This has got to be the worst app on the whole internet. They take your money and then you have all hell trying to get the subscription to work. I exchanged nearly 50 emails with them and finally gave up and cancelled and dumped the app. After leaving it for some months I reluctantly decided to try again as I like to keep up with my local news..and guess what? One payment made I edition downloaded and its locked up again.

Rubbish app . Have been subscribing for 2 months and still unable to open the Southend Echo despite many email exchanges with Pagesuite tech team. All I can read is the Basildon Echo sent to me via an email link which is not ideal as I live in Castle Point !! On the verge of giving up!

Crap, made several complaints to Basildon Echo they don't comeback to you regarding problem, first call made on 24th Feb. If you have iPhone works perfectly. Apple App different supply/tech support Apple iTunes say no more. Best of luck Topgun Paul

Frustratingly, it occasionally won't download the whole paper and sometimes gets the editions mixed up. Also, Google sometimes manages to not renew the supposedly auto-renewing subscription.
