Really quite rudimentary w v few useful features. If you record say, a half day of images of the home while you are away, you have to erase every image, individually. No 'erase all' feature. it takes literally, HOURS To delete the images. This is a $10 programming upgrade. Why not do it? Because they don't care.

Door bell camera only records when it wants to. Never records my news paper being delivered. Doesn't record deliveries unless someone rings the doorbell. If at my cottage and I get an notification that "motion at my front door is detected". Never records any images. Not useful.

A somewhat useless App! It may be fine as a sucurity app, I'm not using it for that purpose, the App came with my Smart Home package, and it is definitly not smart. You are not even able to set a timer to your lights or to your plugs, it seems all you can do is to turn things on and off in realtime. It's also not compatible with Alexa, rendering it practically useless as a Smart Home app. It's okay for my video doorbell, that's about it.

Useless app. The doorbell rings and I get a notification 45 minutes later. Had a service tech here for 2 hrs and 15 min today, and 2 hours 3 days ago. System doesn't work.

Great app. Easy-to-use. After a couple hiccups and a few calls to the support team that are very helpful and solved every issue. They are very knowledgeable and patient.

Have had smart home for a couple years now and the camera stops recording regularly. Now it's not recording anything. I get an in app alert something is in view but never records anything it's garbage

Updated review: I gave this app a negative review previously but a couple of months ago, an update fixed a lot of bugs. It is now working properly and reliably 95% of the time. It still hangs once in a while but for the most part, it's a terrific app with some really good functions. The only thing that would make it perfect would be the addition of a panic button. There is one on the keypad so the app should have one as well.

Primary email address keeps switching to the wrong person. Several times we fixed it but it keeps changing back.

If I could give negative I would, can't delete a device once the tech installed a faulty bulb. Tech blew my furnace during installation and left it for me to fix. Also it is not compatible with any of my current smart home equipment. Didn't want smart thermostat but was forced to take it and didn't receive cameras I was promised. Liars and crooks. I did that already and was promised a call back from a supervisor. That was a week ago. So please stop blowing hot air up my ass

Can't select multiple videos easily. Once the video limit reaches, its going to take a lot of time to delete old videos.. on top of that the videos will stop recording when the limit is reached. Maybe should have a system to automatically delete the oldest videos that aren't locked.
