Easy to use but viewing screen is very small. I wish I could have full view with my phone screen that is why I only gave 3 stars. After trying 3 different cameras I think this is the best. Improvements recommendations is full viewing screen. 3/18/21 trying to reinstall the camera haven't used it for a while and having issues like previously can't get to the screens that they show an instructions I gave up on this camera ordering a new one not from this company.

App seriously needs a "snap to" positions option. Otherwise your endlessly having to scroll back and forth to see things. It would be nice if I could save certain locations by number. Press that number and my camera turn to that location. Hope someone can make that happen. Otherwise great...

When it works its great tech. It crashes daily. Puts baby at risk. Switch apps crashes, baby sleeping it crashes. I want to love this but the app is full of bugs. Please read crash logs. Please for safety of infants.

You need to connect your phone or ipad to your camera first. set you wifi to look for the Smart camer xxx then conect using the default password. Now you can connect you camera to your Wifi via your router, so the camera will need your router password. Once thats done, then you run this app and connect to your camera via your router. Again another default password which is admin. Now you are connect and can stream video via the wifi. you should rename your camera and change the password. Than done, in the background the app has stored you ip for the camera so now you can put the camera up the garden if you like, power it and then start the app. it may say offline but it will reconnect using 3g or 4g. Great stuff.

Crashes hourly on two iphones, note, s5 and 2 other phones not safe for monitoring babies. Wrote the developer a dozen times this product should be illegal due to baby regulations. Chinese knockoff crap

Just a heads up to anyone like me with a samsung galaxy S3. This app will install just fine but crashes on launch every time. So don't waste your time. I get a message updating data with a loading bar and then poof back to my phone menu. So I uninstalled it ....... USELESS!!!
