The app is constantly crashing. This last crash it seems the developers are just walking away from. I've been emailing them for four weeks with no response. I've usually gotten a response in the past. I've lost over 1000 items stored, with detailed information. It makes me sick. I suggest you not download this app. It's perfect in its setup, but the developers cannot keep it up and running.

Edit: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS I'm currently just trying to get it to open one more time so I can screenshot the hundreds of pictures I have trapped in there. It rarely works well, it goes months without working properly and then it will be fixed for like a month. Currently it takes 15 min to get it to even open. I keep trying on my browser but I logged in with Facebook and now it says that's not available anymore, so I have no way of logging in again.

I was a member of this community since 2017. I am truly devastated over this app being abandoned especially after I was reassured that they were going to keep Snupps going. I and many others suggested incorporating ads and a premium for ad free, but it has appeared to fallen on deaf ears. This was a fantastic app. I could easily keep track of my collection while talking to others with similar interests. I only ever had issues with one person on there, because the community was so great.

I loved this app for years and I have so many pictures and items on there now lost forever as the developers haven't given anyone notice of the app disappearing or even if its coming back, The app is completely gone on the Apple store and I'm very disappointed that nothing has been said or done about it. Do not download this app currently as it just doesn't work or open and you will loose all of your pictures and time and effort you took to take the pictures and order your collection. >:(

I'm so disappointed, I used to love this app, I've been using it since 2017 to track my collection and even started a group which had over 1000 members. Now I've come back to it after a few months and it doesn't even open on any of my devices. According to the updates the app was last updated in 2019 so either they no longer work on the app or the developers just don't care about it enough to fix it. So sad

Amazing while it lasted... After using it for years to catalog sewing patterns so I could refence what I have on the go, it's all gone without notice. Hours of detailed notes for refence, were a waste. This app was spectacular, but it's dead and inaccessible now. Very bummed to say the least.

Used to be a reliable place to list and organize my collections, but lately, has not been loading at all, and, the rare time it does load, my categories don't. Hasn't been updated in years. Real shame, especially since I need to recatalog everything somewhere else.

Used to be a great app..it doesn't work no more..think all us guys on the app should think about trying to set something else up like a group Facebook page or something else..I'm no so good with that stuff so if someone wants to try set it up we can back to posting our pick ups and other stuff.. looking forward to any suggestions.. I've been using this app for a couple of years. It used to work perfectly, it was a place where I could store, keep track of my collection and make new friends. But the last at least year it has been very broken. Most days opening and loading the app takes forever or doesn't work at all. It makes me so sad. Please fix this issue :(

Without letting anyone know they have stopped the app so can't even log on. It's a compete joke because I have thousands of pics on the app cataloguing everything and now it's gone. A simple message from them to say they are deleting the app and we could all have took all of our pics off the app.
