Had my Enyaq 2 weeks and mostly the app has been reliable. However there are nit many features on it. Setting charging times is a must to utilise low energy rates. Can location and features to check if doors are lock, activate the horn, flash indicators would be good. Being able to plan a route and then send to the car would be helpful. My wife's Renault Zoe has has some of these features for years. Car is fantastic, the app is poor by comparison.

Update: Updates are being released but apparently not to address the existing problems but rather cosmetics. To bad because the car is great. Still lots of problem connecting to the service or car. I used AUDI's corresponding app and it never had these kind of issues. Fix this or stop marketing it. Skoda Superb iV L&K owner, 2021 model, so I'm expecting this to work as intended.

I've had to delete my previous comment to write this one (1 ⭐). Where's the option to find the car? Why I had to update the app to still using the app and skoda connect? I'm happy with the car but if I know those problems, I could use more time to decide if buy an Skoda. What Skoda say in the web is not true. I cannot kwo where's my car, not opening with the app, not have info about anything. Only battery percent & charging time. When the services are going to be availables in the Enyaq 80?

Initial downloaded app simply not clever, simply doesn't work! Update 22/1/21 even main dealer cant get it to work!! 25/01 Skoda responded about service ebook still no service history until later in year which would be no use if i sell vehicle now, but still phone, app and car wont agree to connect so totally pointless app. 🤬🤬 well here we Oct 21 still not working properly 😒 18/10 phoned Skoda as requested but pointless, told to talk to dealer about development issue!! Useless agent!

After selecting my vehicle (Skoda Enyaq) and agreeing to the terms and conditions, when I try to proceed I get the message "The operation was unsuccessful. We are working on a solution. Please contact the Infoline, if the problem persists. Thank you for your understanding."

The App generally resembles a poor effort at GCSE level IT by someone with little interest or talent in this field. A great car let down massively by an App which is barely functional and I cannot understand how it can ever have been permitted to be released at such a poor standard. Reason alone to buy a Tesla.

Simple and effective...when it works. It has a tendency to be off the air fairly frequent, preventing one from communicating with the car and sending commands.

I have updated the app, and now multiple options are unavailable. I can not see the location of the vehicle, there is no "send flash" or "send honk" options any more... Why?

Another update that makes the app useless! After loging in again after updating, the car is gone from the "garage"! Do you have ANY beta testing before releasing updates?

Most of the times does not work at all. I just want to start my heater... How can you publish this kind of app that does not work? I have contacted support but they are not really doing anything.
