    it was hard registering cards, then it wont let me pool the amount in one card and after that i cant even use the app to pay for anything!! please fix the issue of the new app, i cant use the 1100 amount i loaded into the app via new cards!!!

    Your new update in your system is a mess!!! Tried to log in my account but it says that my password has EXPIRED, tried to access it thru reseting my password but it only says INVALID FORMAT. Hope you can fix this.

    I reloaded through the app on October 30 but it's been two weeks already and it still doesn't reflect on my card. I have emailed them last November 3 but they keep on telling me to wait. SERIOUSLY? Just remove the add money in the app if you can't fix it. Terrible app and customer service!!!

    Adding credit card details so we can easily add money doesn't work after inputting nick name. Find a store map keeps showing your GPS location so you can't use the map to visually explore stores around instead of going through the long list of store names. No option to sort by distance. Extraordinarily slow as of Nov 2 2021, account details not showing up.

    Starbucks is becoming a horrible experience. Last week I used my card instore and was charged twice for 1 transaction, took 5 days to fix. Now I reloaded in app, there was an error after payment but my account was deducted, the amount is not in my card. So annoying and frustrating.

    Hello! I really like your app! Some improvement request 1.) AS A customer I WANT TO tag my mobile app order as completed SO THAT my orders will be appropriately updated 2.) AS A customer I WANT TO view the exact picture location on where i can pick up or wait for my outdoor pick up order SO THAT we can give specific instructions to the person whom we asked to do the pick up. Thanks!

    No, customer service feature. In case your reload did not reflect on your SB card, there is no option or button for Report. You have to call the customer care service hotline which I tried numerous times before someone answered. Until now, they haven't resolved my uncredited load on my SB card.

    Im so disappointed with the app or even with the browser. I couldn't even registered my new card or have created new account!!! and the customer service is poor!! hoping for this to be fixed asap!!! A MULTI BILLIONAIRE COMPANY COULDN'T EVEN HAVE A GOOD PLATFORMS AND SYSTEM!!! 😠🤮🤮🤮

    Unable to add card for payment so I need to go to the store to top up my account which is too hassle since I could have done it thru app. Push notification does not reflect in the app's inbox. Please add remarks field also when ordering.
