Pre-update app was working great. Remembers your preferences and favourite locations, no constant logging on, and no issues getting into the system. QoL of the app has severely dropped with this new update. Your UI team needs to have a serious look at what went wrong, both frontend and backend

Why do I have to keep logging in every single time after I close the app? Where's the option to always logged in that's in the other version? Many have pointed out about the user experience of this app, clearly this current iteration of the app is worse than the previous version. 😑

App was working fine before update. After updating, there is a warning notice. Jailbroken/root privileges detect on device. Device will be block access to the app entirely. Pls advise on how to solve this issue as my note 20 is in original state with no 'jailbreak' done.

Something is very wrong. I reset my password sent to my email and yet i am unable to login using the email n password. Sent feedback to starbucks but no response. Very poor customer service.

Love the brand. Hate the new app update. If even bank apps allow screenshot function, don't see why the Starbucks app can't.

Doesn't let me either login or signup for a new account. Uninstalling, a free drink isn't worth a broken app.

After updating the app, the app is unable to open and it keeps prompting an error message that the device is rooted when it is not. Totally unable to use the app now. Please revert back to the previous version. The previous version is working so well.
