    Very negative. This is now listing everything I purchase from a pill at the pharmacy to my utility bills! My initial understanding was that it was supposed to be a tracker of packages (items purchased online) and not a total invasion of privacy. I do not recommend it to anyone and intend to distance myself from it.

    I used to love this app but now it's useless.. I've tried several times to link to Amazon but it wont link up.. half my packages don't show up, and the ones that do are wrong.

    One of the best apps I've ever downloaded. I love knowing right away when my package has been shipped, and it's great that I can track things in the app and even see on a map where they are. Much better than having to dig for an email in your inbox!

    I initially gave this app 5 stars because I loved how it keeps up with all my packages. However, after years of using it, I'm ready to find something else. It constantly picks up information wrong (like the same item across several shipments) and it's such a pain to have to go back and edit individual items, orders, and shipments, but even after I do that, it keeps reverting to the original, wrong organization. I've spent countless hours fixing things to no avail, wanting to pull my hair out.

    My apps suddenly stopped updating and connection to my Amazon account is impossible. The app used to work perfectly. I receive deliveries about 3 times a week and this app kept up with all of them. Now is not able to connect to my Amazon account. Nothing has changed on my side. My password is being accepted but a minute later the 'fix' shows up next to my account again... UGH!!

    It's frustrating when a company buys another that has a great app, then that service either goes away or the app stops working. The later is the case in this instance. The app no longer does what it has for so long. It seems to have quit scanning email and linking with Amazon. As it stands now I'm looking for something else while hoping that Rakuten get's their act together on making this app work. Update: 10/17/19 Still unable to get the app to consistently STAY LINKED TO Amazon.

    (worst issue at end) Slice is good when it works correctly, it rairly does. I do a fair amount of on-line shopping and from a variety of sources, mostly being Amazon. Link to gmail inbox rairly helps and little to no support for other email sevices. Limited tracking options, specifically over-seas tracking. They don't even have eBay international shipping option to track. I have never been notified of a price drop, it's useless. Main annoyance, sync with Amazon is a consistent and constant fail.

    Used to be good, as others have stated. I no longer feel safe with this app constantly accessing my email. No updates in months, seems abandoned. Now rather slow to update status of packages. I'm now looking for an alternative with less "freedom" snooping emails.

    I just got a new phone and apparently Slice isnt compatible with the Galaxy S10+???? 100% confirmation Rakuten has abandoned the app! I was so tired of seeing the loading screen. It only worked about 25% of the time for my OnePlus 7 Pro for tracking only-it caught about 70-80% of my shipments from provided email. Other features don't work. Developers haven't updated since May so they likely moved to Rakuten Ebates which updates weekly. I don't think I trust my info with Slice anymore.

    I love the app but, ever since I got my new phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 10+), it is no longer supported. I can't even download/install it. Is this going to be updated? This application is awesome but, I wish it would be updated for new device support. I'll have to dock it stars for that matter, otherwise I'd give it a 4 or 5.

    Used to be amazing I get unsupported merchants for everything ...half my orders aren't listed or not updated I dont know what happened . I constantly get cannot connect to amazon B.S. what happened ? Your monitoring my purchases via my emails... all merchants should be supported? No?

    Used to love this wonderful and useful app. But has not worked since the end of September now. No packages are scraped from my emails or Amazon anymore. Tried logging out and back in but can't even do that as I get "unexpected error". I once loved this app but it seems to be completely broken now, and from looking at other reviews here, I'm not the only one that thinks so.

    Always says error-FIX NOW. The link between Slice and my Amazon account appear to be established, yet I have never earned any cash back, no price drop money back- nada, ever. I get notifications, my orders show up in the apps, but always wants me to FIX the link.

    I've used this for years. It's just not the same anymore. It won't link to my gmail anymore. It doesn't pull item descriptions and pictures from Amazon anymore. It's just not good. Sad.

    **Update 6/26/19 Looks like things have *finally* been resolved. I was having issues linking my Amazon account, but was able to within the past day or so. As of today, I was able to click on a notification and the app actually opened without any issue. I can finally give it a 5-star rating because it seems to be working a lot better now.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prior to the latest update, the app was great. Now, if I click a notification, Slice no longer opens. Also, there are two shipments that didn't get updated to being delivered as it didn't have tracking info in them. I try to update the information, it says it saves, but when I refresh, all the info is gone other "delivered today", when they were delivered 2 days ago. I still love the app and how easy it is to track shipments, but it stinks I have to actually open the app now instead of just clicking on the notification.

    Most of the time it's great, but it occasionally needs to relink the Amazon account and whenever that happens, it is a nightmare to relink. I've tried using a password manager, copying and pasting my account credentials, and manually typing the credentials in. Nothing works. It takes several weeks of trying almost daily to get my Amazon account relinked.

    Use to love the automation of this app. It is very integrated with your accounts and picks up info for all your shopping even if no tracking number. However, ever since they were bought by Rakuten, the quality has declines: app crashes when launching from notifications, not all orders "found" by the app, not always updating, fails at integration with some accounts. Uninstalled and seeking a new app. :'(

    I've been using this for several years now and it is a great tracker, especially during the holidays when I do a lot of online shopping but good luck trying to get your Amazon account linked! It was working at one point but now keeps saying that my email and password are incorrect. I've tried several times but finally gave up on it. Would be nice if this can be fixed.

    This app makes it so easy to track all of my online purchases and will even work to get me refunds for price drops. Hopefully in future updates they'll be able to work with all retailers online or credit card companies and PayPal so I can have all of my purchases tracked for price drops. My only complaint is the app shows no way to contact Rakuten (the developer) when you have an issue. I cannot link my Amazon account for some reason despite entering my user information correctly.

    So I really would like to give this more stars because after my initial rating it started working consistently. But now it is back to not being able to link to my Amazon account. It says I need to "fix" it, I successfully fix it and refresh it and then it tells me I need to fix it again. Please address this issue. I also tried to get some troubleshooting help from the author and the help email doesn't work. So I am still at 2 Stars.

    Slice has never consistently worked. The few times it did work were helpful, if only the Developer would fix the problem. Even if you clear cache & data and completely uninstall / reinstall, it fails. The kicker is that I really WANT Slice to work - I have a lot of packages & purchases to keep track of. If Developer or anyone has a fix, I'd love to hear.

    Great concept, but it has some bugs. Seems optimized for tracking Amazon shipments. Sometimes it loses or can't initiate tracking on smaller vendors. There is a feature for manually adding a shipment, but it doesn't work. (I've reached out about this 3x but the support just isn't there.)

    I like the way it tracks my packages. it keeps loosing my amazon account and i have to sign in again. When i see a notification that my package was deliverd and i click on the notification, it does not open the app. Is it supposed to do that it is it a glitch. These things might be only happening on my phone. let me know it it happens to anyone else. maybe it will work better on my next phone.

    Whatever was done to remove the bugs from this app finally worked without my having to go through an email support inquiry involving my trying a lot of troubleshooting and for this I am grateful. Less is more and now I'm not getting odd duplicate non-reconciled deliveries either. I had reached my wits end trying to get this working right again so thanks for working on the app to fix it. Now please stop fiddling with it and let it do the job it was intended for - package tracking. 😎

    Used to work great but for the last several months there's been issues connecting to Amazon, causing several of my orders not to show up. This is disappointing since the majority of my orders come from Amazon... will update the rating when/if this gets fixed, otherwise I'll likely look for a new tracking app.

    Only seems to work, show anything, with Amazon and Ebay. I try to input a tracking number says it's there but never appears in shipments. Pretty much useless.

Loved this app since the day I got it, all of a sudden it no longer let's me log into my Amazon account, I have reset the password a few times, still no luck, I KNOW 100% IT IS THE CORRECT PASSWORD.     Have loved using the Slice app for a long time, but it's now severely bugged. The app routinely just hangs without ever loading now, and can only sometimes be fixed with a force close. Defeats the point of the convenience it's supposed to offer. Hope the development team can fix this quick.

    I have used Slice for years, it used to be 5 star great and keep track of all my orders but now something is seriously wrong with the app. My past orders are disappearing from my list and my Amazon account wont link, and I AM USING THE CORRECT PASSWORD/EMAIL COMBINATION. I had to uninstall because the app was NOT working at all, i hope they fix it like it was, dont add new bells and whistles, just fix the old ones.

    The Galaxy S10+ has been out for almost 2 weeks, and the app is still not compatible with it? This is literally the only app out of all the various games and productivity apps that I use that, for some reason, isn't supported by a newer device. Any news on when this will be addressed?

    The app was great, until the most recent update. I keep getting an error message saying I need to link my amazon account. I enter the details, and get another error message saying my amazon password is incorrect. App is useless now.

    I couldn't register. After I gave you my email address a page popped up that said, 'your privacy is important to us.' That's as far as I could go. Nothing there to click on so that i could move forward and use the app. What a disappointment. So, what do I do now? Uninstall?

    You say I need to download the app to see an issue with an order, but it won't open from gmail message... and even when open it myself, nothing mentions a problem?? Just a way to get your app downloaded! I already had it... why not show the problem with the order or have it in the menu section? You say there's a problem, show me!! Cannot connect Amazon to the app????

    i really love using this one of a kind Tracking App, but at least a couple times or more a month it will have a hard time linking my Anazon Acct to it. i will type in my Amazon log in info which i know is correct, but it will still give me an error and won't Link.

    Honestly I used to love this app because we always buy stuff online, but getting it to link to my Amazon account (and I've tried EVERYTHING) it makes me want to look somewhere else unfortunately. I'm not going to keep this on my home screen if it's not gonna work.

    It only tracks packages that it wants to. It'll show things that I've bought 2 years ago, but will not show anything that I recently purchased. Even if I manually enter the shipping information, it'll say,"unsupportive merchant" and wont give me any shipment updates. I have bought more than 200 things online for the past decade and only a few things showed up in the purchase section. The app is useless.

    Very Disappointing, I thought this would be a great replacment app for Deliveries app that is clitchy at times but this one does not even see my shipping I added in. It cannot track Amazon very well, no way to add UPS account, FedEx account, or even USPS. I see it is by the same people that do Ebates so there maybe the issue. I hope they fix this app, it would be nice to have one that works right.

    Pre-Rakuten buyout the app worked flawlessly. Now it barely works at all. It either doesn't fetch tracking information at all, or is so delayed as to be functionally useless. It also randomly logs me out and refuses to log back in. Time to find a more reliable package tracker.

    Worked great for a long time, now it says there was a problem linking my Amazon account every time I open the app. This has been going on for close to a year, not fixed and no help offered. No big deal though, it's not like anyone orders items from Amazon for delivery.

    I have multiple shipments in transit as well as part orders but the app is not finding them. I received a delivery notification but when I clicked on it nothing showed. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and everytime setup is complete the app continues to crash! Impossible to us.

    all some track. auto input when attached email. some time dosen't work but not the app falt how the shipper send the tracking number in email. but love using it for my store.     This app used to be better than it is. Now it's always having trouble. Doesn't pick up on a third of my deliveries that are made. It has never stayed synced with Amazon, no matter how many times I synced it.

    Some packages don't always show even when I receive notifications about the packages. In this case, if I try to manually add the package, it says package is already added. Doesn't allow for two factor authentication with Amazon.

    Used to let you know THE MOMENT something was delivered, now it doesn't update at all. I have to go in and manually enter that a package was delivered. Basically... It has become pointless. I used this app for years, I am now uninstalling...

    Over all this is a pretty good tracking app. It has helped me get refunds on price drops, all I had to do was press yes when asked. Sometimes it does not get all the merchants from my email but I can manually input the tracking number.

    This app has become very unreliable. used to be great but now it doesn't stay synced with shippers. says Amazon cannot be synced while popping up delayed notifications from them. please restore prior working functionality.

    I think this app malfunctions more than a little bit. It either won't sync your Amazon to the account or it won't register certain packages coming from various emails. I wish it would track and register all night packages otherwise it'd be an amazing app

    awesomeness!! This app is so great tracking, as it grabs the tracking number info directly from your email, and stores the info with receipts in case u need to reference in future. No more javing to write trackkng numbers and foing to the ahiipers website.

    It's a good app other then it has disconnected from my amazon account and everytime I try to link back up it throws an error message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and it's still not letting it link.

    Great when it works. It keeps losing my link to Amazon, and the only way to correct it is to uninstall and reinstall the app. More of a pain than a help.

    I've user this app for a couple of years and I really don't like it anymore because to many glitches for expample my package is one state and I'm in another state. I look on postal website and it out for delivery. Can't trust the app anymore.

    I have used this for over a year but I feel like it deserves a review. This app automatically tracked a price drop after I bought a pair of boots already on sale, and automatically requested a refund from the vendor. I got extra 25 percent of my puchase back unexpectedly!

    This app is great when it works. I find it necessary to uninstall and reinstall often, once a week or so. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐

    3/19 Still no fix. Time to delete. Used to be great! Now I have to constantly logout and in to get updated package info.

    This app used to be the best. Now it no longer syncs to my Amazon account, which causes many shipments to not show up.

    App was great but now it sucks. App always crashes when first opened, does not connect to Amazon account anymore. Fix the app!!!

    App won't open, I had this for a long time, but it recently started not opening. And now it won't let me link my Amazon account, I hate this app so much now.

    Constant Amazon link fixes. Eight months after this initial complaint the problem of not being linked to my Amazon account STILL persists.

    Extremely buggy, always signs out of Amazon & often can't sign back in, never marks my packages as delivered so they just build up in the Shipments queue. Absolute garbage ever since Rakuten bought it. Very disappointing.

    Keep having to uninstall reinstall to update tracker and keep having to manually add shipments, when it should be already added, henceforth when you link your inbox.

    wouldn't let me link my email! came popping up wanting offline access, I would allow and it would keep going back to that same screen!!! Uninstalling!
