I've had this app installed for about a month now with no issues, UNTIL I'm unable to open the app at all, instead i get an error message stating "the app isnt responding" with an option to close or leave feedback, I've done both. Being unable to access this app makes it impossible for me to access my money! How can this be resolved and what is the issue? I've checked for updates and I already have the latest version of the app installed, version dated Nov 11 2019.

I would have really given this app five stars, but now that isn't the case. Whatever "fix" you did to the app made certain that it crashes the moment I try to open it. If the crashes occurred at any time that isn't now, I would have given 3 stars instead. However, given that I made multiple error reports only for there to be no solution (especially given the fact that my mother ran the risk of arriving late to work), you can picture my frustration when I tried to cashout $10 so I uber her.

I have been using cash app for quite some time, and have always been pleased with it. Until now. After attempting to make transactions thru an online website using the cash app, I was declined. I found the root of the issue being the website itself not taking "prepaid cards". I thought no biggie, I'll just move the funds back to my main home bank. Moments later, after looking into my bank statements, it's saying that CashApp itself, as a point of sale has charged and taken the money. $113

The app was working good for about a month. Come time to have a direct deposit to the acct I havent got my direct deposit. On top of that I can't access the app to check or do anything because the app keeps on force closing and saying app is not responding. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still doing the same thing. even tried it on a different device still the same problem. I'm at a dam loss on what to do!!! The website isn't very helpful either.

Verification doesn't work, it's a runaround to scrape all your personal info! First they ask for your SSN. Then, later they want your bank account number. Then that's still not enough, so they ask you to allow access to all your phone contacts. Such BS. Without verification, you can't do anything with this POS. PLUS cash app ACTS like you can send money, but when you try to send it, it rejects your payment, which is extremely dishonest and scammy!

Keeps closing. I just downloaded the app and entered my friend's code to get us each $5 and now it won't stay open. I click on it and it closes quickly before I even see the screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still does it. I even restarted my phone and no change to the issue. **Update** it's working now so not sure what the issue was but not a good thing to happen when someone first downloads the app.

I will start with the positive...I have enjoyed using the app for several years. It is very convenient to send/receive money because of its popularity and growth. The Bad. ..... Hate new look. Like absolutely. Been using the app since it first started. Been enjoying it. But since I did the most recent update.... I've hated my experience. I believe it is more difficult to navigate. Consider revision of the UI. And please fix the "search transactions" part of the app. It has never worked.

Though this app is sleek and has been useful in exchanging funds, getting help with customer service is nearly impossible. My debit card was stolen, and when I reinstalled the cash app, I was asked for my old debit card number which I had no access to. This apparently is the only way to verify your identity. I have been unable to reach support despite multiple attempts online, unfortunately there is no call in option. I have yet to resolve this issue and have money in an account I cannot reach.

Everything was going fine until they canceled my account with no explanation and said it was "final". It seems I'm not the only one. they've been making it extremely hard for fellow cash app users to, like me send or receive money from friends for simple things like gas or food. Or for others, rent. It's, quick and easy but NOT a long term app.

Cash app has been great up until recently. I generally use it as a way to budget my funds for the week after I get paid and it works great. Here in the last couple weeks however I've ran into multiple issues. I used to be able to specify a dollar amount I want to add to my account but that's been changed to only being able to add set specific dollar amounts that are either way more or way less than I need. Also the app keeps crashing and won't load up the full way.

Love Cash App and use it all the time. However, as of 11/22/2019, it crashes every time I open it on my LG Stylo 4. I've tried troubleshooting to no avail. Please fix and update soon. «EDIT» After doing a little research online, apparently there is some sort of outage and several other users are also experiencing crashes. Hopefully this all isn't due to some sort of breach—something which has become increasingly commonplace nowadays.

Installed, worked fine for a bit. Now whenever I go to open it, it just shuts off and stops working completely. I uninstalled and reinstalled to be sure. It went through the code verification just fine no problems but the MOMENT it shifted to the main page of the app, instantly quit working and booted me out again. I still have some money on there that I would very much so like to remove before I delete this app if it's going to be this buggy but I cannot remove the money, highly agitating.

Cashapp is really useful, one time I was in the grocery store and got to the check out and realized after all my groceries were rang up that I had no money. Left my bank card, so I did a quick add money, and instantly had the money on my cash app card. Didn't even hold up the line. Unfortunately as of this morning my apo isn't opening. I click to open it and it closes right back. Please fix this, I restarted my phone and it didn't help.

I love using this app. My roommates send me their portion of rent every month using this app. the ease, convenience of use is definitely something to be admired. today I have been attempting to open the app to transfer my rent money to my bank account so I can actually pay rent. The app crashes every. single. time. this is wholly unacceptable and refuse to rate any higher until this is fixed.

I've had the cash app for years. Way back when it started I'd use it between me and my immediate family members. I got all of them to use it too. Flash forward to today when they randomly decided to close my account. I tried contacting "customer service " via email and was sent an automated message basically saying we closed your account but can't give you an actual reason why through email because it's not safe. And they don't have a phone number so that I can actually speak to

I used to love this app. It makes it easy to keep track of my spending & stick to a limit. Also, sending & receiving money is super easy as well! However, if it can stop crashing after a quarter of a second of being open then I'd give it the 5 stars it USED to deserve. For every day I can't use it this app will lose a star from me. If it's at one star for a week I'll be deleting the app, shutting down my account & demanding the money that IS in it back. & that better not take several days either

The app has been amazing so far. However some bugs every now and again where you're not able to open the app or it would say funds not transferred or declined. I wish it now could do direct deposit which would be great so that I don't always have to add money to the card. I really enjoy cash app great inconvenient awesome job keep up the good work.

It lets me put in my phone number to sign in, then crashes once I get in. I don't understand it, and I hope I can get it fixed by the time I get my card 😒

Keeps shutting down. I have uninstalled it and put it back and it will not let me in at all. I'm in the middle of an emergency and for this to happen. Also the app does duplicate runs on your transfers that messes up your account. My bank and I went through this a few weeks ago. I sent cash. It posted and then it tried to go through again and I was not aware not authorized it. This is so crazy

Your App keeps crashing. I dont know whats going on but ive been using it for a very long time now. And when I've tried to use it today, it keep crashing when I launch it. Ive cleared cache I've uninstalled and installed the App in my phone. Ive turned my phone off then back on. Nothing works!! Why would the app keep crashing what is the issue.

I debated on leaving 3 or 4 stars... I went with 4 because after using this for several years, after the recent update, so far the only issue is that I can't add a custom amount when I add cash from my bank. It's only the slide thing... I used to he able to tap on the big number and type in how much I wanted to add. Hope this gets fixed soon. I hate having random leftover amounts after every purchase.

I want to say 5 stars. But... By far the best part about this app is the stock trading platform. The only thing I wish was different is I wish the numbers on each stock you own flash green or red as the tickers moved. Or a bar next to each one or something. Instead of looking at numbers and finding out if you purchased more or less stock then the number currently showing. Doing a math is Annoying. It's the only platform you have to.

This app is super convenient for sending and receiving money to and from people. Hook up your debit card to the app and you're good to go. What really sold me on it, though, was that it has the same security rating as PayPal. Makes me feel like my money is secure. I had a previous issue with Cash App where it would crash every time I opened it, but it seems to be fixed now. Kudos to Square for fixing this!

Been using this app for years, now there's suddenly 2 problems. First, they took away the ability to add a customized dollar amount to your account and only offer a sliding bar that operates at $1, $2, $5, $10, and so on. Next, the app keeps crashing every time I open it for the past day. What ridiculous problems.

It's a great app to use and very convenient when needing to send or receive money however, it has some sort of glitch where every now and then I will go to open it and it will immediately close back out not allow me to access it at all. This morning has been the longest time glitching. It's been 3 hours and I still can't get in.

It was a good app but now it keeps stopping and wont let me send money. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work. I use to love this app. A couple of days ago I tried to open the app but it would force close. Now that it's working, I attempted to add money but it doesn't allow you type in the amount you want to add. Customer Service told me you can. I unistalled and installed it again and still the same issue. The app will NOT allow you to type in the amount you want to add. I have read other reviews, and others are having the same issue. I didn't have these issues before the latest update. PLEASE FIX IT

It's worked so far for what I've needed definitely. Bad thing is it takes too long to receive money, it's immediate but charges a fee to get it more immediate like today immediately , for that 3 stars .The updates every week are getting old as well! nothing special is happening! I wish there were5so many updates. Updates ruin apps they rarely fix them .

Best mobile "banking" and money transfer app I know. Free options for everything. Reporting my card missing + ordering a new one took 12 seconds. Free transfers to friends. Free to load money onto app/card. I believe there is a fee for cash withdrawal but since you can freely transfer money to your regular bank account, this isn't an issue. Love it!

The fact that you cannot call and actually speak to a live agent, not even through love chat is freaken ridiculous! I had issues accessing my account and the only way to contact support was to make a whole new account, then I had to order a whole me card, wait for it and while I was waiting the other card wasn't working. Money was deposited into my account, I have the screenshot of the direct deposits and the money is nowhere to be found. I keep trying to talk to someone and no one will respond.

Was OK until one day I couldn't access and had money on it. CashApp, don't make this about me!!! I noticed while reading reviews that THIS IS REGULAR!!! I agree with others. My account was closed for NO REASON!!! I have been having to reach out to your team and noone has transferred my money back. Until then, I will alert everyone who uses your app to go through Venmo instead because this is crazy.

The convenience of transferring money is great. However, I tried to send a friend some money and the transfer is still pending,which I tried to cancel the transfer and couldn't. So I logged out to see if that made a difference but I can't even log back in using the same cash app name. I don't even see the option to use the same name. I'm having to create a new name,which is frustrating. You need to be able to log back in without these issues unless I'm doing something wrong.

1. Customer service is atrocious. More often than not my specific questions have been ignored and I've gotten pre-fabricated responses that don't pertain to the issues at all. 2. The cash-back boosts continue to become less usable and they can be removed without any warning. The app used to alert you that a boost would disappear if you switched away from it but it no longer does so. 3. The physical debit card is falling apart after 9 months of only occasional use (I usually use Google Pay).

On my first use of this app I have had issues. My wife made a transfer of 60 dollars, I went through the process and opted for the normal pay time, about 3 days which is fine. Now the app will not open so I can do nothing but wait and hope my money actually gets deposited. I will update the review if the app begins working and or my money gets deposited.

This morning when I woke up I was unable to use the Cash app, app as it kept force closing. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The app worked perfectly until I logged into my account and then it immediately went back to force closing. I have money on this app that I should be able to access whenever I want as IT IS MY MONEY. Cant get my money out of the app back to my bank. Ive called my bank and they said it's an issue on the apps side. The app has ZERO helpful information in their "help desk" area. Awful. I don't trust this app at all. I've sent them an email. No reply. I've sent another email and NOTHING. There is ZERO customer service with them. I 100% regret getting the app.

The absolute worst in problem solving and troubleshooting!!! There are obviously no live operators to get help with unique situations and it all seems like a game of a dog chasing it's tail. You call Square, they direct you to Cashapp, who in turns only seem to answer online, but never get back to you. I expected so much more from Square.

So far, I am loving the app. It has a very clean interface, puts mobile banking to shame, and even has its own investment section that shows charts and the ticker for big names. Very satisfied with the card, as well, though the scanner of the ID is a bit sketchy (sensitive. Have to hold at just the right angle). The direct deposit feature is a plus as well. New edit from 1 star to 4 I had problems (Can see below) After enough sending emails at the link they gave below instead of the app version, it was somehow fixed. I would like to review it well. But i cant. I put money into my app, through a debit card (which compared to every app is great) However when I try to cash out it fails every time and locks my account. I will gladly chage this review when I finally get it fixed, support started out fine and quick but now is taking much longer.

I use cash app for easy transactions between peers. Cash app decided to cancel my account with no explanation. I have never had insufficient funds or any unauthorized transactions. They have no real customer service. You can only email them and they provide no information. they have only been a hassle for me. I have read through the terms and services 2 times and nothing explains why my account was closed and Cash app is not explaining anything either. This is so unprofessional.

It would've been 5 stars if the following didn't occur; cannot access app, new updates, constant reminders of ppl requesting money. Literally the most garbage finance app i've ever used, bar none. I made an account about 8 months ago and due to a glitch in their system have been unable to verify my account despite following their instructions to the letter. I just found out i can no longer log in, so if i don't hurry and change deposit info i'll lose my paycheck and won't be able to pay my rent. Customer svc doesn't reply, and there's no support number. If I end up homeless it's all your fault!

Cash App was always one of my best & highly recommended "banking" websites until now! At the moment I need to send someone money urgently, IT DOESN'T OPEN AT ALL!!! And there's no one I can CALL! Loved the app. But got a weird message today saying my account has a negative balance. And I can no longer get the work it just keeps crashing when I log in. But works fine if I log in with my wife's account. I was wondering why I had 15 dollars in my account but I thought it was from referrals. But instead it was a glitch on their end and now I am negative for using it. Hope they fix my account

This app is great!!! My only problem is that they don't have a customer service number that you can call, which makes things a little difficult. I've been trying to resolve an issue concerning my account for a while now, and the people that I've been communicating with via email either aren't reading the email thoroughly or simply aren't understanding what I'm telling them.

November 2019: Keeps crashing. Can't open App March 2019: 2 people were sent funds in an account that is their account. Other than receiving a COMPLETED message, you don't get the opportunity to refund/reverse your own transaction anymore! If someone doesn't claim it or accept funds, there should be some sort of way to change the transaction.

Boosts on the Cash Card have become a complete bait and switch. It was initially $1 off for each coffee shop purchase, which is the reason I got the card. Then the coffee shop boost started requiring 5 purchases/month before it unlocked. Now almost every boost requires 5-10 purchases before I can use it. It's a shame that they couldn't honor their original promise. Guess I'll go back to getting traditional credit card points.

I've only ever used this app for paying my friends back when we split checks and suddenly they stopped me from sending or recieving. Honestly, this app is really frustrating. I loved cash app it was my favourite payment app until boom....couldn't use my account anymore because they closed it!!! No explanation, said they would email back within 24 hours, they didnt!! Tried to make another account and wouldn't connect to my bank! Appalling service on your part cash app! If you want people to use your service instead of others dont shut down their accounts and ignore their emails!! I will be using others and advising others to do so until you fix your service!!

We had no problems until my mom changed her phone number and could no longer access her account. We gave all the information to support and they said they couldn't help due to security issues now she has two accounts for no reason. I don't understand why they couldn't merge the accounts. I had the same thing happen to me before. I emailed everything support asked for and they merged my account with no problem.

There is an issue with the app not staying open. I'll click on it and it force stops and I can get done what I need to get done and ots the only way I handle my money. Its been working great until the past couple of days. It keeps crashing before I can do anything and I desperately need to transfere my money from cash app to my bank. this is worked great up until the day before yesterday. all of a sudden every time you open it it crashes and what really sucks is I usually send money daily to my child when he's at work and I wasn't able to do it the night before last or yesterday without trying to open this about 20 times each... it took forever to uninstall it and it's still reinstalling after 10 minutes

App was mostly ok for a few weeks but suddenly asked me to verify my identity again, and asked for bank info again. i put in my routing, then my account number then it asks for routing again then account number again..repeat, repeat, repeat... not even anything saying it cant be verified just repeatingly asking me the same stupid question. UPDATE: identity was finally verified yesterday but everytime i try to add money it says transfer failed without giving a reason.

This app seemed like such a fantastic idea, so I installed it, set up a user account, added my bank debit card, attempted to add $50 and.... declined. Tried again, declined. Re-entered my account info, declined. Tried again the next day, declined. Received a human response about 26 hours (not 24 or less as the auto-response stated) after sending an email to customer service, and even that was a canned email that said, basically, here are about six reasons transactions fail. None of them were applicable to me as far as I can tell. The specific reason for my case was not given, which leaves me with no way to follow up on it. Inexcusably terrible customer service, especially given that I see others here have had the EXACT same issue and got the same canned email and then were messaged on here that they should email support. So, apparently Square's employees aren't actually reading the comments here either. It will be hilarious if they respond to this comment telling me to email support.

I used to love this app, but I don't know what's going on & I HATE writing bad reviews but SOMETHING has to be done. I have more than enough money to cover my purchase & my card was DECLINED in the store I had the clerk run in 4 times! I went to the atm to pull out cash it said I had insufficient funds! I was frantic because it was the ONLY card I had. Then i tried to contact support and they said they would get back to me in 24....I DON'T HAVE 24 HOURS! GET 24 LIVE SUPPORT!

Worthless, the app requires a front and back license scan to withdraw or deposit Bitcoin. The front scan works, but the back scan doesn't. I made a support request, only to have Julia M respond by e-mail within seconds, pretending that everything was solved. I still can't scan the back of my license. Thanks for nothing.

It's great... until it's not. I have a bank account, and I'm glad I do. I ONLY use my Cash App card as a 2nd option for quickly receiving money. Recently, someone sent me $20, becuase I left my bank debit card at home. My card showed the money was there, but the card kept getting declined for insufficient funds, which was inconvenient and embarrassing. It hour later. I get that some don't have a bank account for whatever reason, but imagine if my paycheck was on a Cash App card.

Well damn! Now I'm kinda on the fence on my continued loyalty to Square-Cash App. Companies nowadays really don't even pay attention to reviews. You would think that the "When you know better, do better" would be taken into consideration but it's the same vague scripted response. By the way .... no need to reply because I work in the Customer Service industry and it's damn near the same across the board.

Been using for a few years & never had any major issues. It's a great back up if you need cash sent real quick (usually because I forget my debit card at home). I love the boosts - I get a dollar back whenever I get a coffee. The only issue I'm having now that must have happened after one of the recent updates, & I noticed a couple of other people say it recently, is I can't add a specific amount to my card - it's only in certain increments. Everything is updated on my phone. Hope this is fixed.

I have been using this App on my Iphone and sometimes Android about 6months now. I love it! Specially being able to also buy BTC so fast with such ease and Fee is perfect(Imo) It always works super fast! I ordered the Debit Card right off, No issues, It didnt take long at all to fully verify Me(So I can also withdraw my BTC to my own Wallet) This app is very close to being right up there with PayPal. I just wished there was a Number.Ive seen mentions of stock, is that releasing soon?

I love cash app and use it daily. Out of hundreds of available money apps Cash App by Square seems to be the most straightforward and convenient. I've started using it just to be able to send and receive money to and from friends and was lured in by the free $5. I was working for Caviar delivery platform and at some poi t they started using Cash App to pay the workers so it has been the way I get my paycheck for the past year or so. I'm starting an online business now and will stay with Cash

I emailed the support center below and received a response that they dont respond to emails sent to that address. Why is that email listed if they cant help. And there is no phone number to call. I dont have Twitter either. I need some help. The app was working fine and now it keeps closing on me and I cant get to my funds. I have installed and reinstalled the app and even restarted my phone and it still closing on me! How do I get my funds!

Every time I open the app it immediately crashes showing a system dialog saying "Cash App keeps stopping". I uninstalled, reinstalled and logged in and the behavior continues to happen. This is really unfortunate since I've been using this app for nearly 7 years and have transfered tens of thousands of dollars with it in that time. I hope this gets fixed...

At first when I started using Cash App everything worked fine. But now it's been about 8months and it keeps stopping or closing on it's own. My fiancè can't receive money Instantly, he has to wait full term and it has noting to do with his bank. Just to many issues now. Makes me not want to use it in fear that my money will get "stuck" floating.

I haven't been able to add money to my cash app for weeks. First they told me two days then they tell me 3. Haven't tried in over a week still doesnt work. "We strongly recommend that you allow up to 72 hours from the last attempt to try to add funds again. If I could override this I would, but we have to let the system reset itself." Thanks for your patience and keeping positive in the process. Ironically, the process is that they do nothing for you.

This has been a phenomenal app for me and so convenient as my bank is in a different state than my own. It has allowed me to collect from people while doing a Pedicabbing job as well as allowed me to pay rent without the fees of an ATM. No support when needed! I have used for years and never had a problem until today. I tried going to the support options and apparently there is NOONE who answers these emails. Now my App keeps closing within seconds of opening it and I cannot access the grocery money sent to me! Guess my kids won't eat this week! Thanks for not helping when needed! I got it to work after I used it for a $5.00 promo. I actually started an account online, then another with the app on the phone. Therefore, I had to combine the two accounts. After the transaction, I had to follow directions on how to cash out to my bank account. It would help if there were instructions on how to use the app instead of using all this guess work.

I deposited a significant sum of money onto my account, seemed easy enough, right? No!! The scanner for my drivers license won't work. I have contacted support and all they say is uninstall the app and try again. Well I've tried that several times and it did NOT work. I have contacted support via email and there is NO response, & I've asked for my funds to go back into my bank account & Nothing!!! Do NOT waste your $$ on CASHAPP. After seeing all these reviews sounds like it's time to cut this card up. I haven't used it in a long time, loved it when it first came out but very glad I haven't used it recently.There are too many scams and shadiness going on in this world just saved me one less headache! Really useful, but could use a few improvements. I like the "boosts" function, but half the boosts are for businesses that don't exist where I live, and others (Chick-fil-A and Wendy's) supposedly exist, but have never shown up. I also wish you could connect more than one bank account.

Long time cashapp user. However, ever since the most recent update Everytime I go to open the app it crashes immediately. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. If there is a way that I can install a rolled back version that would be greatly helpful as I use the app on a daily basis and this is causing more work having to use competitor apps to complete my transactions. Please look into this or supply some sort of roll back work around in the meantime. Thanks C.

I tried to setup an account and when I tried to send cash it got cancelled and refunded because my account needed verified. It took me well over a half hour to finish going through all the verification steps until I finally got it and got a message saying "we will get back with you within 24 hours" then the app crashed. Will not open anymore and just keeps crashing.

I love using Cashapp, I can send and receive money without leaving my house. The only problem is for some odd reason when I click on the Cashapp app it keeps bringing me back to my home screen and it keeps saying "Cashapp keeps stopping. App Info, Send Feedback or Close App" it never happened to me before and contacting cashapp support is overwhelming I could never get a response if I do if have nothing to do with my problem.

Everytime I try to use my app it won't let me use it. It always closes before I can even touch a number. I've restarted my phone and uninstalled the app. and re installed. But just isn't working. Also my daughter and I cant even use our cards. We cant even call the cards cause there is no number to call. Very disappointed.

No customer service contact phone number makes resolving any issue difficult to impossible. The app frequently gives a glitchy error of some variety. And now, I can't even open the app without it immediately closing. Also, not a fan of only being able to use one debit card at a time. Just not a very overall functional app.

This app sucks!!! It repeatedly says transaction failed when I tried to add funds. I had my debit card and credit card both linked, however it forces you to use your debit card. Then it asked me to verify myself and scan my ID. Their scanning camera is garbage! I never could get a clear picture. If I could rate this app a 0 I would. Cash app is terrible, horrible experience!!!

It's good and all but it won't let my dad login to his old account , because it keeps saying too many attempts when he only did it once. Then he sent a email to the support so they can merge the new and old account but they haven't replied back in two days. So I'm pretty much dissatisfied because i have to give him $200 from my savings again to pay for my little sister dental bill

Cash App sucks. Everything has to be done through email, there is never any support available to help you and holds are placed on your account if you send more than one of the same transaction but if you try to send different amounta they are blocked. As with Current, I regret using it. Once my direct deposit hits, "fingers crossed" there are no issues Im cancelling my account....

Edit: User Error, doh! Like the app but noticing some changes. When I try to 'Add Cash' I cannot enter the specific amount I want, I must choose from one of the predetermined amounts. I want to add $190 to my cash app card from my bank but the closest predetermined option is $150. I would do $150 and then $40 but it doesn't give a $40 option either. Been using this app for a year or two now its been absolutely amazing, so easy to use and instant transfers between my accounts and payments . Just tonight is only problem ive ever had and its only with opening cash app. Soon as i open it , it closes. Im updated all good there .... dont know if its a problem on my end or yours???

I really like cash app and it has never giving me issues till now. Every time I I try to open the app is keeps taking me back to the home screen and every single time I try and open the app it just keeps doing it not allowing me to use it please help and fix this big issue. Updated from there i.t. dept and no longer works. With money sitting. Tried reinstalling and clearing all caches and cookies no luck. Not including I've recommended allot of cash apps friends who did in fact download the application but never recieved a referral deposit not one time. I had few associates whose acct. Was closed no reason given. With money sitting as well and when system hacked few people was affected. Do feel it was a good run. But will be falling to the waste side soon.

Date 11/22/19 this review posted at 4:57AM EST My phone died at 4:03AM upon connecting my charger and powering on my device the app will no longer open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times now restarted my phone multiple times, and the app continues to crash. Prior to this I have had no issues with this app. What is going on?

Overall the app is convenient... unfortunately recently not sure if it's the latest update. I am unable to open the app. It just shuts down upon trying to open. I've restarted my phone. Deleted and redownload the app and still cant get the app to open. I dont use it all the time. So I'm not sure why its giving me issues... Please fix.. #frewil

I've had problems since day one! Had to make another account, worked fine for a month and now won't let me cash out! My money is just sitting there! Contacted support they responde in 24 hrs and dont even solve issue! I've sent them more then one email for them to help and nothing! Don't waist your time here it takes for ever to get a response from them and they dont help at all!

This app is TERRIBLE! If you need to LOGIN to your existing account, NOT signin for a new CashApp, good luck! It's like a maze you will never get out of. All I wanted to do was log in!!! This is the most asinine App ever! Venmo is SUPER EASY, intuitive and EVERYONE in the world needs to switch to them. How hard could it possibly be to have a LOGIN on the homescreen of the App or on a desktop computer. What a WASTE of time trying to retrieve $10 back so I can close out this HORRIBLE APP.

I was very happy with this app but yesterday I woke up to 2 alerts that my card number had been used in 2 transactions, I reported them as fraudulent and Cash App will do nothing to help me obtain my money back. Almost $200 gone! The only thing they did was tell me the charges were pending, so why are you not stopping them at my report of fraudulent use?! I contacted the company the cards were used at cancelled the transaction, gave cash app the cancellation #s and still NOTHING!! Thanks $App

Im having issues logging in. App keeps on telling me that number has had too many attempts to register my phone number. Ive already made an account & registered my phone number, plus Ive already had money deposited into my account now I cant log in to get it!!! Try to contact customer support but there is no way to do so when I cant log in. Calling the phone number associated with the cash app services also leads to nowhere seeing that they do not offer phone support instead tells me to log in!

The app worked fine until the update. Now, whenever I try select Enable Card and enter my pin number, it buffers for several minutes then says there was a connectivity issue with the network and to try again. I have tried on both wifi and cellular networks to no avail. Please, help or fix as I need access to my funds.

Constant connectivity issues and lack of real support. I had $3 mysteriously disappear from my account and an additional $200 of transactions stuck in pending. It has a lot of potential to be a great app, but the lack of live support and application bugs make it a horrible experience.

This app has been incredibly useful thoughout my travels, purchases and transfers. I was nervous to trust at first but this app has been a life savor countless times. Helping friends and immediate transfers has been so easy to do and now ive been investing and making money just with this alone. This app was doing great when I first opened it, but recently it has been having a lot of bugs, such as not sending money like it should, crashing every time I try to open it, or even not even letting me cash out the money that I do have on my card.. this needs to be fixed asap.

Trying to enable deposits and withdrawals.. but the app says "whoops, we couldn't access your phone's camera" (to take photo of my id)..Even though I have given it permission in the settings already on my galaxy note 10+. I was able to take a photo for my avatar so that is weird. Other than that it looks promising. Cheaper than coinbase that's for sure. Update: I was able to get verified using the iphone version. But when I try to withdraw on the android version I still get the same error.

This app turned into 100% trash. I was an early adopter and a couple years ago this app was great, a convenient way to send money to friends. Then I realized there's NO support whatsoever, no way to call and all you get in email are automated generic responses. Freeze your account without explanation and unfreeze it whenever. They limited boosts to 5 uses that used to be unlimited. The final straw: they force you to add money in set increments (5, 10, 25, 50) instead of whatever amount you want.

Account was stolen funds from. Have no idea how, (maybe it was hacked?). Perhaps the most painful part is not being able to reach a human being to immediately take action and try and close my Cash App account. Will give 1 star until this issue is fixed. Very disappointed.
