  1. Shaner D-avatar

I live in a remote community and Songkick gives me the heads up on the music scene and up coming concerts so i can Make A Plan!.. Awesome Site👍

  2. David D-avatar

Simple, fast, and effective. I'd like to select multiple artists to follow at once, though.

  3. Graham Laird-avatar

Good app but I agree that a not interested button would be good for concerts you don't want to go to.

  4. Nicola Shepherd-avatar

Could do with more regular updates, apart from that's it's perfect

  8. Anthony Stanton-avatar

    Anthony Stanton

Clicking on push notifications does not take me to the app.

  9. DeAnda Clements-avatar

It be great to be able to delete concerts w/NO interest.

Keeps my finger on the pulse of what's going on with my favourite artists!

    Diana Cervantes

I really like it allows me to see all my concerts

  15. Lynn White-avatar

Love knowing when my fave bands are playing near me!

  16. Michael Daly-avatar

This connects fans to the love music acts that they want to see!

  17. Kate Johnson-avatar

I love how it lets me know about upcoming shows! The notifications for things like pre-sales is helpful too. My only complaints are (1) there is a show from last month that has been frozen at the top of the locations menu, (2) it keeps insisting that I'm following an artist that I am not, and (3) if you add an artist, the app will not automatically tell you if there is a show soon. Those are only minor issues that in no way prevent me from using the app and regularly adding more artists.

  18. Dot Tor-avatar

I love to use this application when I want to go to shows near me, it also opened me up to new bands I never listened to before, but there are a few things that I think should be tweaked, like widening the search to a state instead of a city, making the notifications less often, and possibly even a genre search, so I can find even more bands that I might like, good app, and if you take my advice, I would 100% give 5 star.

  19. Antonio Nunez-avatar

The app is ok. I don't like how i have to enter every city i wish to find shows at. I wish you could just narrow it down to a state rather than selecting each city. It's very tedious. Then another gripe i have is that if you use Spotify and wish to track artists associated with your account, it will recommend everything that was played on your account, even if it was music played by your friends and family. I get a lot of pop recommendations, which i don't listen to.

  20. Jude Thomas-avatar

I liked this app before the nag notifications were added. The whole point of downloading this app for me (and probably just about everyone else) is to be notified when new concerts are announced; however, now that I'm receiving notifications that my "concert calendar needs some love," it's just annoying. The fact that I cannot select which notifications I want to receive and which I do not is a deal breaker.

  21. Pav Dhande-avatar

Have been using this app for a while and it's brilliant - I find out when the bands I've selected are playing in the areas I've chosen pretty much as soon as they are announced. It's easy to look at them in a calendar view to track the year ahead. And it's easy to then just click through and purchase tickets. A must have have for any avid concert-goer.

  22. Max Morsia-avatar

The idea behind the app is great, but unfortunately I noticed many times some dates are missing from the results even if other dates from the same artist or the same tour are showing up. This way I find myself checking often other sources, which is annoying since I already have an app for the same purpose. If there was a way to let the user link the missing dates for example from Facebook's events, then the app could be even more exhaustive.

  23. Austin Black-avatar

Barely functional. Used to give great updates when bands were coming now they added like 80 bands I've never heard of and have no interest in seeing because usually they're in a totally different genre than the one I enjoy. Uninstalling cuz it's a waste of time when I get excited when I see a notification that a band is coming and it's something I've never heard of nor want to see.

  24. Christopher Woolnough-avatar

    Christopher Woolnough

Good app for getting notified when bands are on tour via push notifications. I like how I can scan what I've listened to on Spotify to bring up suggestions. What is odd however is that there is no option to search by date. Would be really useful for when you know you are visiting a certain city on a specific date and and then be able to see if anything is going on. Other than that, I can't fault it.

  25. Brett Myers-avatar

I dig it, but knocking off a star because notifications always take me to a page that doesn't list the name in being notified of at all, so then it's a hunt for that band. Dropping another star for incessantly asking for a review, even after leaving one.

  26. Joe Gydus-avatar

The Orpheum, Vancouver, BC and The Orpheum, Boston, MA are not the same thing. Likewise, Canadian singer-songwriter Donovan Woods and legendary Scottish singer-songwriter Donovan Leitch are not the same person. I do appreciate this app's notifications, but the algorithm needs a little work.

  27. Medeea Barbu-avatar

This app is amazing. You can search for bands/singers and you'll see where they will have a concert with the location, ticket price and the doors opening listed. You'll get updates and informations about the concerts you're interested in and you'll get concert recommendations.

  28. Reed Romanko-avatar

For any one who's interested in a lot of bands, songkick makes it so easy to find shows. There are a handful of concerts that I would have totally missed if it wasn't for songkick, and I'm so glad I went to them. Highly recommend, no complaints here.

  29. Cathy M.-avatar

I had forgotten that I installed it, and then Songkick told me about some concerts in my area (of my favorite artists) and when to buy tickets. I'm so pleased. I'm not very good at tracking my favorite artists, but I'm always so happy to go to their shows. Songkick allows me to do this!

  30. Carmen Eller-avatar

Great app for keeping up with local concerts from your favorite bands. Also great that it can link to your Spotify account and automatically add all of your liked artists and will notify you when they are playing in your area.

  31. Daniel Grooms-avatar

It's great for keeping up with bands, but the UI adds confusion more than it helps usually. For example, I'll follow band A, and check that I want to see their upcoming event. The headliner of that event is band B who I've never heard of. A couple of weeks later, I check for that event and can't find it because it only says band B, so I have to click into each of the events to see which band I'm actually following the event for. This info should be on the surface level.

  32. Amanda W-avatar

This is the best app for concerts! I get notifications from Songkick at least an hour before I get them from other apps. It's good for finding a concert while traveling, too.

  33. Betty White-avatar

I enjoy getting notifications on when artist I'm interested in are having concerts. This allows me to act quickly on purchasing tickets so I don't have to miss out on a concert I want to go to.

  34. Kate Enko-avatar

Over the years I've tried using a number of sites to alert me of concerts and all of them just bombarded me with nonstop emails for artists I was not interested in and all kinds of BS until I found Songkick. So happy with it, it has been perfect for me. I never get anything but concert announcements for the people I picked. Could not be happier!

  35. Chigator-avatar

Top notch app that makes sure I know when my favorite bands are coming to town. Love being able to add cities easily, since traveling takes place from time to time.

  36. A-Dubs H2O-avatar

I absolutely love this app, it keeps me up to date with ALL my favorite bands. Where they're playing and ticket cost all that kind of stuff you guys are awesome keep up the good work.

  37. Pedro Sena Tanaka-avatar

    Pedro Sena Tanaka

Awesome app. Love the feature of getting the artists from Spotify. I think it could notify about shows a bit more upfront though, could not buy my tickets to Foo Fighters.

  38. Giles Porter-avatar

I've been using Songkick since before apps existed. I still get notified when my favorite band is coming. I read reviews from others and can even anticipate seeing bands in other cities when I know in advance that I'll be there. It doesnt get much better than this folks.

  39. Eva-avatar

Love this app. So handy for keeping track of all your favourites. Has any groups and singers to track. My only issue is minor. Many times the concert could be release 1-2 days before it shows here. However that's really not a awful thing as it is still put on this app before tickets go on sale so you're not missing anything.

  40. Kevin Ryan-avatar

I can't decide if I love this app or Bandsintown more. Both are awesome!! 🤘

  41. gareth atthow-avatar

Awesome to hear the live alternative 90s sound....3 iconic bands= a sound for generations... Heard in this era by all who listen, we never knew how much we would owe to geniously outspoken bands. Cherish the last outrageously raw musical calls...We who have been privileged to be party to it. Sadly no other generation is to see again but will echo eternally. Maybe because all of the candid questions asked? How much we take for granted. The timeless lyrics & music penned. Take the glory all in!

  42. Drew Ayling-avatar

Pretty great, could be better. It needs some better searching and filtering. I wish I could look at a venue's calendar.

  43. Mari Contreras-avatar

Amazing app to track artist. I love the fact that I can buy tickets from the app its freaking amazing. Keep up the great work.

  44. Patrick Edwards-avatar

    Patrick Edwards

Keeping your ears to the sounds. This app makes sure to notify you of where your favourite artist/s be playing in concerts. Not bad planner.

  45. steve cannon-avatar

As an informational tool and planning device this is amazingly helpful. Know what's happening in my immediate area is important to a person in the media like me.

  46. Andre Lazelle-avatar

An essential app (alternatively could just using the website), super easy to use and the best way I've found to keep track of who's coming through, friends always wonder how I know what gigs are coming to town, this is it, especially once linked to Spotify!

  47. Nor'Easter Carpentry-avatar

    Nor'Easter Carpentry

I don't know were they get their information but if you're going to buy concert tickets to shows they have listed you better do some research first. I bought tickets to a show for an artist who I've been waiting to see. The venue had someone listed to play with the same name on that date but not much more information. After buying airline tickets, rental car, and hotel I find out that the artist with the same name is just a local small time singer/songwriter. SONGKICK SUCKS

  48. Grant King-avatar

I really like the concept, and I really do like to know when bands I like are playing in my town but do I seriously need email and phone notifications and then constant reminders? Its just too much, at least give some options on what I want to be notified on.

  49. Odete Fernandes-avatar

    Odete Fernandes

Used to be such a great simple app but now I keep getting notifications for artists I dont even know. Also there's been a few times where it didn't list some gigs from artists I was following. The Spotify connection should be automatic because every so often I'll find artists I follow in Spotify are not there.

  50. Lisa Baker-avatar

Great when it works. I have added my location and it misses local venues, which I find through email notifications. Buying tickets is meh through the site.

  51. Donna Watson-avatar

Loving it. Great app with no faffing! You can see all the band's you're interested in in one place. 👍🏽

  52. Allison Ouradnik-avatar

    Allison Ouradnik

It's great to have everything in one place! The only thing I would change is that along with choosing specific cities you could just set a specific distance around your location to get notifications about concerts in any city within that radius.

  53. Brian Smith-avatar

Songkick is an extremely useful app. I am able to follow my favorite artist. I am notified when concerts if my favorite artist come to my city or close by. It's awesome for an avid concert goer like me.

  54. Matt Johnson-avatar

Excellent service, so convenient to have someone alert you when a concert will be in your area ahead of time.

  55. Jeff O'Donnell-avatar

When I have to allow app to know my contacts, music, and location before it tells me where an act is scheduled, FO! I will call the musicians' agent instead! Utter BS that I'm expected to let some app get into all my info without any way to bypass.

  56. gavin Findlay-avatar

Really handy, you get a shout as soon as gig announced and link to tickets. Also will read your tunes on your phobe and add the bands if u want

  57. Alicia Harrington-avatar

    Alicia Harrington

This app is amazing! It takes information from your spotify and let's you know every concert that is coming to your area based on your musical interests. It even recommends other concerts, gives you reminders of upcoming concerts and when the tickets for that concert will go on sale. Definitely a must have app for people who like to attend alot of live music events. It's easy to understand and update.

  58. Linda Humphries-avatar

    Linda Humphries

Really helpful for giving me a heads up on gigs I might not spot - and saves me having to read all the emails from ticketing companies I get each week 👍

  59. Sherry Ross-avatar

Songkick is eaisier to use than vivid seats. I really like this app.

  60. Nina Oporowska-avatar

It's really helpful if you want to know upcoming concerts of many different bands/singers, sadly not all bands/singers are there (like the K-pop bands Dreamcatcher and CLC). Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the offers of this app

  61. Alex Melnick-avatar

I go to a lot of shows, and Songkick can't be beat for figuring out what is coming to down and then keeping track of which shows you have tickets to. Links to tickets can be hit or miss and I wish there was a better way to search for shows happening in a different city at a specific time (for travel) but overall this app is fantastic and reliable.

  62. Michael Rotuno-Johnson-avatar

    Michael Rotuno-Johnson

Really cool app. Love how it connects with Spotify. I would really like to choose a home location and mile radius that it searches for concerts. I don't really want to add every city around me to find stuff, and I'm afraid I'll miss someone if I'm not thorough. Also, on my Galaxy S10 it seems to require two taps on the search bar to start typing, a minor issue. Otherwise, a really good app that does it's job well.

  63. Elmo Jarrah-avatar

Outstanding! Before Songkick I used to miss all the concerts that I'm interested in or go for over prices re-sale tickets but now with Songkick, I'm getting ahead of the game!

  64. Tony Rosales-avatar

Great app, everytime I'm wondering what to do for the week, they always send out a notification of a great concert that's going on. Great way to keep up with the music scene.

  65. Tristan Mccall-avatar

By far the most essential app for all music lovers!! If you follow any musicians, or even just want a comprehensive list of who's playing where on any given day, Songkick has you covered! They're very quick to update an artist's page when new gigs are posted, meaning you can rely on them to clue you in on the latest info. The UI is perfect, no issues whatsoever. The app feels very much like a passion project, especially since there is no pay in at all. Would recommend this to everyone!!

  66. Erik Peterson-avatar

Excellent tool for finding and planning shows. Would give five stars but could use a couple small improvements - a "search by date" option would be good, and the abiloty to enter a "distance from" a certain location, rather than being confined to a specific city. edit: I've become increasingly frustrated with the location searching function. Many smaller towns arw lumped into the New York, NY area, and i have to scroll through hundreds of NY shows to find one in an NJ town. Very obnoxious.

  67. Jaden Azazel-avatar

This app is all around really great and a life saver for me in a busy life, just keep working on software stability, bug fixes, and user friendliness. On a side note, Spotify is a highly social app and I think you should be able to scan friends music libraries as well as your own, this is an original idea and if you use it I'm happen to accept compensation, I am a private consultant after all.

  68. That Trigger Hippie-avatar

    That Trigger Hippie

This app has me spending a lot of money on concert tix! I love it! I'm getting notifications and getting the hottest tix before they sell out. I just wish it would track the concerts that you've already been to. I'd also like to see a social profile built in so you can alert friends and send invitations. All around great app but I still use the website also.

  69. Duncan Blackwell-avatar

    Duncan Blackwell

It does work. But, not as good as it should. Reason??? I was told by a friend that my idol Geoff Tate was playing less than 2 miles from where I live. Awesome, jump on this app to find out information about the show and its not listed. His other concert venues were there but not my local venue. Until its fixed the stars will stay at 3. Come on SK, get your act together.

  70. Tony Marshall-avatar

Crashed when clicking on details of a gig. Very annoying as I had to scroll through dozens of pages to get to it. It appears there's no way to see what's on in a city on a particular date.

  71. steven decelle-avatar

Works great for planning concerts in various locations, interface is simpler than Bandcamp

  72. Adrian de Kiewiet-avatar

    Adrian de Kiewiet

Saves me so much time hunting for gigs and concerts for my favourite artists. It links seamlessly with Google calendar too so I get notifications when tickets go on sale - no more paying triple price for 3rd party tickets!

  73. Shelley Jackson-avatar

    Shelley Jackson

Fab app, easy to use and perfect for getting hold of those tickets to see bands you previously struggled with. Alerts in advance are brilliant!

  74. Michael Hooimeyer-avatar

    Michael Hooimeyer

Perfect app to find converts and live gigs in the area. Have only had the app installed for a few weeks and am already able to find so much more happening for artists that I like. Keep up the good work songkick team

  75. Arik Arron-avatar

love it, best way to keep track of concerts. the best feature is it scaning your music via multiple platforms, and showing you more of what your interested in. it also shows you all the live music playing in an area (usually with a price) for a day of your choice. only improvement would be to link artists music, so when youre looking into new artists its easier to find them if theyre not popular.

  76. Vexing Devil-avatar

their website is way better. love the concept and this site has kept me in touch with upcoming shows for a few years now by sending me emails every time one of my artists is coming in concert. I'm gonna uninstall and go back to that method. this app has very few options for doing anything and adds artists you don't want to your artist feed simply because they toured together before. just bookmark the website and save yourself the hassle

  77. Tiaramarie Banham-avatar

    Tiaramarie Banham

The best way to track artists, know about concerts in your area, and buy tickets!

  78. Juan Olivas-avatar

Very thankful for this app. I don't track my favorite artists very well, so this helps put them all in one place.

  79. Andy Avins-avatar

Seems very accurate and up-to-date. Well worth the few minutes to set it up. Highly recommended!

  80. Edd Payne-avatar

Good for tracking bands coming to play and the Spotify integration makes it trivial to set up

  81. Jamie Hanuka-avatar

Songkick is a great app but, I have a big problem with it. Having a three month old child does not afford me the time nor the opportunity to see concerts anymore. Songkick always updates me on when my favorite bands are coming into town so I feel as if it's constantly mocking me about all the shows I can't see anymore.

  82. May Okiwe-avatar

Songkick has been the best app I have ever used! 😀 If you are a true music fan, this app will be the best thing that has ever happened to you. For best results, connect this app to your Spotify account, and you'll always be notified for concerts for the artists that you follow. I love the convenience of being linked directly to the site where I can automatically purchase the tickets for the show I want to see as well. I would highly recommend this app!

  83. Jason Lehrbaum-avatar

I find this app to be extremely useful when tracking artists that I might want to see playing live. The one feature it does not have that I really wish it would allow for in the settings, is to turn off turn off the locations that there's no way you'll ever be able to attend. For example many of the bands that I like are not American bands and so they may be touring but not in the US. So I'd rather not scroll through all the bands I like and the locations when they're all going to be in Germany or Europe or someplace and may never come to the u.s. So the feature would be 'don't show me locations that are more than say 500 miles away' or something

  84. bruce hochstetler-avatar

    bruce hochstetler

Great for finding concerts, reminding you of when tickets go on sale, and even ordering your tickets.

  85. Todd Cowan-avatar

Love having notifications about any and all rock bands that come up,especially these days when there aren't many good live bands left!

  86. Lille Gill-avatar

Keeps me up to date with the goods. Well customisable. No spammer notifications and annoying BS! 🤘 🤜💥🤛🤘

  87. notstarboard-avatar

Useful app, but "There are 17 concerts in your area this month. Come check them out!" is an abuse of the notification system. Edit: This app is also a nightmare to set up for existing users. The app tries to scan my library, fails when I deny location and files permissions, finally lets me log in after a restart, then prompts me to link Spotify, add tracking locations (can't skip), and add artists before I can use the app. My locations and artists have been set up for years. Just let me sign in.

  88. 욕구Desi-avatar

It scans your spotify for artist to track, which is what i use most of the time to listen to music anyways. It can also scan your music you have on Google play. It's very useful in tracking concerts in your area. It even gives you the option to track concerts in other cities or states of your favorite artist. I use that since I travel around the U.S. and want to see artist in other states or countries. If you update your spotify music often with new artists it'll scan for that too.

  89. Scott Anthony-avatar

Awesome app it's a must have. Free and up to date concert information and more. I love it. I vote it app of the year 2019

  90. Ain't Complainin' Band-avatar

    Ain't Complainin' Band

Gives me great updates on the artists on my list, especially great for less mainstream artists, I might have missed their shows before but not with this, highly recommended

  91. Keara Braedon xx-avatar

    Keara Braedon xx

the app tells you whether your tracked artists are on tour or not and it tracks all the artists you want. No limit of how many artists you want to track. it also alerts you when there is a concert or festival near you and it tell you what artists are going to be there and all the details. I would recommend you to get this app if you want to know about the concerts near you and what your favourite artists are doing.

  92. David Wohl-avatar

So far no that good. Understood SK could scan my Apple Music/iTunes library and send me concert notices base on my artist list. Certainly not easy to find out how to set that up. I don't need a million artists I don't know.

  93. Jade Roscoe-avatar

It's okay but no comparison to the "Bands In Town" app. It's much more thorough. Notifications are immediate because they come from the artists you track. (or their PR team). Most times I hear from the app before the artists even though I'm on their mailing list.

  94. Dave Smey-avatar

You tell it what it what you like and it barfs out concert listings for you. You can keep a list of specific shows you might like to go to. So far seems like it's going to be pretty useful. Best feature for me is the ability to import my whole profile, so this thing now knows everybody I've listened to for the last decade.

  95. Reyhan Reid-avatar

There is some functionality that seems simple, but is missing: 1) I can't scan Tidal, SoundCloud, or Pandora. 2) I can select all artists in my Songkick list, then deselect only a few in order to delete the ones that remain selected. This matters cause I don't want to be informed about concerts for all the artists in my list right now. I would on only attend concerts for a handful of them. 3) There is no way to indictate a price range for tickets that I would be willing to buy.

  96. Michael De-avatar

Use sk often, but redundancies for existing users. If I want to sign back in after wiping or buying a new phone I have to wait for it to scan my library. Finally once I sign in, I get asked to track more artists. I can track 0 and still have the same state the last time I was signed into the app. This makes signing in for an existing user take more than 2minutes when it should be 30s or less. Since you guys updated the upcoming concerts fragment, maybe you can now fix these redundancies?

  97. Perry Romard-avatar

Your app does not do what it's supposed to do. Does not track artists that have been chosen to be tracked - which is the main purpose of your app. Due ot this drawback, I will be missing one of my favourite artists in concert. And I will no longer be needing your services as I, along with friends and family, can track and plan concert and band information much better than you can.

I like this so far, love the tabs. Much better then ticketmaster.. things I'd like to see(a)track venues(b)filter for certain date(c)filter for acts in your list for who's on tour atm(d)add people who are going too add to a friends list & can msg to meet up with (I get this is a big request so not something I'd be expecting). love that I can use it on landscape on my tablet, although you can't see the full picture& can't scroll at the bottom. would love similar for theatre

Very useful. Good UI. Could use a feature to distinguish artists with the same name.

Does exactly what I need, always alerts me to upcoming concerts. It's a great and easy way to track your concert plans.
