Update 07.11.2021 No response to review and I'm seeing a lot of similar complaints, assuming it's been abandoned by the developers 😔 17.07.2021 When it works this is a really good reward app, been using it for years but it's still really unstable. Often needs reinstalling due to bugs, and all previous receipts and credits are lost. It's a shame this has never been fixed despite being a known issue since day one. I have received payouts in the past, so it isn't a scam, it's just frustrating.

Crashes too often, at least once or twice a month & needs to be reinstalled. Good for earning a bit, but it needs attention from teccys. Crashed today for the umpteen time. So had to uninstall it and now they're not accepting new applications. Recommend you cash in ASAP.

Rated this app some time ago as I was having problems with it. Since then I have noticed that lots of peoplearehavingthe same problems, so tha app is obviously not up to the standard it should be. Keeps crashing, reloading requests information that is not really relevant and the rewards don't build up as quickly as they should!!! (1 star because I cannot give it 0)

Sounds like a really good idea until you actually start using it. I have had one pay out which is fabulous £5 for just uploading receipts. Easy money. Downside the app keeps crashing and saying "survey failed to load" sometimes you can get it back yourself and it works again for a while then it crashes again. Twice i emailed for help and they have helped me however I'm back to survey failed to load. So a year on im still using this app, it can be difficult at time, but I think its brilliant

The app just doesn't make sense, it isn't user friendly. Doesn't clearly state what to do, you don't get the rewards it says for each reciept. Limited way too much to how much you can earn in a month before cashing out and haven't had a single survey or anything extra it says to look out for. Real potential to be a brilliant app if it was re-designed and some time and effort put into it.

Had 2 £10 instant Amazon voucher payouts off this now only thing for me hence the 4 stars is now and again it can't connect to the survey so the app needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled for it to work again it's all great apart from that maybe speed up the validation process too

App fails to load at least every 7-10 days and has to be un/ re-installed. Occassionally loses a receipt too , I have upload so many , but there is always an odd one that seems to disappear, as my numbers don't always tally and there is no way of checking , as with any receipt fails too. Difficult to upload long receipts too - you need a separate collage app. But otherwise a good way to make £5 every couple of months.

Best receipt app on the market by far. App still crashes a lot and it would let you get out of a survey. Only way to sort out is delete app and start again hoping your points,money is still saved .😒

The app is ok. It is genuine. However lately, everytime I want to upload my receipts it just states "Failed to load survey" First I thought it will be fixed soon but I keep having this problem on and off for the last 6 months. Other than that I do recommend this app

Update: 081921 - still playing up , had to uninstall and reinstall it again Update: 160721 - the app is still playing up. Thus really needs sorting out , too many people saying the same as me. When it works its great. But I am having to uninstall & reinstall alot for it to work.
