I rarely use it, but any time I want to process a payment, it wants to update the reader. I close the update window, assuming it won't update, and it still starts the update, and the customer and myself are standing there waiting 10-15 minutes for the update to finish. At that point, I just want to throw the thing in the bush not to be found ever again. And by the way, why do you need my location to process a payment?

Square has been WONDERFUL for my business. I've had NO complaints up until recently. I just recieved a new chromebook to replace my tablet I've been using and was excited when I was easily able to download the app on it. I was not as excited when I began trying to connect my chip reader. I made sure before buying my chromebook that it had top notch bluetooth connection, assuming I'd have no issue. I learned that it's not available yet to be connected to chromebook. One big question. WHY NOT?!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service/response that I have received over the last 6 days about the Paid-In Paid-Out function not working. The update 5.26.1 is still not available in the Google Play Store for our restaurant to update our Galaxy tablets and every response I get from Square is in response to iPads. This is one of the busiest times of year for the restaurant and not being able to reconcile our cash drawers is a nightmare.

Edit: I see now that you can customize your tip amounts. A previous update had altered the pre selected tip amounts setting them too high Used to great, but recent update has changed the pre selected tip percentages too high and it's causing me to lose a bunch of money. Please change it back. A 25% minimum tip selection is too high. I'm losing nearly $100 a day because of this.

No communication Square just feels the need to hold your moneyhostage at the most inconvinent moments. It's like we are not running a business, but rather just joking with money. Great job Square! Shout out from a lost customer!

Magstrip Swipe reader will not work. Chip reader has trouble connecting and once it does, won't stay connected. They charge you more if you have to enter the card information by hand.

Not working properly since Monday, 11/11. I tried everything to get it work properly again but still every second payment would fail. I'm still waiting for support since 15/11/19

It's been great for 2 years. As of the last 4 weeks, it's been saying 'restore internet to take payments' upon opening 50% of the time, card readers disconnecting or unpairing themselves, and also saying there's no intermet to process card payments with. No other app on my phone - up to date S9 - has any issue whatsoever with connectivity when this happens. The recent updates have really ruined it's reliability, and that's really disappointing.

Card reader Usually works but has some issues. Their website connector is garbage. One of their updates broke it for woocommerce. No notification. Instead of backing out the code, they didn't fix it. We switched to Stripe. New rates are Very high. We will NOT be using square at our New cafe Dear Square - I just read your reply. Sorry but you guys knew that your update caused issues with WooCommerce. They were all over the Internet. Issues CAN happen. How you chose to deal with it was unacceptable. Rule #1 with Priority 1 Outages - ROLL BACK the update that caused it. Instead, you guys pushed out more updates, that did not fix it. We received NO NOTIFICATIONS from you about it. Our CUSTOMERS had to tell us it was broken. We spent hours trying to fix the outage that your updates caused. So - we moved to Stripe for eCommerce. We will not be back. This, combined with your Rate hikes, and Significant Drop in customer satisfaction this past year, is why we will not be using you as our POS with our new business. Many customers are reporting issues with Square of delayed or withheld revenue. Take a look at TrustPilot etc - we will not have our business held hostage by merchant services.

Ive used Square as my POS for a long time, but often when it updates I get frustrated with the changes. In a recent update the ability to create an item within a category dissapeared. I use categories to stay organized so this really threw things off for myself and my staff. The process to create an item takes more steps now as you have to manually select a category. I also liked it better when the reports came in alphabetical by category not by best selling. Overall still a great app.

The square blue tooth connection keeps dropping the connection to the phone and with many patients I have been unable to use it and have had to manually enter their information. If they made a direct connection to the note 10, I wouldn't even use the bluetoooth connection. Also the app keeps attempting to update and gets stuck at 19%. I cannot remove the app from the top of my phones screen and only way to get rid of it is to reset the phone. It wont update successfully.

It seems it only connects about 1 in 10 times. Have to use manual entry at a higher cost. Looking for something else to use.

I love this app! As a mobile locksmith it allows me to get paid pretty much anywhere I am. There is no comparison to the competition. They claim lower rates, but the added cost of equipment and software greatly outweighs the slightly lower rates that they charge. The Square Dashboard provides all the information that my CPA needs. And I don't need inventory software!

I really enjoy this app. Even after the fee changes we will be sticking with them. I believe it will slightly increase our fees but the overall product out weighs the change. I would like to see the app changed slightly so that you can easily switch between locations without signing out and back in again. We use the same tablets for different locations so this change would make it slightly more convenient.

Keep having to "Forget reader" and repair. Everytime there is an update (every couple days)! And while I appreciate you reaching out to me...YES I have done everything on your stupid website, but Everytime lately you send an update, I have to do it all again It takes too long to leave a client waiting so I end up using the magstripe single which costs me more. So...you email DID NOT HELP! 11/30/19. Still happening. Don't like having to make a client wait while I figure out how to make it work.

It's nearly impossible to get in touch with someone when I'm having a problem. you have to go online to their community support to find your member number. Also, I have to restart my device 4-5 times a day because it constantly says reader not ready, and I'm not going to enter manually just to spend more money. That's why I switched companies in the first place. Having to wait to restart almost every transaction takes away from my business.

I am unable to use the card reader and have tried many times to fix this...I can only use the manual transaction and it's a higher rate and charges a 2.5% fee for this and is so time consuming it's a real pain .I want to fix this but can't speak to an advisor on this and the trouble shooting help info doesn't help..Very bad. Customer service.

Totally useless, I updated my business name on the square dashboard but when I took a payment on the square app it showed the old business name! So I signed out of the app and tried to sign back in again and it just says I don't have access to any square pos for any location! It's time to change to a different company I think! I'd give this zero stars if I could!

You didn't fix anything, to top things off app randomly crashes when putting in a invoice, don't you do product test? Why did you change invoice entry screen, it makes it much more difficult and annoying to enter long invoices, bad change. Please change it back to the way it was, invoice title should be on first screen, i shouldn't have to go through edit menu just to give invoice a name, than hidden menu in top corner if I want to save as draft, this is not better and it's not user friendly.

Have used this app for a while now, had no issues w/ it. But now the rates are changing & the old card reader won't read chip cards. So I've been having to manually enter cards, which I don't understand why that costs so much more than a swiped card. My business isn't big enough to warrant spending $50-$60 on a chip reader. Very disappointed that like every other company this one also has to get greedier & make things harder for the little businesses.

This app works on Huawei P30 Pro, but the Reader for Contactless and Chip does not. If you plan on purchasing a reader, find the list of supported devices buried in their help/support section prior to purchasing. Edit: scoured the web to find this workaround for Huawei P30 Pro incompatibility: Go to Settings and in the search box type "his" without the quotes and turn off "Allow HiSuite to use HDB". Close out of Settings and try connecting to the reader again.

STAY CLEAR!!! This app is not safe for those who work as independent contractors in cash based industries. Customer service is virtually impossible to get in touch with. Issue still not resolved even though Square has responded to my review. UPDATE: Customer service was useless. Square cancelled my account and has held my final transactions hostage for 90 days. Could you imagine how inconvenient that would be? Receive a payout, and suddenly not be able to have access to your own money for 3 mo?

I have a newer Android phone and when I sign in, I'm told there is no internet connection, but there is. So I got a new reader, same problem. Tried all the suggested troubleshooting, same message. Even cleared my cache, did reboot same message, super frustrating.

I've used this app and reader for months. Yesterday I took a payment and this morning I was sent a email saying my account is under review. I contacted them they were not helpful at all besides telling me it randomly happens to people. So they froze my funds over 1000.00 and told me to wait multiple buisness days. They then send me a email stating I need to prove my company is legit plus show 3 bank statements and photo I'd plus tax id etc. I'm fed up with these people l. Good luck

The concept is great and I have used the card reader in the past. It apparently was not compatible with my phone so I went out and got a Samsung Galaxy 9 Plus. Guess what- card swiper will not work with this phone either.! Why can't the readers be compatible with up to date phones? I do not use the service much and hate to have to go pay $50 for a wireless reader.

I have used Square for 4 years and loved it. I've even gotten many other vendors to sign up on Square. I'm a small business with most transactions $10 or less. I've gone back over the past 12 months and used the new price comparison tool to compare the rate hike. This is adding 30% to 35% per month to my fees. That is a huge hike for my small business. I am now shoping around now for a new CC processor.

Square as a service is excellent. However, the app and the reader are very unreliable. I have contacted support many times and all I usually get is a turn it off and on again, or worse, your phone is not supported. The reader will often fall asleep minutes after a transaction and need to reconnect, taking time and annoying the customer. That is if it does reconnect. Often gets stuck in connecting, or reader not reader, or it looks connected but you never get a green light for a tap.

Yeah so I've been using square for a couple months. My business is new. Everything's been great, satisfied with the app, I've had dozens of transactions all ranging from about $30-$300. Then I get an email from square stating they're deactivating my account because my type of business is prohibited under section 3 of their payment terms and section 4 of their general terms. Whatever that means now I'm left unable to accept credit or debit cards. Thanks square!

Square worked great for the first 6 months. However, last week my account became under review for an unknown reason. I followed the instructions to "re-verify my account" but was unsuccessful. I couldn't get a person on the phone despite attempting and failing to receive a customer code and they still haven't responded to the 2 emails I sent (it's now been 4 days for one and 2 for the other) I've earned money that I cant access because of square.

Can't add stock. I was able to add inventory yesterday, but today i got error after error. Boo. I was happy until then. It also sucks that i can't add products to my website from this app. I hate having to go to my desktop to add items. It's a much longer process to take photos on my phone edit them, them syc them to my web account. Go to my desktop download the photos and then create the items. Instead of just creating the items on my phone where all my photos are.

Can be very difficult to connect to reader sometimes and will not work if developer mode is enabled on your phone. Because of my disability i require developer mode on to use some extra functions of the phone and its a nightmare to have to keep disabling it then restarting my phone just to process a payment then go through it all again to enable it again every time. Please fix this it is not a security issue so why not.This is the only card app I've used that will not work with developer mode on

I was told I couldn't use my app without any reason. This is the worst treatment that I've ever had in my life . I recieved a message tell me to look at the policy in section 11 and 12 and I did but the thing is that I was told that it was some fraudulent activity on my app which is is some bullcrap. I was just trying to see if I could switch bank accounts.

It is nice for an individual to be able to accept cards, however, it isn't so nice that so many banks and cards for depositing my income are unsupported. I have only mastercard and visa, which they say is what they support most, but even a visa debit card from a huge bank like Chase isn't supported.

I did love square and the easy of use... however now after every transaction I am having to force stop app and then reconnect because it states that I need to reconnect to wifi. I am not even connected to wifi, I am using my mobile data. Called in to figure out what I needed do. Walked through all the step and told I need a new chip reader. Bought one.... nope same problem. Please fix this problem, customers dont want to wait and I dont need the hassle.

Hi, I am already a user of square for almost 4months now, it is very indeed useful, but when I replaced my tablet with a Huawei MediaPad T3 7, screen layout is not the same with my previous tablet, the screen layout now is like when I am using my smart phone. I hope you can resolve this or have a setting which screen layout should be use a cross all devices no matter how big is the screen or resolution of the device. TIA. Update: My old and new tablet has the same screen resolution and dpi.

The concept is good... And its free which is s bonus... But while setting up the software... I run a couple of test sales to see how it worked...unfortunate there is no way to remove test transactions even if you are not yet in business..there isnt even a way to VOID the transaction.. There is only a way to refund.. This is bit behind the times.. Considering when using a checkout in the early 90s there was a void sale button? So.. Admins..how can you train someone to use it.. If you can not void

The update created too many screens and it's no longer efficient to invoice via the app. Previously we could just scroll down and enter info. Now we have to hit next and close out of several screens. It's too much for lots of invoicing.

I've been trying the past two days to get this to work and even downloaded it on another device and I still can't get it to work. I try to activate my account and it loads and loads and loads and then says that I have no internet connection which clearly I do.. I wouldn't even give it one star!!

Installed this app roughly 40 days ago. Requested to be sent thier card funds collected using app. Was able to easily collect funds into the app. But after 15 days no card recieved. Requested new card. 15 more days still no card. Not the first nor the second. Call and discover I can use cash app to collect funds as it is this companies app as well they just need to verify account 6 days go by. Unable to verify account. Try to use my own bank account that no one has a problem with, they dont rec

The customer service process has been horrible at best. I have purchased the Contactless Reader, for the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get help! I have tired the support community, youtube videos and went throughout the dashboard, I'm still getting the following message Card processing is not enable for your account. I have an event in 24 hours. Oh...the customer code I have been emailed does not work, I have not received response from my email sent.

Nothing but issues. Everytime the app updates, your account is deactivated. The card readers are left on your doorstep for porch pirates or never delivered. To talk to customer service, you have to have a code. What a hassle.

Zero customer service. My account was hacked, and no way to contact support without logging in...but the problem is I CAN'T LOG IN.

I'm trying to add photos of my items to make the check out process easier for me and quicker for my customers and after 1 successful effort all other attempts it keeps telling me that it is unable to upload the photo and it doesn't matter if I utilize the choose a photo option or take a photo option. The app has its latest update and my phone has plenty space so I'm not sure what's wrong with the app but I need it fixed asap. I have numerous events coming up.

The simple POS aspect of this app works great. I like the simplicity of checking people out, but that is where the good news stops. Apparently the developers aren't aware that a large portion of the small business population employs independent contractors and pays them commission. None of their apps support this. I'm so frustrated and am regreting the $1000 I shelled out for the pos system when I am still having to use shedul for my bookings and vagro for payments.

Square has the worst protection for the seller. They have all the information they need but allows the bank to make a decision on the transaction. Also the took their fee off top. When it was time for the refund... Square took the entire transaction from my account. So I had to pay back what square had already taken out aswell. SMH. NEVER AGAIN!!! SQUARE SUCKS!!

I love the Square Appointments app for scheduling, but this app is full of bugs. I ordered a contactless/chip reader for my clients and I constantly have to wrestle with it to connect. I have to forget the reader and reconnect it every single time I run a card. Not okay when my clients are standing there waiting for my equipment to work.

I absolutely love and use this app FAITHFULLY!!!! I send my invoices to my clients and I use it on the spot when clients need to pay for services. Best app ever!!! And it syncs with the computer as well.

I first got a square reader a few years ago, because I was attending book festivals, to sell my books and to gain new readers. Since then, I have now upgraded to the website, which has really helped me reach more customers with social media. I just used the invoice for the very first time, a few days ago. And it was very easy and convenient. Square makes me feel as if I really have a small business! I love how Square is available and adapting to the changes.

Its been very helpful and convenient for my customers and myself😊! I think you should send a free chip reader though, the past and future fees will more than justify it and it will make it more secure. Thanks, Randy V

Every 2-3 month's I'm ordering a new card reader. This is irritating. How much money do you make off of us already though swipes? On top of that you want to charge us for equipment every couple of months. Smh. Thumbs down from me. You guys are starting to get over on your customer base and I see it. Don't think it goes unnoticed by us. We're not stupid. Treat us right. You make enough of of us through swipes. You don't have to rip us off with fake system malfunctions each couple of months.

Very unreliable. Dislikes some banks, doesnt even recognize their cards. Others it doesnt accept tap, insert the chip reader and it tells me to tap. Then I try the magstripe reader and it tells me to insert chip reader. A constant circle. Completely frustrating and embarrassing as a business owner. Now on top of that the reader repeatedly disconnects from the Blue tooth in the middle of transactions. My reader is less than 6 months old. Very disappointing

The PIN pad keeps freezing, and the reader takes a long time to sync. This just started happening today. The app is up to date. Any trouble shooting tips? I'm now needing to seek bank transfers for today's payments.

Absolutely useless! Will not pair with our phones which it claims are rooted...... They aren't!

My experience has been mostly good.... I've recently been having trouble with transactions going thru saying I'm in offline mode when I am not. Updating now, hopefully that will take care of it.

Horrible! They "flagged" my account for my biggest client and sent me a form to send back saying it was for security reasons. The funny thing is that the charge cleared my clients bank account and they still held my money. If you are a small business trying to get started steer clear of Square!

**Update 5/14/19- After more time using this app, still REALLY great but needs tweeks! Vendors using app shouldn't have to consistently have LOCATION on to access products, inventory, customers etc.... Only if actually charging orders. I only want for a way to run "test" sales for new employees and a way to cancel transactions without having to go thru the whole refund process - other than that its TERRIFIC so far!

I like this app it's very useful. however they advertised a free card reader when I joined but when joining it never gave me the option to get it and I've never received one. I was dissapointed over that but the app itself is very good. They have since sent me my card reader ty square! Awesome app awesome service!

Love Square. Use it for my small business for about 5yrs now. They are continually updating to offer more and more to their clients, such as loans which are automatically deducted at a preset percentage, from your total sales. A very painless way to repay, and doesn't effect your credit report in anyway. Very user friendly app and company.

HELP ..we only use our Square Reader - once a year at Church bazaar Christmas Show.first weekend in November.. I tried it today ,,, RECEIVING THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE: Failed to load square point of sale ( TAP TO RETRY )... can't get it to download...IT FLASHES... LOADING SQUARE POINT of SALE - for half a second and goes back to MESSAGE ABOVE.... HELP.... do I need to UPDATE ?? Everything looks good in MY SETTINGS... THIS IS ON MY ANDROID PHONE - THAT WE HAVE USED THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS.. we did receive a NEW READER October 13, 2017.. so it is two years old.. but worked great then.. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP... NEVER MIND: IT IS NOW AN HOUR LATER...I JUST DOWNLOADED THE APP TO MY HUSBANDS PHONE... AND IT IS WORKING PERFECTLY.... WE DO LOVE SQUARE.... IT IS A WONDERFUL APP... Almost perfect setup, I can't assign an item to multiple catagories there's services that are the exact same service price but I have re recreate it's own item and the price won't get updated 9n the other catagory and it will be the old price and makes it harder for me to use. Also would be nice to add fixed price to tax so if we wanted to charge a card Processing fee equivalent to that of the square card Processing fee that we can we were able to do that before the whole 10¢ change.

I have been unable to access the internal information on my square app I can log in but can't get to any of the information. I have tried multiple times for the last week to go get ahold of somebody in customer service to help me out. They have no way to get in touch with them and they will not get back to you! I hate this app! Absolutely zero no customer support at all it's ruining my business! Do not use this app! If anybody is out therethat can help me get to them in a live human being great

I HATE THIS APP. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Getting the money into square is easy.. Getting it out is not. They randomly froze my deposits because they dont like my item description. Its my business... I call stuff what I want not what you want. Embarassing to have to refund payment and collect it again through another source. It locked up my income and tied up customers credit....ruined a persons vacation plans and made me look unprofessional. Its going to take 2wks to get paid now. Dont use.

Terrible customer service, unreliable and inconsistent reader that sometimes accepts a card and sometimes doesn't, regardless or card type or banking institution. Costing me money and clients, not dependable. Have tried many different troubleshooting methods and contacted support numerous times (only available via e-mail...) but this is an ongoing issue with no resolution. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Price change is a big deal for small transactions! Square just changed their price from 2.75% to 2.6% + .10 per swipe, this adds close to $1,000 a year in processing fees to my business! I run a coffee shop where most transactions are under $10..that's why square made so much sense for us, a flat 2.75% is much more tolerable than a per swipe fee. I enjoy squares features but must decide between paypal here which is 2.7% and NO per swipe fee and $1,000 per year in extra fees.

There was a recent update so we can use debit and credit cards with a pin for over 100.00 ....mine obviously did NOT update...had customers using at other vendors but I was unable to do so I have found no where to fix this issue .

Love this app and all the features. I just found inventory! Woot! My only problem is I want to offer bundled items for a lower price and the inventory does not recognize the bundle.

This app was very helpful for the last 6 months. In the last 2 weeks I have been having trouble with it. Its says try again. I'm going to have to find something more reliable,it slows business down.

This was so easy to use and to navigate! Yesterday was my first time putting the app and equipment to work and it was so smooth that the customers were impressed! The fee is completely okay with me and so reasonable that I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you!

Tried to do a cash sale, an extra item was in checkout, did not notice. Was not able to back out of the transaction, completed the transaction and did a refund. The inventory is now lost, looks like will have to renew listing.

Signed up so I could do the occassional credit card transaction for my flooring business. First transaction they suspended my account and held my funds with no explanation. I recieved a bizarre email saying they were going to hold my funds for 90 days and then release the funds to me in February of 2020??? This is absolutely awful service. No explanation, no support. Don't do business with these people until they explain themselves and display greater transparency with regards to their policies

Worked well for the first few months but now it will only let me too manual enteries which is costing me a lot more in fees and it makes every transaction slow and inconvenient. I seriously considering ditching the square and getting a machine from the bank

You think its will be complicated because of everything it can do, or too simple because of the small ads for their other versions, but it's actually awesome and they walk you through everything!

It's a great little thing. Took us a little while to get it up and running but that was more telstra than anything. We bought it a phone of its own because we run a tour group and have lots of calls that were interuting. So all up $19.00 on the square and 200.00 on a phone. A bargain

Absolutely Useless app, DO NOT DOWNLOAD! I downloaded this app for my business and my very first customer paid with a credit card and entered it manually and they did not accept the payment they just made me refund them and said I needed to use the card swiper. Soooo I drove and got the chip reader then had to drive an hour to a customer's house just to get told my square account needs me to fill out paper and gave them ALOT of very personal info, the next d09 ay they declined me a second time

I wasn't happy with a few things however Square seems to have corrected the issues. Despite a very rude manager I'd recommend this item for small business. As a stylist, it's transportable and easy to use since the latest update... even here in Canada! Keep moving forward... 👍

Been using this app for years but it's getting very frustrating. I often have to close the app and open it again to make it work which is inconvenient in the middle of a transaction

Square app is super I love Square it does everything we needed to do sends invoices collects invoices automatically on the next scheduled payment date I'm really handy and really easy to use love Square to death and I have used quite a few other merchant services in square is by far hands-down the best!

Cant pair to blue tooth. Thanks for getting back to me...the pairing problem was with my phone which is okay with other devices...and the phone could see my device but failed to pair. I turned my phone off then on sgain and it now pairs... so go figure!

Great for processing money. I hate how the menus display numbers of useless new items or notices EVERY WEEK. Come on Square, send me an email if you want to tell me something. Don't distract me fro my work

Square is very easy to use and we love the Square stand. One of the best things is being able to look through historical sales to help predict how much food is needed during different seasons. Square has definitely played a part in our success.

Do not like that You changed the app so we can no longer enter credit cards manually on the tablet. Have to go online and use the virtual terminal. It's added steps that are very inconvenient and aggravating. Will need to research other options

Like the quickness but I get notifications of customers they have done a purchase from me then I get notifications of other purchases that they have made from other companies and I believe that that should be quickly taken care of cuz the people are getting their privacy invaded by sending me these notifications of their other purchases

It is ok if you do not ever have a issue. We do over 10,000 a month through square. We had a crazy customer buy a piece of furniture keep it and they wanted to bring it back but they never brought it and done a claim on square which then they held 700$ for 2 months and give her money back and told me id have to get a police report and take care of it on my own. The very worst customer service and we are switching to another card machine after 6 years. To risky for us to continue

Very frustrating app often dropping out and very slow to reconnect. I probably lose $50 of sales everyday as customers will not wait. Other square users tell me they too experience the same issues.

I absolutly love this app, but am seriously dissapointed in the connection between this and the appointment app. I accidentally used the wrong email to set up appointments app and now cannot delete that wrong account its so frustrating..

It's a great app with fast deposits! Quick and simple... I do wish they had a screen lock after you set the amount, so you don't accidentally change the amount before swiping the card, always have to double check.

Tried to return the card reader. But all links on the site are broken. Can't load return form. Can't even contact support as this link is also broken. Have to go now through my bank.

They charge instant deposit fees but hold the payment for three days from Friday til Monday if I want instant deposit it says they are having problems customer support is non existent and even when your bank account is already verified they say your bank doesn't accept the deposits when the same card has been used dozens of times before complete mess stay away from it

Frustrating when the reader doesn't connect. Rarely but it does happen. And it's never clear why. It would be great if it just flashed on your screen the exact reason/reasons

Brilliant to use for my business OzTables. Only issue is sometimes takes up to 15 seconds to establish a secure connection.

It has no space for inserting credit or debt card number and to charge money from customers. I only use is chipping. I need this app to show me alternative way. Thank you

Really like it now that I can set prices per pound! And I like the invoice application that goes with it. Need to check about printing or downloading the price lists....that would be helpful.

Always a good experience when I use Square. If I have no cell/internet service, it automatically goes off line so I can continue to charge cards.

Easy to use. We've used Square for 6 years and it's been consistently dependable.

I recently tried to send money to myself using this app,the entire process was a nightmare. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my own money back. Customer service was rude and very unhelpful.

Updates almost daily, honestly rediuclous! Also every time you get disconnected and reconnect from chip reader, the app looks for updates for few mintues for the reader until it is finally ready. Very frustrating for me and customers.
