This app is great, highly compatible & works the same way hooking a monitor up would. Your pc will recognize it the same way and will show up in all the same display settings in the control panel. The people who are complaining with their 1 star rating probably just don't know how to read and had some interpreter person type their comment for them cuz it clearly states that the free version is good for 10 minutes to show you its legit. If i had $5.99 id buy it.

Free = not free. Even though link in play store says free, it turns out its a 10 minute trial. It doesn't tell you that until you only have one minute left. Maybe I could get past the trickery if I had the app running well and was already enjoying it but by the time I got the one minute warning I had just barely gotten it set up and running the way i wanted it. as such it was an extremely easy choice to pass on paying for this app. The trial is way too short, and just wasted 9 minutes.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Setup took a bit to figure out, since you need to download the program on the computer and download the proper driver for your tablet, and there's some lag. Overall, though, I wasn't looking for a high performance second monitor, just something to display static data so I didn't have to tab around when working on my laptop.

Installed this app after reviewing 6 other apps recommended by various tech sites. The app worked on the first try. Solid. The only minor disappointment is that the tablet was setup on the left of my PC and I had to track back thru the right side of my screen to get onto the tablet screen. I had full control of the tablet screen as if it was a 2nd monitor. Nice Job. Could you add an option to select left and right? Wish I could also by direct from Splashtop as I do not want to share my credit card with Google.

I have a one plus 7 pro. connected to laptop with usb A 3.1 port (I will try to use the usb C port to see if the drivers will use the display protocol). Very little, but noticable, latency of the display. Usable for my purposes. Device shows up as a secondary display in Windows setting, which is exactly what i was looking for in an app. I was able to edit in Adobe After Effects and use mercury transmit to display my edits live to my phone. 👍 Wishful Request: - Allow HDR Display option!

Initially, I couldnt get this to do anything but duplicate my display. I think changing the resolution seems to have kicked the app and made it able to extend. It's a little laggy, but works. the Windows software eeems to randomly crash, but for a few random uses, it'll probably be fine.

Will only mirror display due to an Intel Graphics driver update. Reading the FQA on Splashtop's website states that a fix is coming, this was in 2018, nothing has been posted snice. I have updated every possible driver related to this app and it still will only mirror. Support is heavily lacking, and website navigation is abysmal at best. Do yourself a favor and pass on this app.

Free version lasts 10 min, needless to say after using multiple computers and android devices this still seems to be laggy. While sometimes this isnt a issue it makes small things like browsing the internet uneccessarily difficult. if i could see the mouse more clearly it would get a much much better rating

not free and the pay version is a subscription fee - not one time payment. The App should at least indiciate that the pay version is a subscription. they just misled buyer into thinking it's a one-time payment which is why they implement the 2 hours use policy to aviod any refund being issue. already contact my bank to have the $6.99 being block and place a claim on it because it's misleading
