    Super slow. It takes 4 seconds to load the initial screen that shows balance. It takes few seconds to navigate from function to function. The notifications do not redirect you to the corresponding menu but you have to navigate by yourself to the topics announced by the notifications. It fits its primary purpose of online banking but often I rather connect from laptop and access through PC website.

    The app used to work perfectly, since 2 weeks I'm unable to login. Even on pc and on mobile app too. I have requested for the password to be changed twice and it still doesn't work. Would appreciate if this rating helps me to fix this issue.

    1. Took 4 weeks to create account. 2. All settings what I wanted weren't properly set when I created the account. 3. When I contacted urgent-call-center when I was in abroad, I asked "est ce que vous parlez anglais?". The worker answered "non" and hung up the phone immediately. 4. Finally I was able to find English speaking call-center worker. She helped me to create a new card and ship to the cloest bank and not to my former address. Now the app says my card will be shipped to my former address

    Security is stone age. Make a mistake transcribing the SMS and you're stuffed for the day and sending an SMS to the same device that you're signing in on makes no sense anyway. Also if you've no phone signal then you're totally stuffed. For an organisation the size of SG this app is terrible.

    The app is awful. It stops before you can insert your passcode. It asks me phone number and after my agreement "that it's my nomber" it just do nothing. I can't get any contact with my assistant because it always loading. And since my app is always loading and asking me, I can't go to the bank website and can't spend money, because "I should accept notification it in my app". And there is no English version at all. I accidentally phoned the number which meant that I list my card.

    I was in France for 7 months. Before leaving I had given a letter to close my account from August but account is still open and 7€ is getting deducted from my account every month. I spoke to my advisor also. She said she will close but has not closed the account. Also am not able to access my client space.

    Worst. The customer service take too long to answer, I cannot have an accès to my own account because the service is unavailable right know?? How it's that possible? I thought it was a problem with the app so I've uninstalled it and downloaded it again but it doesn't seem to work. So I went to Google and tried to get to my account through the website but nothing is working. PS: it says :"Service temporarily unavailable, please try again later."

    The most useless waste of an evening i have yet had to endure, despite putting in my logon code and my password all managed in a foreign language it then wanted my phone number which it clearly did not accept and as a result it will not work - it will not let me enter another phone number it just goes round in circles demanding a phone number that it already has but will not accept and will not let me change it - go to france go to your bank in person it will be far far quicker..
