great app when it actually works. App can actually tell what station your at automatically and you just tell what pump to authorize and then you start pumping gas. HOWEVER, the app takes forever to start up no matter on 5g or wifi and it's highly annoying. you either have to load the app way b4 you get to the station or just do it the old fashioned way.

Whenever I try to redeem points at the pump, it asks for an Activation code. I use the code on the back of my card but that NEVER Works. It only gives me the option at the pump to redeem All of my points, not a select few. Plus, I can't scan/swipe my card at the pump. I always have enter my card number. I can get more use by going online, rather using the app. With gas prices soaring, I would like to use my points to save me some money.

Something is always wrong with the app. Either it doesn't open, can't find the gas station, etc. When it does work properly, it's a good app. Right now I have $15 in rewards which I can't use because the app won't open for weeks now and because of this I fill up elsewhere and get rewards that way. VERY ANNOYING!

2 years later and still doing the same crashing and re-signing in... I have given feedback thru email with the same "we are working on it" response..2 years later. 🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️ Continuously crashes at times i need it. Always need to carry the card as backup. Crashed today and totally reset itself to make me sign in...this is twice it's done that at gas fill up times. Always carry cash or credit card because you don't know where you'll be when it decides not to work.

There's a saying that says if it ain't broke don't fix it. The speed pass that I still have on my keychain what's the best. app sucks! I cannot tell you the amount of time that I've been in front of the pump and when I click on the app it crashes. I sign in start up the app again and again and crashes. I miss that Speed pass.

Always freezes you. takes along period of time to get it to load. signs you out all the time. I almost whenever I use the app have to Uninstall the app and reinstall it just to get it to work. Very annoying

I love the app it's so simple and easy to use. It's the only way I pay for gas. But I hate that I have to pay more because most Exxon station say they charge cash rate for using your debit but for some reason using this app it gets charged as a credit card rate even though I'm using my debit and that's upsetting since it eats into my savings and my rewards. I hope they fix this bug soon since it's been a long time since I reported it and nothing has been done.

Stopped working App hasn't worked properly for the last four months. I have cleared cache, data, signed out, uninstalled and reinstalled. No Luck. Used to be a great app. Now it's just useless

please make it easier to find the rewards points and use them for gas buying. this is one of the best performing apps I have ever seen. (I build micro services mostly for aws and have seen a few...).

My employer uses this app for us to fuel vehicles. All it does is load, support said its an issue with my data. All my other apps work fine so I'm not sure where the issue really lies. Very frustrating! I've cleared cache, reset app thru support and checked all my settings.. Please fix,
