After the latest update application unable to do fund transfer and shows insufficient balance even if balance is there. It takes lot of time to load every screen and crashes always. And in general always even before update have noticed that the app fails to load screen but blames our network saying that the network is slow tray again. Where as all other apps work absolutely fine even YouTube on my network. Kindly let me know if there is an option to access account from browser instead of app.

There is always major error in their functionality. Every day either their server down or technical error. Withdrawing money is very difficult. Previousely there was option of IMPS(paid), but now that ootion is also withdrawn. Do not get stuck in their gimicks

There is no option to contact bank. Current email says "doesn't exist". My transaction is not successful and I'm unable to contact bank.

I am using this savings app for past 9mnths. I love this wallet. There are a lot way in growing money, one way which attracts me in this wallet, is earning money on getting daily interest in a small way, which other financial markets are not providing. Other features like FD and RD providing a great interest rate based on there slabs for breakable and non breakable... which is quite attractive. link bank a/c to this wallet, bill payment's cash backs, etc. Expecting more features. It's a very well managed digital wallet, provides you with daily interest on your savings... And also has the facility for FD and RD. These days, it's slow 🐌 and I am unable to transfer or do any activities on the app... Please check.

I liked the app. Was sceptical earlier but now find it very convenient for managing funds within family. There is Bill Pay which works out well but I love the Savings Account with the running 8% pa Int rate which is the cherry on top!

Slower than tortoise, too slow, you neeed to waste at least 10-15 minutes for a simple transaction despite of good internet speed (10MBPS), I believe that app requires 50MBPS speed to match the normal speed.

Have been using since past 5-6 months.It is good and reliable. With a nicely managed security such that most of your transactions and even the balance remains secured. I would recommend it.

Very bad experience....customer care is non responsive....trying to reach them for the past 4 days on phone and email..... they say 8% interest on savings acc but only 4% credited in my account...very unhappy...
