Pathetic excuse for an app. Never works properly and you're sat pressing and pressing over and over trying to get it to connect. Then if it pauses a device like you've asked it to, it then loses connection and you repeat the process for 10 minutes per device. Considering Sky's sorry excuse for a router being slower than the 100 years war, I can't understand how the app can INSTANTLY tell you it's lost connection to the router then a split second later do what you want and repeat. Pathetic

If I could give no stars to leave a review I would. Whats the point of the app? If you want to work you have to install the app on all the devices you want to monitor. I use google family for that. You can add devices to profiles without installing but whats the point you cant do anything. Tried to pause device as a test and it carried on working. So I have removed it all. I have assigned IP's and name all my devices (via router) but the App just ignores the names. Waste of time & waste of App

Terrible app and will be leaving Sky altogether once my contract is up. First off I had log in issues I believe this was because of an update. Then when this was sorted, I then can't connect the app to my router. It if it was a free trial I would understand but you have to pay for this! This needs to be free with a Sky subscription because its not worth the money. I have given up trying to sort it and cannot wait to drop my whole package and go with a different provider.

Temperamental app. Great when it works, able to set time limits, age limits and turn off wifi at the press of a button... except the button rarely works first attempt & have to 'reconnect' multiple times despite being connected. Incredibly frustrating but 3 stars as it has useful features.

Rubbish. The app doesn't work the majority of the time and it also says "cannot connect to buddy" IM ON THE DAMN APP, WITH THE SAME WIFI CONNECTION! The fact that you have to pay for this is laughable. I may as well pay for air, at least then I'll be paying for something that works. Absolutely useless. Sky, you should be ashamed. Then again, when do you listen to your customers?

For something that's a paid service there are a lot of issues with the app often can't connect to sky broadband buddy which is annoying when I'm trying to pause or unpause the Internet. I use this regularly to reward and have strict bedtime routines but with a buggy app it's not easy having to constantly reset the app!!

Absolute garbage, works about ten percent of the time if you're lucky. Most unreliable app I've ever had the misfortune to use and it was one of the main reasons i went with sky.

Would not recommend it stops every online app from working (including Facebook, Snapchat ect) then when I go to uninstall it it says that it can't delete so now I'm stuck with this app on my phone which takes up alot of space and battery. Not worth your time!

Even when connected it takes half an hour to log in and then kicks you out. Every update of the phone it lags. Unless to say the least

Doesn't work. Periodically stops turning off broadband to users when it's supposed to and I have to reset and re add all the devices. Isn't showing user data so I can't restrict usage by time spent online. Can't believe I have to pay for this service. Glad my broadband contract is up so I can look elsewhere. There are many other providers offering similar now. It's not as if sky are the only ones offering this anymore. I wood expect the service to get better, not worse.
