Its good for what it is man. Interface is clean and the layout and design just feels nice. Not too over the top and not too underwhelming its a nice medium you just don't see often anymore. I havent had any issues with links or loading either its all pretty seemless and what you would expect to see. Overall 5 stars man great job!

The app is great except it only shows one mobile device when I have two. It was showing my two phones on my account, but later on one of them is not displayed. Spectrum Mobile claims its the app and not them. Can you fix this?

Was told we had to have this app to manage our phone account. I used it once, last week. This week it won't log me and and forced me to download the my spectrum app, but it won't manage the phone. We also have to have the spectrum TV app. 3 apps and still cannot get to what we need.

App stopped allowing login. Takes you to the website to log in and says you can come back and log into the app after that. It does this in an integrated browser, so my password manager (LastPass) cannot filll in that login for me. I literally had to walk to a computer and look it up. On top of that, after logging in you still are not able to login to the app. It just loops on forcing you to the website in the integrated browser. Less than worthless at this point.

Have yet to hook up to any free wifi, only uses data unless I have a password for the wifi I'm using. I wish I didn't stick myself with a phone paent when I switched, I would have moved back to Verizon IMMEDIATELY. Stick to your semi acceptable cable and mediocre internet service. Leave the cellular to the pros.

The app is okay but you cant print your bill If you look at your bill you will see that if you pick the $14.00 bill they are charging you $34.00 and that dicount you were getting for having a bundle you arent getting cause its going to the $34.00 that your paying. So kiss your discount goodbye. But yet they say your paying $14.00 and you dont get a discount for having more than one line their ad is a lie. You end up paying without any discounts .

I'm so disappointed with the horrible service. I was given a number who was linked to someone else with spectrum and now I have problems left and right with my bank and several accounts because of this "new" number! I've tries to handle the situation with different departments and no one knows how to handle the situation. I can't just get a new number? I'm not sure what the heck.

I've had spectrum movile for 2 years. When I first got it it was really great. The last year has been horrible. The absolute slowest, lagging internet I've ever experienced. I've had enough. Today is my last day. I will be switching to Tmobile. Spectrum needs to be investigated!!
