The worst app and rewards program I ever come across. Don't install and don't participate. All they do is use this to collect data but the rewards program is so convoluted that it is just not worth participating. 1. The Ads keep popping up as you change from one screen to another until it is almost unusable. 2. Scan too many QRs, they block you. When it is just 1 point! 3. The conversion rate is from points to Winks is too low 4. The process is convoluted. You have to convert points to winks then winks to vouchers! 5. You can only convert a maximum of 20winks/day but they don't tell you that.

Love the app, the new interface is so much more interesting and intuitive then the previous version. One of the best app so far, collect points that can be converted to usable dollar value (I have done it so many times), while traveling on the SMRT MRT network and scanning the pink QR code labels that can be found on many of their advertising panels. Having to look at the advert that popup is no trouble at all. This is how they fund the points they are giving to us F.REE.

One star because i can't give any lower for the lack of user friendliness. Navigating to each new page directs me to an ad, which just builds up irritation over time as i aim to explore the app. Is there really a need to require users to turn on their GPS when they are not scanning QR codes for wink+ points? Just waiting for the location to be confirmed took more than a few seconds. Pokemon go could load faster, despite more intense graphics processing.

Dun waste time & effort. There was once l used my husband's hp to login as my battery flat. He got no ac opened with wink then. Subsequently, my husband created his own ac to play. Both our ac kena lock up immediately. We seek help to unlock, but each time both ac got locked up again when the 2nd party locked in, even though we adhere to the rule not to login through the other party's hp. The tech support is lousy and rude. They can't solve the root problem and accuse us for not adhere rules.

Very annoying n useless app. No clear instructions, a lot of junks n ads, A LOT OF ADS!! Not user friendly. N seems now using TL simply go this thing doesn't really work anymore. Time to get this lousy thing out of my phone. Update: Took 6 months to reply my review. Brilliant. Even I accept ur explanation on ads, keep crashing, also one of vital parts right? Amazing.. I have stopped getting points, but I keep d app so that I can spend my points that I collected. But looks like it's a waste mem.

To all who need redress because your account got locked : you need to send in a newly-composed email or a new enquiry through the app everytime you need to reply them. The process was quick but because we were expected to know something we did not know, it became a labourious event. This rating was due to the mistake the customer service made of not telling me earlier how I was supposed to reply. Other than that, the app is actually excellent!

Thankful for all the awesome shopping and scanning experience. I have been a wink+ user for years and the rewards are practical and easy to redeem. But my account was locked since Jun 2020 and after the customer service verified my email and mobile, they didn't reply my emails or IG dm.. Its disappointing because they just kept me waiting without explaining why.. :( Update 27/11/2020 My account is still locked and nobody got back to me yet. So can't try the new features. :(

Useless app and terrible customer service! I was locked out 5 months ago, but they still had not solve my problem. I have only one account and I play strictly by the rule.All they do is asking for information again and again, but until now nothing has been done! They don't acknowledge upon receiving emails, and took weeks to reply.
