These location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. Apps may use this to determine approximately where you are.

precise location (GPS and network-based)
Allows the app to get your precise location using the Global Positioning System (GPS) or network location sources such as cell towers and Wi-Fi. 9/9/19: Randomly wipes all data and resets my device. The first time I thought it was a fluke or something I'd done, but not this time - it must be an ongoing glitch. 3/31/20: Refuses to connect to device at times. I struggled for two days (several tries each day) to get it to connect after the time change (I just wanted the time to be correct). Today, I thought I'd try changing am alarm setting on it, but it won't connect to the device at all. Even after unbinding and reinstalling the app.

I like the watch. I like the app. I think I especially like the way the data is displayed on various graphs and charts. I say THINK, cause it's hard to tell when the information is presented using TWO PIXELS PER CHARACTER. With no apparent way to zoom in, or setting to increase font size. Please make that part of the app functional. Preferably the ability to zoom in. Thanks.

Update: Does not accurately track steps nor does it last the 7-15 days as advertised. I'm lucky to make it 7 days, does not track sleep accurately. So far I like the app and the smartwatch. The main reason I got it was because it's waterproof and claims to last 7-15 days. The biggest question in my mind however, why make something waterproof but not have swimming as an option? I have not used it over night and will update my review after I have a chance to explore it's capabilities a bit more.

Nice program but I can't share by email. That's something that I really need to do. It tries to do something but it fails and goes back to how would you like to share it repeating the process and it tells me something's wrong with my email. My email works just fine. Also some of the readings are off like my sleep. I wake up at 4:00 but it added an extra hour. I know my clock is correct because I'm looking at it right now. If it makes a mistake I would like an option to correct this.

This app is absolutely dire but I have to keep it because of the 'smart watch' I purchased. I purchased it as a cheaper alternative to a FitBit but I actually might just buy the FitBit as well because I have to Force Stop the app everytime I want to close it. It's not really acceptable, particularly considering how many negative reviews this app has been getting for months. To whom it may concern, please fix this at your earliest convenience.

Updated review. After I updated to Android 10, I have to rebind the device. It's not a huge hassle for me but it can be for others as you have to set your presets again. I updated the review because I noticed that not just my steps, but sleep & heart rate data which I care about more are in fact saved when I log in again. If the watch wasn't such a good deal, I'd give it a 3* review. Android 10 is still fairly new so the app should get fixed "soon". Love the app for the most part 🙂.

App itself maybe ok, but its syncing abilities to other fitness apps such as Google Fit or Strava is really hard to understand. For example, there is no way to force syncing. And it actually was working properly on the initial setup. After that I see just sleeping hours synchronised, not activities. Sent email to developers 2 weeks ago but didn't get any response :(

Great app and watch, the app updates settings and actions when connected, but the watch saves the data from the day and updates the app when connected, only disappointment is there is no heart rate monitor other than that works great and the battery lasts 4 days of constant use. You have to go on settings to get alarms and messages but as long as your connected they come through, does have a bit of trouble with emojis but it's a simple little watch that's good for keeping track of your fitness.

Works well for actual geographical movement; but fails to count any of the stationary machine steps I take which makes up 3/4 of my total steps. Favorite thing: The strap and unit have zero metal for skin contact. I'm severely allergic to metal. I will continue to look for a different tracker since I need one that works with stationary activity (USA/WI = weather keeps me inside for most of the year)

This app is ok, needs you to remember to manually download regularly or you have data gaps. But today my device reset itself to 0, time, steps, everything. Now I cannot connect the device to the App. Bluetooth can see it but it wont bind. So now my watch doesn't even tell the correct time and I've lost my data.

Poor quality app for a really good product. When I the device after the initial charge, it would not connect to the app. It would not be a problem if I bought the device just to have the device. The app is a big part of having a tracker, so you can track your activities and improve or change what you have done. Due to this BIG problem of connecting and tracking activities, I will be returning the unit. Too bad!! It is a great item especially since it is good for swimming!!

I just walked over 6k steps today, and when I went to update my steps on the app, it shows 0 steps. Even though I had it on walk mode, it told me my heart rate the entire time, I could see the number of steps, then it just went to zero. Very disappointed. This is the second time this has happened.

Unfortunate. I really wanted to like this app and watch. But the app takes a long time to sync, instructions are in broken English, and in less that one year the watch and app have stopped talking to each other. "Device not connected" is now all I get when trying to do anything. And apparently the only way to reset the watch is through the app...which is NOT ABLE TO CONNECT! I've uninstalled/reinstalled, reset my bluetooth connection, restarted my phone...nothing works. Disappointed.

I've used the app before and this time after I upgraded my smart watch, it takes too long to connect, sometimes I don't get my text messages or calls. It disconnect itself and i have bind and unbind to make it work. I follow the instructions to no avail. I've installed and uninstalled as well.

Horrible app for a great device. Veryfitpro has a lot of room to be desired. Biggest complaint is that if you lose connection with you letscom fitness device, it's all over. You have to "unbind" your device and then "bind" it again. Seems like an easy enough fix, right? Except that you lose every configuration setting you had for your device. Everything returns to default settings. Default clock face, back to 12 hour clock, you lose all of your alarms and have to set them all back up again.
