    The ads are brutal. I used to be an active user, came back after a few year break. Now, while you use the app, you're in the middle of logging food and a full screen ad pops up. I've accidentally clicked on buttons in ads because a split second ago it was the "save and search again" button. It's one thing to have ads embedded in screens. It's totally uncool to have ads interrupt users in the middle of a task and take over full screen. I'm outta here.

    by myfitnesspal What I love is that it's easy to use, they have articles on there about diet, fitness and health, and a news feed where u can see people's before and after pics and inspiring memes. U can track your exercise, calories and water. What I don't like is that the calories they have on there are wrong sometimes if u compare theirs to the nutrition labels on the packaging but u can add the calories on there yourself. I've lost 75 lbs so far using the app and their website so I definitely recommend.

    app This app is intuitive and that makes it easy to use. I love being able to scan a bar code of the food I'm eating and not have to look anything up. Full of information on food, nutrition, exercise, and mental health. You can use it just to track calories or go further in and watch workout clips, read about fitness, track your exercise, talk with other people... It really is a great app.

    apple watch Make saved foods alphabetical, make the unit size drop down have a reason for the drop down- there are never choices there (oz, gram, cup, serving, etc), default screen when you choose add food should be the meals screen, not the saved foods screen. The saved foods screen defaults to breakfast when you add. Fewer clicks=better app. LMK when these are done and I'll get you more improvements free of charge.

    by myfitnesspal app I would prefer to only have access to nutritional information on foods that was confirmed to be correct - most of the time I needed to enter an entry for the correct information. Lastly the pop-up ads have become very annoying. On a positive note it has given us the tool to stay on track with our diets and to lose weight.

I have the tendency to become obsessive with calorie counting, this app does not trigger it, unlike Lose it! or My Fitness Pal. I have learned how to eat healthy for the first time in my life. I watch my nutrition report and focus on maxing out my vitamins, even more than counting calories. The fact that it has a range to eat within, has helpful articles, and an active, easy to access support community makes it the most mentally healthy fitness app Ive ever used

Also very much a Christian app, so if you're not on board with that, you may want to consider play another app. But if you'd like to read Bible verse after Bible verse this is your site

    free calorie counter diet tracker The best tracking app to use! Have used it on and off for about 7 years. I love the articles to read. They are so interesting and I have learned so much from using this app. It also has a nutritional report. So even if you do keto you can use this report to manage your macros. I have tried other tracking apps and I love sparkpeople the best! 💖

    download The app is easy to use and helps with weight loss, BUT it seriously lacks options for people eating organic and non-processed food. The pre-entered food options are either very basic or processed/packaged meals and food options. This would be perfect if there was an option to calculate your own recipe, and a more robust food catalog. Not all overweight people eat fake sugar substitutes and Lean Cuisines!

    I love the spark people app. But I can't give it 5 stars or even 4 stars. I tried the 2 week free trial premiere & now it won't cancel. Neither the premiere or the regular app seems to be able to tracking calories of the recipes to the tracker. I guess the best rating is a 3. So frustrating for such a good app.

    New tip tells how to copy foods from one day to the next but when you click the link there is an error that says Dynamic Link Not Found. Would love to use this shortcut. Otherwise I like the app. No other issues and it is keeping me on track.

    I absolutely love this app. It is great for counting calories and already has a wide variety of food already in it but if it doesn't then you can add it yourself. Also the support and accountability makes it completely worth it




    This has my life so much easier. Our family must track all kinds of nutrients like sodium, potassium, protein, phosphorus, fluids, etc. This app helps me do that with minimal effort. I love it.

    I cant log in the phone app! I put my username and pw and I can scroll down to log in. I have a samsung galaxy s9. I have it on my computer and like it so far so I downloaded it through the play store as nd it won't work. Disappointed!
