I like this app, but the only thing I do like is I cannot setup a profile. Everytime I try, it says an error occurred. I really don't want to take my info down, uninstall it, and reinstall it and put my info back in.

The notifications don't work. If you need a reminder like I do sometimes, this is not the app for you. I have forgot to take the pill until hours after my scheduled time because the notifications are on but they never pop up. I've checked every setting in my phone and it's just the app. Started setting an alarm on my phone so I wouldn't forget but I don't feel like I should have to do this if I'm going to use the app.

Note I HAVE reached out for help and they can't fix it. Said they are working on it. 9-21-21 Updated review: Now it just deletes all of my data entries. Not reliable. I'd use a different app or have multiply ways to remind yourself because your data will get deleted. 2-20-20 Update isn't good. Everyone has already mentioned the problems. No daily reminders, more difficult to see your calendar view, spotting now counts as period.

I've used this app for years and its been very helpful. Recently the notifications have not been sent to warn of my period coming. I only get a notification when I choose to open the app. I've checked my app settings in the app and in my system settings and notification are allowed and on. Not sure why this is happening. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Recently, it's not great- I've lost all of my data again. My account was lost during the overhaul of the app (which was also when the app became a problem for me) and I had to start from scratch with my tracking. Since then, my reminders stopped coming reliably and I started to dislike even opening the app so my tracking has been a bit all over the place. I started fresh some months ago but as I entered my info for today, it deleted it all. Seriously considering finding a new method of tracking.

Love this app! Not only can I keep track of my period, which is highly irregular, I can track my moods, sleep cycle, and activities (including un/protected sex and masturbation!). Definitely recommended to all my friends!

A very useful app! Can be used not only to track periods and birth control, but also has helpful links to articles that give more information about them. I like the language planned parenthood uses, it's easy to understand and is inclusive to all gender identities! My criticisms include: Wanting some more options to select in the "How are you feeling?" section and also that there may be problems making an account on older phones.

I usually love this app but have noticed some frustrating bugs. Every day I get a blank notification despite my effort to remove it. When I am behind a day on the patch, the app changes my patch switching day, which is not correct and frustrating. I've opted to just setting weekly reminders and not tracking my birth control. Interface is very clean nd I used it without issues for most of a year. Once these issues are fixed it is a 5 star app

I never write reviews, but I truly love this app. It is free, simple, and so useful. I have swapped through multiple birth controls and used this app through it all, with little to no issues. When I do have issues with the app, the customer service reps get back to me so quickly and are so competent and kind, it's so impressive. And, again, it's free. I highly recommend this app for all of your birth control tracking needs.

I really like the all the options you have to tracl your cycle. However, that's really it. I got a new phone and lost all my period data. I have lost this data at least three times. I am unable to change what birth control the app knows I'm on. I have tried many tracking apps and even with this one forgetting my data, it's probably the best one on the market right now.
