To say it's a frustrating app is an understatement. Where things work, this app should have been banned by Goverment. Recharging seven thousand naira in total and still unable to make a call is crazy. Each time they say i dont have enough credit. The customer care agents are more confused than a goat. i pressed one star because i dont know how to rate them zero or minus.

I wish they can do better. Upon all the millions they are making, yet they can't maintain this app. Always having one issue or the other. When you try to make calls it will say " busy here ". I have restarted my phone, checked if I can update the app. NOWAY!

Hangs up from nowhere during a call,also From time to time it says failed regisration, cannot connect using blue tooth, the line is not secured. Fix these and I will give it 5 stars. Registration was resolved through installation I can call but no one can hear. Went to customer care haha they cant hear the automated system says sorry you have a problem and than hangs up....imagine. The chat is busy they offer the option to email. 5 hours later I,am still waiting. I am considering other option.

I have never seen a scrab app than this in my entire life, the android app works and just crashes at all times, i have to download and realign to work. No upgrades and no support. This is utter nonsense. The IOS version is even worse. In all of this you cannot even recieve a single call from this app. If you have alternative please do not use

This app is becoming frustrating and useless.. Rubbish Most of the times trying to make call,i get a reply that I do not have enough credit even when I just recharged and not spend up to 20 minutes of the balance.. And i still have a rolled over Recharge.. Sometimes I would have to restart the app.. The network provision is getting worse..

This is the worst telecom apps I ever subscribed to. Smile should go back to the drawing board and start all over. This is not good for a business set up. Nothing good about the set up. Very unfortunate. We should be suing the company soon and claim damages.

This app is now rubbish. How do we use an app to make calls when recharging became as difficult as it is? Error 404 for how weeks now, I mailed customer care and no response for over 3 weeks. Do something!

This app is great and I've loved it so much. Please I need you to work on the recording. It gives huge MB for recording. 22mins call recording gives 44MB file... Please reduce the size of the call recording file.
