What is the use of having the app when half of the functions DO NOT WORK. The customer service contact not working. If you need to update or change personal information, it tells you request sent and never updates. If you go to the website, it will not even alliw you to make personal information updates. Contact to customer service on the website is EXTREMLE SLOW and VERY POOR. Overall sub standard app and very poor customer service. And please, STOP using the corona plandemic as an excuse!

Av use Smallworld for many years and they system was working fine but it stop working since last month.. Don't know why Very Disappointed for real I av to start sending money in the shop till I will find another website to be sending money online.... Small World Should try pay in local currency (Naira) Thanks

They will get your money first then ask you for various documents and mind you, banks statements are not enough so if you want to send your money quickly, BEWARE. I tried to get my money back.They are asking for a handwritten signature-pen on paper (Because I signed using my gadget stylus on pad, they rejected it. Eventhough most passports and visas are signed via stylus and pad) so you will have to print the refund document first, sign it then scan it to send it back to them. BEWARE!

The SmallWorld FS APP is the most convenient money transfer App I've discovered. The Exchange Rates are high and the Fee is Low. That's an Unbeatable Combination! Money is typically transferred in just minutes in most cases. Customer service is responsive and effective if/when needed by phone, in app message or email. Be advised that an "In Store" "over the counter" transaction is the same company but the rates and fees are not good. I suggest using the Phone App... It's wonderful!

Customer service is pathetic and chat option is useless, it say the representative will usually respond in 8 minutes but you have to wait long hours and then also no one gonna address you.. No doubt rate are good, what what you gonna do with the rates if it doesn't reach to the recipient and your money is stuck somewhere that no body knows.

The app worked well until I got the app update bamner. It sends me to the app store to update but the update button takes me back to the update app request Banner. Meanwhile I can't use the app to send money.

The app does not even open. Every time I try to open the app it asks to update, even though there is no update available in the app store. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Pathetic
