Works sometimes, but very frequently crashes when looking at certain foods, will randomly close restaurants for orders while ordering, closes out your order when you are trying to place it, and so on. It used to work but now is very hard to use the app

Ordered something and it cancelled without telling me. By the time I was done with customer service the place 5 minutes away already throwed my food. Here is the funny thing: They weren't refunding me originally and just taking the money but CONTACTED the restaurant about my order via phone instead of me. This resulted in me missing my breakfast Talk about money laundering with food, do yourself a favor and never trust this app

Super fun to have the robot deliver. My only advice to the company is to extend the antenna. Will be ordering again soon!

Customer service refused to grant me a refund for items I didn't receive. They wanted a picture, but because the robot was so late delivering my food, I had to rush to eat it before my break was over. Second time something like this had happened. I won't be ordering through Statship anymore.

This app would be worth 5 stars if the push notifications about status updates caused a vibration. I've set it to vibrate in the Android notification settings but it still won't.
