Good initiative, Worst App development ever 1) front-end database errors for which a common man would stare at the screen like an idiot. 2) no format on how to fill the required sectiions like assessment number and water bill payment section. 3) design looks so cheap. Doesnt look like a official app to me... i would give 0 stars if there is a possibility.

Really impressed with the staff members of this Application, because by mistake I pressed the button of "COVID19 suspicious CASE" under "SOS " Option at the odd time in between 10.00 to 10.30pm and within 5 minutes they made a call to me to ask for the information and I also cleared that it was by mistake and they politely understood the issue without any problem.. They are very alert at that odd time also in this Health Emergency situation.. I salute them for their action and dedication..

While submitting a complaint it was showing some kind of errors. Tried all kind of possibilities from user end but no luck. Same thing updated to the developer but didn't get from their end. Don't download and waste your time.

This app never opens and if opens the citizens have no access to make payment of tax as it is designed to make help only SBI even this doesn't allow and it displays a message giving one Id number and no access to make payment. This display continue every time you visit the site. Though the intent is good it is intentionally not allowed the citizens to access to defeat and defame the very idea of smart city. VIRUPAKSHAPPA

Nice app, very helpful. I have an issue with resetting my password. I remember the registered mail id. But i don't remember my Login Id. When i try to reset password i am not able to do it. Please look into this issue.

Firstly, by this app we can be able to pay tax, but no option for downloading the payment receipt and at this particular page, no option to go to main menu for doing another transaction or to log out. The app still to be improved.

After installing this app requires to enter OTP but while it is unable to receive from your end how the OTP will be entered.You are quoting reference no. But receiving OTP is unsuccessful. I am suggesting to verify the software to fullfil the purpose.

Worst. Tried lodging complaint. There is no drop-down for selecting ward and zone. without that selection the complaint doesn't get registered. Nice half baked job.
