Reviews From google play store

I've been using this with my Letscom tracker for over a month and "both" seem to be fairly accurate. One feature that I would like is a popup or some other very obvious notification when the battery is low. Unfortunately, because this tracker is not quite bright enough, the battery icon on the tracker is very difficult to read and when the battery gets below 10% the app seems to lose any existing data for the day. That may be due to the app not refreshing until it's opened, which brings up another feature, to be able to set an interval for the app to automatically refresh..

App Is not on the list of acceptable apps for google fit. So linking tracking data will not work. Syncing the new 205's data does not show up in daily activities. Sleep data not recorded. Heart rate monitor not active 24/7. Only when used during an activity does the hr monitor consistently. No data recording of activities.. So.. It's kinda useless other than to watch some live hr features. And get notifications. Useless i say.. edit 11/25/19 so it does send info to google fit. but it consistently re writes data. no saved sleep data in google fit. no individual data from each day for heat rate, after your day is done. sleep tracking spotty at best.

The product is very flakey. The sensors do not work very well, they only get 1/รท of the data. Awake hours only says 30 min. Heart rate is recording correctly. The wristband is off wrist, and it still collects heart rate at above 75 bpm It records all of your arm movements as steps. So sometimes i had 40,000 steps. But I never webt anywhere

Dear developer: could you please implement that.... 1) sweeping left or right changes between days? 2) sweeping down shows the details of all features (sleeping, heart rate, steps, calories, etc.) 3) zooming of the graphs should be possible (to see just a defined part of the day) 4) possibility to user define overlay-graphs The app works so far, but as it is today, navigating between days and features is frustratingly circumstancial. Point 1 and 2 is state-of-the-art and not just a gimmick.

The app seems to work fine, syncs without a problem so far. But, it has a major flaw that makes it pretty much unusable for me. It doesnt show the total calories burned in a day, only calories burned during activity. Telling me I burned 200 cals during a walk is less useful than 2200 cals for the day. If this was fixed it would be 5/5. It would also be nice to pick what data it syncs to google fit, so fit could do the cal calculation itself instead of showing the 200 active cals from this app

I've been using the watch/app for a week now. I would like to give high ratings to the watch but the low rating goes to the app. The graphs seem to work only half the time, sometimes refreshing takes a few minutes and, could use a little more modernity.

Connected to FitFort easily. 1.On my FitFort, bp display needs to be longer, perhaps 15 secs. Ideally a settable option for all displays. 2. For the bp display use the larger character as used for time. Why not use the largest character possible for every screen (which would fit the data). 3.Include heart rate w bp display. 4. The bp timer is slow, actual 22s. 5. Larger app display font. 6. Need an option to sync data to app, as after a walk.

I really like the app its just I have one possible future update. There are only walking and running in the "Todays Rank" part of the app. I suggest taht you add sleep as one and possibly other sports and just overall imptove that ascpect of it (Haha, sleep is the only sport im good at). With this feauture, I would give 5 stars. but overall app is good and pairs with my watch good.

App is ok I do find that I have to unbind & bind again every other few days especially when app connection is lost. App connects right back asap! ๐Ÿ‘‰ U have to hold watch/fitband/ringband over phone device while you continue to tap it to keep it on. Also it saves my activities and not lost. BP monitoring is not accurate but I do know if my BP is low or high ๐Ÿ‘ I use my at home BP digital monitor to get more accurate results. โค๏ธ Heart rate monitor (HR) is accurate though, miles walked is right

App is horrible! It doesn't update your steps I synced it 3 times and nothing i had to uninstall and reinstall up to 4 times now and it just resets all of my information even though I had it synced on my account. I cant recover anything over the last few days. It doesn't notify me of any calls. Do not buy

Nothing is working except the heartrate monitor. No info or clue on how to set the time. Unit streams past most icons. This unit is both user unfriendly and disfunctional. Using the app and bluetooth no help.

Not accurate, it said I was asleep until 0650 this morning yet I was out walking my dogs at 0615. Therefore it's ok if you want to keep rough data but not if you want definitive information to track your health, sleep and heart rate

The app doesn't always allow you to log in, and if you unbind and rebind the device without being logged in, all your personal info and targets are reset. But the device is cheap

Sleep and heart rate records that are synced to Google Fit disappear from Google Fit after a day. You can still see them in this app, but Google Fit has a better display, and readings from my other devices get stored there just fine.

I have recently changed over from fitbit. The veryfitpro worked fine and the app installed flawlessly, out of the box. It worked great for the first two weeks and seemed to do what was required. I don't know what changed but it stopped syncing with my google smart phone. I performed the unbind and tried to bind again, to no avail. I had to uninstall the app, restart the phone and re-install the app again. This has happened 3 times over the last two weeks and is becoming quite vexing. Is there a fix coming soon? I will continue to use it for now and wait for a fix but should it not be resolved, back to fitbit or perhaps Garmin.

The application keeps on telling that bluetooth connection is abnormal. I have already uninstalled it, and install again 3 times. My fitbit works without it just fine, but don't count on checking your sleep or data base

About what I expected from $25 FitFort tracker connected to this app. Doesn't seem very accurate in tracking steps. Also cannot find how to change the "sleep" time. It shows 12am to 12am.

This app was great... until it stopped working a few weeks ago. We have two Android phones connected to different watches, and neither one will sync anymore. We've restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. This is even more annoying now that the time has changed, since the watch won't change to the new time unless we can sync it.

Great app. and wearable device for the money- after 1month use I see only 1 issue - that the calculated stats are not accurate, I presume because the algorithms used to determine my step measurements are one size fits all and so inherently inaccurate. This should be an easy enhancement and a massive benefit. Requirment: I want to configure my step measurements for each different activity, so that the watch and app can accurately calculate my speed, distance, calories/energy consumption.

Nov. 4, 2019 Since time has changed and went back 1hr my watch isn't updated and it hasn't given the correct info to the app. The time isn't correct, the daily step data isn't showing at all. Please fix your app/device!!! Device Is NOT Connected The device isn't connecting with the watch. This is my 2nd watch. The Bluetooth is on, my location is off and I have synced the app several times to no avail. Please assist!!!

I have been using this app for about 7 months, maybe more. I travel for my job, and I finally figured out how that I had to open the app in order for it to sync with my watch, and it was fine for a while. Now, it doesn't sync at all. I have done unbind/bind, uninstall/reinstall. The app can't seem to find my watch (yes, Bluetooth is on). Very frustrating to not have my watch update with the time zone. Also, there used to be a battery life indicator on the watch; now there is not.

Every time I am away from the watch from the phone or need to restart the phone I have unbind and rebind the watch to the app/phone. Not realistic to use long time as data gets lost when unbinding.

It helps if you keep me fit. Also keeps me informed on how many calories I have burned off how many miles I have ran and also tells me my heartbeat so I don't have to worry about myself too much my watch does it for me

I loved this app... until I updated my phone to Android 10. Now it refuses to sync, and then I need to unbind it, and then bind again which normally over 30 minutes of me restarting my phone and struggling to even get it find my device. Very frustrating, because it used to work just fine. Personally, I don't know who to blame, Android 10, or the app. It is just very hard to use now, rendering it almost unusable. I would say find a watch that uses a different app.

Thought it was at least ok until I realize that the initial weight I put in is synced to google fit and reports the same weight every time. This wouldn't bother me so much except that I use a smart scale which reports to google fit and this is messing it up. I cleared the data and started the app again to realize that it's a required question in setup. Please change this feature! You're messing with my weight data. Funny enough, it does report heart rate to google at all nor does it seem to report my steps. Disappointed, as google fit is my primary tracker.

Get what you pay for. Only using for steps although found the sleep option interesting but not sure its correct. I don't link it to anything. I just use app and watch. Recently constantly showing icon that it is running. Today (had it about 10 weeks) I reached 15000 steps and just happened to glance at it an hour later and time has jumped forward 2 days and reset steps......had not been convinced that it was working properly today. Will keep it but will keep an eye hourly.

Very frustrating to try and sync my data from watch to this app. I have to unbind then bind to get it to connect, but all data will be lost, and it won't be able to sync but maybe once or twice before not working again. The app has many nice features, but they are useless if you cannot connect phone to watch (ring band as they call it). Most negative reviews are about this issue. PLEASE FIX this issue!!!

Android version 9 is on my phone and it keeps telling me "cannot connect" to this cheap device. I guess you get what you pay for. I hope the thing dies soon so I will feel justified throwing it in the garbage. Will contue to use until: 1. It dies or, 2. I find a way to buy a better device.

Thank you for this update. I could not activate call notifications before this update. Now I have all functions working. Thanks again!

Have had to uninstall this app at least 15 times. No heart rate. No sleep details. These show on fitbit but not in app. It does sync. Says it needs a pin or password. There is nowhere to put it. No help from very fit people. Uinstalled it again and downloaded again. Was giving a message my bluetooth connection is abnormal. Do not understand. My bluetooth is on. There is no option in the app to sort this. Showing a red 1 on the app. Nothing showing in it Rubbish app!

When I try to connect my SKYGRAND ID205 to your app it had an error and can't detect my device my watch connects perfectly with my phone and my Bluetooth and GPS are on yet it won't connect

Like so many others, I really liked the device. I customized it with my preferred activities and it was just what I wanted until it wasn't. It lost its pairing between device and app. I emailed the developer listed here, but got no response. I'd mostly given up and was ready to toss it and it suddenly paired. It worked a week, then same story. My husband has the same device, but no problems. I suspect manufacturing issues. The company sent a replacement.

This was great. Until it wasn't. Had trouble pairing it when I got it, but eventually figured it out. Used it through 3 charges. After the fourth or fifth charge, it decided it wouldn't synch. So I tried everything. Even looked up different troubleshooting things. I gave up trying to rebind and relink after a week of wasted attempts. To bad because when it worked it was great. But doesn't work or help if it doesn't connect. And it looks like this is a common problem. Developer had no response.

At some point an update of either the phone or app broke the ability to sync with my phone. I'm not sure when it changed, but I have even tried unbinding the device to get around it and have so far been unable to rebind to it. I have seen apps I'd liked more, and I've only been using this one because I had no other options, now I can't even use this.

Can't turn off or change my alarm because the buttons have become completely unresponsive. I seem to have nothing but problems with this app.

Very inconsistent. The app lacks workout detail and its synching is inconsistent at best. After the newest Android update, the app stopped working altogether.

Lot of problems just to link the watch to the mobile phone. Even manage to link it is another hassle to sync them.

Really like the app and the sleep information it provides. However I wish I could share with apps like OneNote, EverNote, Excel, etc., so I could share with my doctor easier. The share feature is useless as I don't want to share with the world on Facebook or Instagram and many of the apps I have never heard of. I hope they get that fixed. When they do I will upgrade to a 5-star review.

Very limited app. It only forwards notifications from SNS. I receive texts/calls over SIP through UnrealMobile and so none of my notifications are forwarded to the watch. There is no option to add specific app notifications, like WhatsApp or Google Hangouts. My suggestion for the developer: Please add a way to choose what apps can forward notifications to the watch beyond the default selection. If an app can place a notification in the phone's notification bar, then VeryFitPro should be able to forward that notification to the watch. If possible, it would also be great if the app had a way to customize watchfaces so we aren't limited to just the few available to choose from on the watch.

This app works well with the watch. Just one thing can you add a feature where we can make our ownz custom watch faces and put it on the watch.

The appeal of this device was the price- really inexpensive. You get what you pay for- Initially, it worked, but was always super fussy, but for the price, it seemed a fair trade off. But, there was an update, and now it won't connect with the cellphone. I've tried turning Bluetooth off and on, uninstall and reinstall the app, keeping the screen on the device lighted, rebooting the phone doesn't work, Bluetooth works fine with other devices.... Pixel 3a running Android 10

I started using this App in March and loved it until @ August of this year. The App is no longer properly recording my activities from my watch. I suddenly have several days in a row with "no data" at all when I sync to the phone -- even after I know I've collected data and seen the watch working (tested heart rate, tracked a run, etc). The watch is now "unbinding" itself, even when I am mid-activity and/or holding my phone. I have to constantly watch it and reconnect (3-5 times per day). I have re-loaded, re-booted, cleared all caches, and re-synced everything I can think of (phone and watch). I was using it without any problem for months -- so I don't think the problem is on my end. Other recent reviews are reporting the same problems and been assured that the development team is working on it. ANY NEWS? I liked the product when it worked but am tired of fighting it and losing my data.

The device works okay. The app is so-so at best. Still it's a reasonable value for the money. It does not sync with Google Fit which is disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Sleep tracking is an absolute joke. The device is water proof, but water activates the one button. During a heavy workout, your sweat will stop the heart rate monitor from working. I have not been able to get the workout tracker to track a workout. Activty reminder is just a timer as far as I can tell.

I bought my device for its continuous heart rate monitoring and recording. However, all I get with the app is high/low/average. And even that isn't correct when I go into the details tab. I desperately want a graph showing my heart rate over the course of the day. At least let me export the raw data in a useful format so I can post-process it myself.

I'm having the same problem other users are having in that my wristband and no longer connects with my phone. It was fun and interesting to use when it worked - being able to see your most active times throught the day was cool, but as I've only had it for about 2 months it's disappointing that it's lost all functionality promised, besides counting steps.

I don't know if this is an issue with the device or the app or both, but steps are not always tracked. I have watched my steps reset to a lower number. I went out dancing recently and had over 20,000 steps in a few hours. App did not update. Very frustrating, because I can track steps to get points at work and get money and premium credits. Update 10/28/19 Now, the tracker will not connect to the app. Just great!๐Ÿ˜ฃ

This thing continually loads my sleep time twice. The sleep monitor is off as it never starts before 11. I go to bed way before that as I am up early. The blue tooth connection is not predictable and I have to go through all kinds of gyrations to get it to connect. With the latest update it sets off my alert notification every time I start it. Really annoying. Wish my tracker could use another app.

Wish bluetooth was smarter..i walk away and lose connection but then it doesn't automatically reconnect when I'm back in range. Instead I get a warning message and I have to manually turn off then turn on my Bluetooth, find the watch, and connect it. Then I don't get my missed texts. The watch is fine, battery life is outstanding but the app doesn't do what I hoped it would. Also wish I could have another watch face--I prefer a clock over the analog.

It stayed connected for the first maybe 4 days, then disconnected. I've tried everything from trying to restart my phone, Bluetooth, reinstalling the app, trying to drain the device battery, etc. It won't reconnect. at first when I read the other reviews that states this happened, I thought it might be like app bugs or something. Hoped it wouldn't happen to me but it did. Otherwise the app and the device would have gotten a 5* review for the value and quality. But now it's lost the value too.

For the price I paid for the Device it's hard to complain, but this app definitely needs some work. For example since the last update the activity details display shows some pretty bonkers time values for the heart rate zones, like somehow I achieved 4 hours in the day burning zone on a 33 minute workout... Google Fit integration is also very spotty. Even though it's capturing my heart rate every few minutes, only one data point every other day or so makes it to Google Fit.

Works for what I want from it. I just find that when the watch is connected to my phone, it won't let me answer calls, it cuts them off. Only had it a few days aswell. This still keeps happening so I have had to turn off this feature. ***since the new update I can now have the call alert feature turned on. *** I am now wondering how I clock up steps whilst driving????!

Does everything it claims to. I don't have connection issues, and the watch has just enough features. Simple interface and functions make the app and product perfect for tracking health and fitness. The only complaints I have are minor. Sometimes the english in VeryFitPro is hard to read or downright incorrect. It wouldn't be hard for them to hire a native english speaker to fix the translations and I wonder why they haven't done so already. Overall, great product for the price!

It has a lot of sports included and seems relatively easy to use. However, it no longer has two key functions for me: music controller and find my phone. I hope those functions return, in the meantime, I will look for another app that does and use that one with my generic smart phone.

This app is horrible. It doesn't consistently save my data. When I check the daily activity and sleep it looks fine, but then a day or two later, it will zero out my info. I travel for work and when I change time zones it zeros out my progress for the day when I turn on my phone again. I have used this app with 2 different devices with same results. Also, I set it up to notify me of texts, and it is not working. When i tried to set up call alerts, the app would not turn it on.

Sleep tracking is highly inaccurate. Wspecially if one is working late or similar. Barely anything gets synced with google Fit. In two weeks of using, only two days od heartrate have been synced. Sleep doesn't sync at all. Notifications allow only specific apps instead of Android System and if you get them, they're heavily cropped so you can't read them. It also changes my weight randomly about +/- 4 kg every couple of days even though I don't have a nutrition tracker or body scale synced.

This app has excellent options and tracking from the workout selection, to the break down of sleep cycles, to the heart rate monitoring and recording! I wish it would allow the detailed tracking beyond the current day, and that the information would be compatible to sync with Samsung Health, but I can't find the details provided here through any other set-up and for the price this is awesome! Good work guys! For the record, most of the complaints here could be solved with setting changes. *smh*

This app is very good for fitness tracking but it some times disconnects the Fitbit but it's no big deal.

Pretty good. Just a few gripes like it won't let you adjust for activities such as I know exactly how far I ran but the app has a different distance or that i play sports where you can't wear these but you can't just add and event. Adding or editing events and it using an algorithm to adjust calories burnt or average run stride would be super useful. User friendly and with plenty of features

I've been using it for a while. It's pretty good. But the thing is As if I'm connected to the app and phone it is not showing any information of calls, messages and other notification on the watch. If any calls are coming it is not showing any notification. I feel very bad about this, as if it is not showing any notifications at all.

The latest update caused some problems, issues. For example I can't see the " walk" "workout" etc diary when I turn on it on my bracelet or in the application. I want it back because it was important to me. The sleep analysis is not working because the application think I am in deep sleep but I am awake for 3 hours. Please fix it!

The App is simple and works well but I could not download my data into a spreadsheet to be saved. Whenever the band needs to be reset (which tends to happen regularly with mine), all the data is lost. I recently also read the agreement carefully and in section 5.1.1 it says that VeryFitPro has the right to collect and use my emails?! They can collect the one email ADDRESS I provide to them, but why on earth should they collect and use my personal emails? I have unintalled the software.

Great app and wristband, it can be a bit finicky but once you've learnt how to use it and set it up it is so easy to use! Like another user has commented- it would be great if there were a hydration notification/monitor. But really it is not a must. The only think that I would like the developers to add is a battery/power saver mode as I've noticed that my battery life goes down a lot quicker when I use the app/device.

This app is mostly great. 99 percent of the time I can't get anything on the device screen to respond to my touch. Unfortunately, that means I can't turn off/on alarms or alerts and I can't add or delete alarms. I took off one star for that and another for having no way to report the issue from the app. I haven't had a problem with anything else.

Used to Work Perfect It says it's not paired but it does change info/settings from phone app to watch. I just don't want to give this app permission to access ALL of my phone's files and contacts etc. And to make calls??? The watch doesn't even have the capability for ME to do that. Don't trust apps that need that much permission on my phone. It worked good for 2 years up until 2 months ago. I will just use it for a watch and alarm but will buy a name brand waiting for a Google Pixel to debut.

It's super easy to bind! And It tells you the most precise number of steps!

Garbage app. Constantly disconnects and won't reconnect to the fit band. Hoping to find an alternative.

Happy with the app as a whole. It would be so much better with just a few tweaks. Can you make the information on the details about sleep and other activities a larger font? It's too hard to read. -- You basically need a magnifying glass for other than the current day's stats. Can you add more options for the third party SNS notifications? It would be nice to get Weather Channel or Nest camera notifications.

They have sorted the program bugs that were an issue but there is still one which renders the sleep graphs invalid. That is if one has a day time nap then the overnight sleep doesn't get included in the days sleep amount. Should be easy enough for the program to add the two quantities together and give an accurate graph......still waiting!!!

This app is extremely icon is coming up on my phone screen advising that it is running, even if you try to force stop it, it's back up in less than a second. Also, I have received a message on the wristband from Microsoft (apparently) that does not have a corresponding message in my e-mail or sms. Most likely I am going to give up on the wristband, I cannot cope with the up...

This is the best present ive ever got. Works very well. Long charge life. And i love that its waterproof!!! I wear it in the shower and the ocean. I get my messages and alarms work great. Does all its suppose to. The only thing i wish is that the numbers could be seen in the sunlight. Same with my phone but oh well.

Had the device as a present and the quality is quite bad. It can hardly recognize the real steps and the number of false-positives is insanely high. Moreover you need to do an effort of correct positioning to have you heart beat rate and seeing the numbers it's more like guessing than measures. And the last one is the sleeping cycles - it just doesn't seem to work. I wish I could give it back.

Acceptable, but every time I sync with Google Fit, it uploads an incorrect weight.

It doesnt work and cant login or find the device.i have uninstalled and installed the app 3 times and it is still not work.

Update to my last review its working extramly better now and running a lot smoother. Fortunately it would be a five star if they could work on the sync mechanics with Google Fit and lessening the drain on the battery from having to constantly use Bluetooth. Maybe create a function that automates a on and off function for bluetooth, syncing at certain times a day. The same with syncing the workouts, heart, and sleep data with Googlefit.

Overall it works okay. Distance tracking is not very accurate. I am very disappointed there is no way to sync more than one tracker. I got a watch for myself and each of my kids, but can't sync their trackers to my phone. They don't have their own devices to download the app. So what do we do?

I did like the watch until about a week ago when for some unknown reason the watch drops my phones Bluetooth, it was while I have the phone but after say 5-10mins the Bluetooth, have tried everything, uninstall the app and installed a new app, unbinding and rebinding but nothing seems to work please can someone help???

I like the watch and app the only issue I have is if you close the app by accident in the middle of a workout without using the "end sport" and restart it, it keeps counting your time and info but will not end the sport, you then have to uninstall and reinstall the app. You end up losing the workout you where just logging

It would help to have a breakdown, or tutorial on how it works. Lacks manual sync. Cant even help with any questions.

App does not work well; only functiined for a month. Will not sync with Bluetooth, device.or permit saving results (does not sync).

Here to review because I just had to uninstall and reinstall for the fifth time to make it work. It makes sense that this $30 fitness watch I bought also uses a garbage app that barely works. The watch is nice enough though. Can't wait until I can afford a Fitbit and move on with my life.

Update: I've given up on syncing data to Strava. Would now like help understanding why (or fixing) the cycling data from my watch does not link as an activity on this app. If the steps sync then the activity should as well. Also why is the 3rd party sync option for Google fit only tied to your cell phone. Why doesn't it sync to the regular goggle fit app. VeryFitPlus app does just fine. Please fix this app. Bad business for sellers of fitness trackers since they say to use this app.

Disappointed. Sleep tracking/ mode never worked, knew that going into it based on reviews. Started out good, went downhill fast. Started losing Bluetooth connection with phone. Closing and restarting BT on phone fixs the problem 50% of the time. My best guess... the watch disconnects when a call, or message or other notification comes in on phone. I don't have any notification prompts set up on the watch, which makes less sense. I ignored the negative reviews, don't make my mistake.

I've been using the app for about 5 days. The app is pretty good and contains most of the information I want to see. I am disappointed that I cannot see the history information or I haven't found it yet. I really wish I could find a fitness tracker and app for swimming and aquasuze as those are my sports of choice.

NO PRIVACY POLICY. Can anyone open the privacy policy and user agreement? When I try to open it via the link on Google Play and the links inside the app I receive the message that the page couldn't load because "Error: name not resolved" and "web name provided not usable". Seems really weird that the developer collects so much information and there is NO privacy policy available to read.

Very nice app. Would be cool to also set a time to switch wristband modes on and off :)

Changed rating from 2 stars to 1 due to app being so problematic. Seems to only sporadically sync to google fit, log into its native account or have the ability to reach t Its own support page from the app. So far the only data that has sync'd is weight data and that was 2 days ago. Hearing back from the developer would be nice as well. Will increase star rating if these items are resolved. Increasingly frustrated with this app.

Garbage, along with the letscom id205 fitness watch. In my opinion "fitness tracker" implies that it is more than a simple pedometer. Which the watch certainly claims to be, however it can't accurately detect heart rate, also makes no effort to continue to track heart rate (even inaccurately) unless you open that portion of the app. Failed to track even a single step during an hour workout on stair master. Does not track sleep data correctly if at all on some nights. Absolute garbage Do not buy!

Weight keeps changing. Putting 271 it keeps changing it to 270. Putting 272 it keeps changing to 273. This then keeps reporting the incorrect weight to Google Fit. To start the weight I put was wrong, I changed this in the app, but it keeps reporting the wrong first weight to Google Fit over and over. I had to delete the app/reinstall and lose all activity data. No way to control what syncs with Google Fit so this app keeps overwriting the accurate information my scale syncs with Google Fit.

poor app, design, display and function. has no facility for setting regular recording of blood preasure and heart rate. only record spot checks. NEEDS EVERY n Miniutes option. no faciility to export blood preasure, harte rate, steps and sleep data as csv text file, app display text too small, and poor font. most graphics to big or irrelivant. SO DISAPOINTED.

The App generally is quite good but... 1. The Developers are bad, they don't respond to feedback 2. Since the v3.0.6 update, after 2 days or more, the App either goes slow or locks up, needing a Force Stop to get it working again. The phones bluetooth works perfectly for other connected devices e.g. headphones and car OBDII

Not happy. My VeryFitPro buzzes and vibrates more than several times daily and at night (wakes me up) Shows what looks like it is searching for bluetooth on my phone which is always on. I have reset, restarted, turned off and on my phone and device but cannot get it to stop buzzing and vibrating. I cannot find anything in the instructions to help save this problem. No phone number to call the company for assistance.

So far so good. I'd love to see an update that better displays sleep data though. The times listed seem arbitrary. It would be nice to know how long I was in each part of my sleep cycle and any given interval. I am trying to adjust my sleep cycle so that I wake during light sleep.

I am so not happy with this product. I find it is not linking with my android phone. The date and time are wrong which in term does not link my steps to start out proper each day. So unhappy with how much time I've spent trying to figure out the damn thing. Dont buy it is my recommendation.

Overall I really like this device. seeing who is calling me, text msgs. and I really like the walking and running exercise tracking but yesterday I ran on my treadmill over 3 miles (according to my treadmill) and it didn't register near that distance. Today I biked nearly 12 miles while it registered my total minutes 177 minutes as well as my heart rate it shows my activity distance at 0.0 miles.

For the last few days when I go on the app it stays running in the background with the app icon showing at the top of my phone as an alert. I have to go into my phone and force a stop every time I use the app. Please fix it as it is annoying. Otherwise the app is basic but fit for my purposes.

1)i switched devices, and it just trashed my data and profile. 2)or Lee logged my sleep last night which is the main thing I've been using it for. It's just really annoying that it's not a more adaptive app. Otherwise, I guess it works?? Kinda pissed that these stupid watches won't work with any other app, for instance, it links with Google Fit through very fit pro but it doesn't share all the data, like steps?? Kinda lame

I use the app and tracker mainly for step counting, weight tracking and heart rate monitor durring bike rides. The sleep cycles are neat too but not necessary for me. After the last update though I can no longer select my bike ride and see my heart rate target zones like I used to. The weekly averages are still there in the main page but I cant look at each individual ride anymore. Please fix this and I will update to 5 stars.

Can't stop the application from running even if you try to force stop it still runs.

App keeps disconnecting from phone, have to keep reinstalling app then only works for a few hours at a time

Does not keep in sync with phone does not record workouts. Installed and reinstalled app several times and continue to have problems. Basic junk. Replaces a worn out Fitbit and this does not even compare in quality accuracy or usability. Do not buy and save up to buy a good watch and app like Fitbit.
