Worst delivery service. The customer service representative also not understand english. Since 4 days they can't able to deliver my shipment. In this small country bahrain they are delaying delivery. Bahrain Postal service is better than them. Not recommended at all.

It's been 6 days no status update about the shipment. When make a call to customer care they file a complain and nothing happens. Still not received my shipment. Worst delivery service ever.

The app is helpful but can be improved. It shows shipments that don't belong to me but there is no way to remove such wrong entries. It also doesn't allow me to add some missing shipments! These two improvements are crucial. From time to time, it's not able to publish my shipments at all too.

Here in Baqaa when we order and the carrier is smsa .. they dont deliver to the hospital which is just 5 minutes drive to their location that's why i dont recommend smsa.

recipient address don't appear completely as it was written especially if you put international address. and also please put something that we will be able to edit/delete the saved recipient addresses as a result of multiple entries due to address do not appear completely upon proceeding. it is messed up on that part. and the posting of airway bill do not update immediately in real time. i've waited for 8 hours before the airway bill was sent to me through email.

worst service ever! i am waiting for my delivery for last 6 working days. it is in the hub in my city already. every day i see that it is out for delivery and every evening it is back to hub. customer service can not answer why it is so. they keep promissing "tomorrow". unprofessional company. my second and last time using ur service. p.s. the first time i had troubles as well.

disgusting app and service.after install the app i have been trying for 4 day to sing in .but i didnt get OTP number in 4 days.wak thu on this app. and also i have an parcel , about 6 days ago smsa send me an sms to conform delivery address. but still now they dont send me any conformation.then when i tried to talk with customer care ,they didnt accept my call.over all they had deducated charge 10 sr for 4 munits. they message me, saying the items are ready for pickup, i pickup it up giving all my info, tracking number, my cp number.. and damn they ask a pin number... i didn't receive any pin number, i need the item and they don't let me get it because i can't give the pin number... damned people what's the used of tracking number name and the payment... best thing I CANCEL IT. first time i encounter an idiot staff....
