Recently I had an issue that was resovled once I had made contact with customer service. I have always been happy with Spend app and it offers a great selection of quality coins. They have an awesome chat feature. The most important thing to learn is patience when the market is crazy! And don't forget to fill out "memo" with Stellar! I have learned by my own mistakes!

Worst customer service team in any industry. They will not fix a simple problem of just being able to view virtual debit card numbers, which defeats the entire purpose of having a virtual debit card. I have been contacting customer support for over a month, and only received a single one line, smart-@$$ response that did not even address the issue. I cannot believe Visa is willing to put their name on this company's debit card! Would give negative stars if possible.

only links bank accounts on there approved list, cannot manually add bank account not listed. live chat support on app, no one answers and chat won't close no matter how many times you close it. Not an app I would recommend until they fix these simple issues that shouldn't be happening in the first place. To bad...looked like a good alternative to coinbase card when coinbase card is not available in your area.

I got your debit card so that I could easily spend Dash while out and about. It's super quick and easy to send coins from my Dash wallet to my Spend card. I would like to see an option added to make a notification so show when a transaction goes though on my card. Given how often credit card information gets stolen it would be nice to see immediately if the card was compromised so I don't load any more coins on it.

Send money to the wallet and it will show confermed. But the balance will remain $0... it did this with multiple currencies I tryed to send over. Now it's stuck there until I can get support to look at it in a few days, (and please don't reply with "check the telegram page" because the admins answer to this is, "it works fine for me")... i have the latest update. And the live support also told me it's a known issue... the unfortunate thing is its unknown to the user until their money's stuck

Maybe the app itself is okay, but I refuse to play the game of their verification process just to get a debit card in order to earn only 0.5% more than I do now with Capital One. Driver License front and back, selfie with driver license AND paper with date and my signature was bad enough, but when they next wanted a picture of a recent billing statement I called it quits. The problem with all these pictures is that if they aren't perfect they will be rejected, and then I get to start over.

I'm really excited for this to take off. There are issues with the app but Live support and email support are quick and helpful. Just recently deposited SPND from one of my exchanges and it only took 1min 58sec to show up in my SPEND wallet. I could see myself using this app consistently once the bugs are fixed. I'm definitely a Spender.

Way to damn expensive one time fees. Can't buy spend with USD, keeps saying "Order not processed please try again later". It doesn't do any good to order the ""cash back"" card if you can't lock any spend to get the cash back part activated. Can't lock any spend if you can't buy any. And now they have made a profit in transfer fees and wasted my time, at least theirs always true cashback options with crypto mco, bit bay Celsius and the rest. Update: As of January 4th, no success still.!!!

Spend wallet is a SCAM!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. A few times now they have either not let transactions go through or straight up took a transaction instead of having it sent....then I have to message over and over and over for almost 2 weeks and they give me excuse after excuse on why they cant refund me. I highly recommend that none trust spend with any amount of Crytpo big or small.

Look at all the posts about this app. The owner doesn't even care enough to respond to any posts on here. I would have given 0 stars but that not an option. With the lack of response here about the app is the same kind of help you get after you deposit your funds with them. Use this app if you like to throw away your assets. Or just send them to me!
