The app is convenient for the most part but having an option of Easy Ice would be good. And having the option to check in when you have someone else picking up your order would be good. Having to make a phone call to the store is annoying when you are just calling to let them know they are there for pick up and which stall number they are in. Especially during busy times.

The least reliable restaurant app ever conceived. Absolute garbage. The app is GREAT when it (VERY) rarely works. 80% of the time when you go to check out it's all "oopsie we had an error please try again :) :) :) :) :)", and support isn't helpful. Even the pay-by-app option likes to randomly disappear entirely when you order via red button. Zero stars if I could.

We ordered and paid for shakes with our last order and they told us the ice cream machine was down and that we weren't able to get a refund. You need to give your locations the ability to turn off items on the online menu that aren't available at the time. If your location is doing this all night then basically stealing money from all your customers.

Since the update 4 days ago the app has constantly said there was an error and to try again. I uninstalled and reinstalled and when logging in I get the same error. Thought it was my password, had a password reset done and never received the email to reset my password... kind of at a loss? I'm a frequent "sonic online orderer" it was super convenient before the update.. Im sure the bug will be fixed, so I'll order at the window for the time being, but Sonic - please get it fixed.

This app used to work decently. Now I can no longer use Google Pay to place an order; it just gets stuck in an endless loop in the 'Hold tight, we're placing your order" loading screen. I think it may be because the app is telling Google Pay to charge my card for the total without the tip included. Example - my total is $11.28, I tip $2, and instead of the app attempting to charge my card for $13.28, it still charges for $11.28, and fails every time. There is no option not to tip. Frustrating.

The app itself works ok. A couple weird issues once in awhile, but way better than trying to order speaking to someone. However, sonic food quality seems to have gone downhill. Dropping gravy for chicken strips? Sonic gravy was actually pretty good...could have done biscuits and gravy as well for breakfast. Still love the grape slushy though.

The app rarely actually lets you place an order and when it does you have to wait in a loading screen for at least 10 minutes. If an item is out of stock it won't tell you until you wait 5 minutes waiting to go to the check out screen just for it to pop up with a "item is no longer available" message. So irritating.

I can no longer order at a stall and pay using the app. Orders made through the app don't seem to make it to the location I picked. If it does somehow make it to the store, it still takes 20+ minutes for the order to come out whether it's food or just drinks. I used to use this app all the time pre-COVID and it worked flawlessly. Now it's not even worth the storage space on my phone.

There is LITERALLY no way to pay for an order with my phone. I use the kiosk to place an order, and it says to open the app, enter my stall number and pay. It's impossible. There is no way to do it. I would just use a card, but none of the 20+ kiosks at my sonic will accept any card I put in.

The app NEVER works on my phone. I have a Galaxy s21 and my op system is up to date. Every time I try to order I get an "unexpected error" when checking out. The stores don't honor the app prices even when shown the error on the phone. What a waste of memory.
