half our. So need improvements to make a world a better place.

    Disappointed Honestly this is the worst streaming platform I've used even worse than free streaming app, keep buffering ,reduced quality , casting problem,the apps are poorly maintained.... They are not offering one month free .after one week they cut more than they claim 🤬🤬 In general I liked the contents but the mobile app and the Android tv app are simply catastrophic , you can inspire from other platform.     There is so many bugs with chromecast, sometimes the app just disconnects from the chrome, and now the translations are only showing half of the phrases of the far left of the screen and it cant be fixed. Update: thank you for the update especially for the chromecast, but the "next episode button" for the chromecast is not working and we need the automatic next episode feature.

    Unfortunately, it feels like a knockoff version of other streaming services. They had few good selected titles and the rest are the mediocre ones. Issues: - Unsynced subtitles both Arabic and English. - Some sections are fully not subtitled - Low quality interface - Loses my progress in TV shows - Skipping Intro function is not 100% - It pauses every time you move to the next episode. - Buffers a lot - High priced compared to the overall quality I'll not be continuing with this service.

    Just because you can detect that my country's second language is french doesn't mean that i love watching movies in french and the button in the menu where you get to choose your language doesn't really work and if that is meant for the interface move it to the settings, that's not the right place. Fix your user experience. Let the user choose the languages he wants and also your player isn't that good, I've seen better.

    I will cancel my subscription only because chromecast casting support. why should I click resume and select the language after each episode, that mean pick up my phone look for starzplay app click at least two button. that bad user experience. and form a programming stand point this is so easy to fix its not rocket science and add to that a lot of people want this feature. shame on you I really liked the content but I can not live through this.

    Very bad application and service, buffering every 5 seconds and stops playing with an error message to contact support, I contacted the support, they said it's an internet issue, knowing that i have a 8 Mbps dedicated, and I used also my 4G and still the same issue...Finally, they said that this is how their application works when I said that I was not having any issue with Netflix. Good luck Starzplay, I'm unistalling it 😁

    Really good choices of shows and movies I got on the app. But gigiving it 2 stars as there are so many things that are faulty in it. 1) it keeps disconnecting from TV. streaming device (chrome cast.) 2) there are no separate profiles profiles for different users. 3) episodes don't play back to back you have to choose which episode to what next after each one done. 4) audio and subtitle settings are reset each time you play a new video. And in general the app usually crashes 😥

    Good selection of tv shows and movies, however, the app is extremely unstable. I keep seeing an error once or twice during a tv episode and it is very annoying. This doesn't happen with apps like Netflix or Prime Video. I will likely not be renewing my subscription if it stays like this.

    Worst app, I have taken my monthly subscription because I liked the movies and shows they have but the user experience is terrible. I have below issues 1) I'll always get force stop or close app notification in the middle of streaming. 2) Some times when I try to download any episode it will hang and I'll not b able to download anything. 3) my downloads will be lost when I logout and login. 4) Even I tried to review from app but m not able to enter any feedback.     The streaming quality and shows are really good and entertaining. But the accessibility amd design of the website does not correlate with my other device. Video keeps buffering for no reason at night Wifi is fine I restarted the phone every other video players thats uses network except for Starzplay wvwrything is fine i don't know why it happens only at night.     It's ok 2 issues though; 1. If you're casting to Chromecast or Android tv, you don't get the cast button for shows in the "continue watching" list. So I'd have to look for my show again and find the episode I was in. 2. It doesn't have native Android TV support.
