    Adequately covers the basics, but not crazy about it. If you're looking to save $ go with something else. The expense for the mobile plan only makes sense if you can bring your own device otherwise the bill is too high to be competitive, payments for the phone plus insurance plus the line equals just shy of 80 dollars just for 1 line. Will be leaving when we have enough to pay off the phone.

    I dumped AT&T after 26 years... OMG what a great feeling!! Spectrum calls are crystal clear WIFI Calling is great for poor reception areas and works better than AT&T that had trouble switching over without dropping the call. I was able to not only keep my number but even use my current phone once I got it unlocked. I'm super happy.

    You've updated the app to show data usage at one hundredth of a gigabyte. Why not let the data notifications do the same. I'd like to be notified when I've used 900mb of data to curb my usage instead of giving me 1 gb of data notification increments.

    App doesn't recognize that you have a Spectrum Mobile account. Been waiting a week and counting. Still doesn't work. App still doesn't work on my phone or desktop computer at home going on 2 weeks now. Editing my complaint because Spectrum Mobile can't fix this ongoing problem. Called again yesterday rep said they have been getting calls all day about it. Just fix it Spectrum!!! 2 weeks still doesn't see I have a Spectrum Mobile account. Updated 12/13/2019.

    The app is useless. Doesn't ever load and always gives error. Not being able to manage my phone or data is costing me money. If not fixed will be returning to previous provider Now the app is saying I'm not a Spectrum customer. Seriously, this is super frustrating and disheartenting. You can fix one issue and less than a month later another pops up again. Not good quality. I shouldn't have to always call in everytime.

    This app fails to give an accurate read of Mobile data billing. The data includes messaging data used however spectrum doesn't charge for the messaging data. Therefore billing is in accurate. Completely fails what it is designed to do. UPDATE Data usage not only inaccurate. Data failed to reset 3 weeks ago when my monthly service cycled. Called the number for support. That was as useful as the app. PLEASE FIX THE APP!

    I just got cell service and cant even login to my spectrum mobile app, ive already recovered my password twice and its says it doesn't recognize this information. How am i suppose to check my account.

    Excellent!!! And incredible pricing especially if you pay by the gig. If you're not much of a gamer on your phone and you just use it for phone text and a small amount of Surfing this is the ideal plan for you. And not to mention they're riding on the backs of Verizon so it's national service

    I thought that I would try spectrum mobile after the expense at another well known mobile carrier was getting so high. Spectrum mobile has worked out very well for us while at home or in an area with a spectrum hot spot. I did have one time visiting in an area without the spectrum signal and my expense was going up quickly but, they offer the ability to change your plan anytime in a billing cycle to an unlimited plan which takes effect that same billing cycle so that was a big help.     Reflect inaccurate billing went to pay my bill which was supposed to be credit due to error last month the app reflected the change couldn't pay through the app because a forced auto pay had to call in which they tell me my bill is not prorated and the app is glitching and my bill wont be prorated till next month and I'm like I've been looking at my bill on this app and paying through the app since I got my service now the information is wrong should atleast sent something out saying app is down

    After 23 happy years with Verizon I jumped ship to Spectrum Mobile at 25%the cost. I have noticed no difference in the service. I recommend spectrum mobile at $14 per month!

    App is good UNLESS you update then it does not recognize your login. You have to uninstall and start all over so DON'T update unless you want to do it all again and again

    Horrible the way you have manipulated the channels and having to upgrade should be criminal and probably is. I can't access my account and when I send a payment by mail I get a bill saying that I didn't pay, seems like you are making it difficult on perpus so you can get bill doubled up. I don't know how much longer I will be with your company because the way you manipulate the channels and having to upgrade every time I want to watch something. I pay so much more and get less.

    New update has fixed the fingerprint login issues and the app runs really well. Thanks for fixing it. 12/8/19 Been meaning to write this edit for a bit. Just been way busy. So they update the app and fingerprint logging in comes back. Everything is working great. Then it updates recently and now whenever I login it says unable to load and I can see no information at all. I have to go to the webpage and do it all from there. This app is useless at this point and is just taking up space.

    I'm sick to death with the mobile site and app. It f-ing keeps telling me I have another session open when I don't!! I did everything I can think of. It's like they want you to not be able to view and change your information!! So now the only way I can pay a late phone payment is by phone. This site security feature is s*** and needs to be changed. Netflix & other companies are doing fine, fix your s***!!!!

    Spectrum Mobile has been horrible, with the apps not working on PC nor mobile phone. The tabs aren't present, my account information doesn't work and the customer service, though pleasant, has been a totally useless waste of my time. I've worked for a month trying to get my phone number ported over and I have to start over every time, and have not yet ever received a call back from customer service, though I've been repeatable told that would happen. They suck.

    App needs work. Click on data usage link causes app to crash. Plus app inexplicably rounds up data usage. (i.e. app says .3G used while account viewed on browser says .23G used. Both should gibe.) App lets you set a notification for data usage, but such notification only tells you AFTER you've passed threshold. Needs to warn BEFORE. Seems insufficient attention being paid to UX/feedback. Generally satisfied w/Spectrum Mobile so far, yet slow response re such easy fixes raises some flags...

    When i try to log in the app says i dont have an account with spectrum, although I not only have an account I've paid my bill on this app once before. All i need to do is pay my bill and cant even do that. Just better off calling them and paying it over the phone this apps not worth the headache.
