Installed already for the seventh time. Always unable to connect. No help, no useful answers. I don't usually do negative reviews, prefer to keep silent. But I am unable to use the app at all, and there's no option left.

Firmware 1.6 is out. Tips and tricks: turn on DUAL NETWORK ACCELERATION. This will help with wifi connection and help the app switch to the nikon's wifi. Set the cameras wifi network as unmetered in the wifi network settings. This will help the download. Don't expect wifi downloads to be fast. A full individual video file is about 4 gigabytes. The wifi network on the camera tops out at 72 megabits/s. It is much faster to transfer through usb or sd card reader. Usb 480 megabits/s

Not user friendly. Bluetooth Pairing with camera is so complicated. Once paired, it is incredibly hard to connect with your camera. The remote photography does not link 95% of the time. The other 5%, it stays linked for 5 seconds. It cannot upload pictures. The camera comes with a remote, but you have to pair it with the phone, then the camera. Exact same problems. The firmware is not easy to install. I Googled to troubleshoot every problems. They're aware of this, but there are no solutions.

Such a terrible app. How this got through any kind of testing is beyond me. I love the 360 camera I have, but this app is horrific. Its slow. It refuses to connect to the camera about 90% of the time. It takes minutes to switch to wifi, if it even succeeds. Just shocking. Shocking! Luckily you dont have to use it much unless you want to change settings. Shame there's not just a fast lightweight remote control app. Nikon should be ashamed of themself for releasing this app.

I rarely wright reviews, but this app needed one. I've had the Keymission 360 since day one and since then the app has not been able to connect 50% of the time. Images when downloaded are only a fraction of the full resolution. Cannot view the videos/timelapses through the app. The main Snapbridge is constantly improved whereas this had remained the same since release with a few bug fixes. What gives?

Very slow connections between the phone and the Action camera. Please update for ease of use not for just making it for compliance. I cannot easily share photos and videos from the camera to my phone. It takes half an hour to get the 5 photos and 1 video from the camera. My goodness!

Nikon... NIKON!!!! This software is APPALLING! What were you thinking releasing this app written by a 16 yr old work experience student. You need to fix: Bluetooth connectivity Wifi connectivity Remote control pairing One touch sensitivity of photo and video buttons. Image stitching User interface (absolutely the worst!) You need to rethink your entire approach with this software as this is an expensive camera totally let down by software. Fix it! I expect more from a premium brand like Nikon.

  8. Rafal Urbanski-avatar

Horrible. Unable to connect for remote shooting or downloading pictures. Useless app and camera. The battery allows max 10 mins recording, you can't charge and use the camra in the same time. Such a massive disappointment from such a legendary brand.

Latest version works like a charm. It's a bit slow, but the camera doesn't need the app to operate so it's fine. Too bad there is no client that exports stabilized 4k video: the gyroscope data is there.

Once you figure it out its pretty good, however I am still unable to transfer raw photos directly from camera without converting, this sux , it's 2020 FFS, I'm using Android 10 . And iPad, takes hours to transfer my raw photos, that's pathetic, lost two stars for that
