This game showed me, how cool Sonic really is. Its fast, easy and has PERFECT physics. Bosses are enjoyable, (final boss too!) and controls are easy.

Honestly this game is really awesome. It's a cool way to play sonic on the go. Sure, there might be ads from time to time but that doesn't affect how fun this game is. The only problem with it is the fact that the move button is a joystick. It would be a lot better if the move button was swapped with a D-pad instead since D-pads are more for 2D games and Joysticks for 3D. Other than that I have nothing else to say. Would 100% reccomend you give it a go

This remake of Sonic The Hedgehog 2 is VERY COOL! It even has the unused hidden palace zone. But there is one problem: when you enable Debug Mode you have to press the top right corner at the score/rings right? When I press it debug mod enables but the game pauses then when I press resume I have to watch an ad for it. Please fix this when you can! I really hate it!

It is so fun! I beat the game as tails, but got the bad ending, I know I did get the bad ending because at the end of the credits Eggman was tossing around chaos emeralds, but still i am obsessed with sonic i hope i made anyone who doesn't have the game, I hope I made a good review!

Great game. Great quality, easy bosses, nice level design. I was having fun until I reached Oil Ocean. This is one of the worst sonic zones ever. Annoying enemies, lack of rings, and the worst one, The boss. First of all, you barely have any time to hit him, the first attack is easy, but his second attack (laser) is real pain. You cant dodge it, very fast, and 3 SHOTS per attack. All of this didn't make me mad but also the laser can make fire on the floor and upon touching it, my game crashes.

Wow. Just wow. A perfect remake of Sonic the Hedgehog 2. I played the original on PS2 with Sonic Mega Collection ( P.S I am 13) and I loved it. This remake is perfect in any way, AND it supports controllers which is great. So, if I was a professional critic, my review would be 97/100, but here, I give this a 5 star rating.

The fast paced Sonic action in the small little mobile phone. That is it. There is one exception is that this port is a million times better. With a cool looking main menu and wide-screen support, it is the definite way to play the game. I'm quite disappointed both sonic titles do not have a PC port and the fact we have yet to see Sonic 3.

Very fun remaster of a classic. I recommend this game if you don't want to deal with all energy's and gems. The only annoying thing is that if you pause a lot (which you have to in debug mode) it plays an ad every time and to play offline you must get the premium version. Even then just pay 2 bucks and no ad's and offline play. There's online play which can be fun. New zones and etc. Even if you don't plan to but the premium version definitely recommend getting this game.

Great game. Honestly, this game is kind of a masterpiece. The Genesis version was also great, but this one takes the cake as the definitive version of Sonic 2. For example, it's wide-screen 60 fps, something the original could never do. I am so thankful for Christian Whitehead (Taxman,) and Simon Thomley (Stealth) for making these great ports of an already great game.

While I'm more of a fan of Sonic 3 & Knuckles, I'd recommend Sonic 2 to anyone who hasn't played it, even if they just play the first zone. It's definitely speedier than Sonic 1, with less exploration than 1, CD, and 3&K, but it is still really good with it's level design and emphasizes the "not where you jump, when you jump" kind of mentality explained in stuff like Sonic Spitball (I'd recommend watching that if you're interested).
