Loading the app sucks..big time..that being said..i have the camera mounted a 110 away.from my apt... .it works fine with a few seconds delay..it really needs more than three solar batteries to last the night..

The camera quality is nice when placed in a spot where it is sunny enough to recharge the batteries. The video quality is good and the microphone does a pretty good job. That being said.....the app is awful. It takes forever to load the feeds and I have not been able to view events that have been triggered (which are far and few between as the detection is sub par).

It's OK. I have a S90 and a S60 and the app works fairly well on both cameras. One small problem with S90 is that the SD card settings doesn't stick. It keeps showing Cloud Storage although it does seem to be writing to the SD card. The S60 SD card setting sticks just fine. Both cameras record fine but even with a strong WiFi signal, the video occasionally stutters. I'm not sure if that's a hardware or software problem. Pairing was easy. Always connects with my Time Capsule.

My mother purchased one of these cameras, and I was tapped to set up. I never succeeded in pairing it with either an Android or Apple phone. It forever says "Camera ready for pairing" then "Camera information received." On the Apple phone it wouldn't allow selection or entry of the wifi network name and setup failed. On android, the setup reached 100% and never moved forward. Then there is the incessant high pitched whirring sound while it is scanning. Bad product all around. Want money back!

I have 2 cameras and at 1st I could not get them to work properly. reached out to customer care and they helped with the issues. I am still not able to view videos from the sd card. they are helping me still on that. I also wish you could have the ability to pick a section in the view to set for a motion detection. The common thing I see is that the app is slow.

Looking at the instructions, the app doesn't have a few of the menus that are in the documentation. Makes it hard to actually use. I have had the camera for a while, and set it up a few times. The app and camera are so bad, we stopped using it it. I had forgotten about it. Thought I would give it another try. Still very bad. I have been trying multiple cameras, while other apps can be frustrating, this is by far the worst I have seen

Definitely stay away from any of their products. My doorbell worked for a couple of weeks then stopped. I removed everything and started the installation process over and it still wouldn't work. Customer service is horrible, and they won't issue a refund. The cloud service doesn't work, video is not recorded on my memory card when motion is detected. Worthless, save your money and go elsewhere. I am still trying to communicate with them after 2 months...

Worked fine for 2 days. Now, PIR and cloud storage no longer function. Don't know if it's worth the $ to buy an SD card to see if this fixes the problem because I can't be sure if these issues are with the camera or the app(!). I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app and reset/re-paired the camera THREE times (along with mobile device restarts) and nothing has changed! Currently, this only functions as a live-view web cam with the ability to record *manually only*. Pointless!

The app appears to sometime function if you use cloud storage but recordings are very low resolution. I previously could scroll back in time and view what looked like better quality video during "events" saved to the 64gb Samsung microSD card but that doesn't appear to work anymore if you're more than a minute or 2 from the current time. I hear some sound but no video. Wish there was an option to download the full quality video clips that are recorded when the cloud storage videos are recorded.

I bought this solar camera thinking it would last at least few years. No it didn't. It only lasted exactly on year and warranty has no expired. Solar battery stopped charging. Im charging now with my USB and now it doesn't want to connect to app at all. Waste of 150 bucks. So sad.😢
