Very shady company with extremely unfair billing practices. I signed for a free trial and was charged almost 200 USD since I cancelled from the store and not from their site. They claim they can refund you only 7 days after the charge and yet they never notify you that they charged your card. Nothing - no email, no message, no invoice. Naturally, people only find out much later, if they check their monthly statements. Its common decency to let people know when you charge them! Shame on you.

Satisfactory app. However, some of the videos I download to watch when I'm in an area without service or wi-fi won't play. It's as if the app is looking to stream the videos rather than play the downloaded video. It can be very frustrating at times.

Great app. I am thrilled about all the different things I have to learn right at my finger tips. You just have to pick a course or teacher that works for your preference. The only downside is i am never able to see any of the course materials/downloads and I hate that.

This app has great content as well as ui but video resolution or quality should be in the viewers controls I have already written some emails to your support team and from nearly 3 months I m asking and this feature is still missing

The content is superb, prices are affordable. The app sucks: A lot of resources are available only in browser. Switching to audio only and having it run on the background is done poorly, no controls, no pause buttons if you 'alt-tab'. No option to 'stop after this lesson' or any other control over the player. Offline download is slow and buggy at best, very confusing to know if it's done. Is there supposed to be a sync between devices or is it just randomly guessing where I left? Playlist s....

This app is very helpful, I have begun so many classes and they are very informative and helpful. I have been able to find classes on things that I can't find anywhere else. I highly recommend using skillshare. However, even though I had planned to buy the premium, I see alot of users who did not plan to buy it, have been billed. Please I hope this issue can be fixed, skillshare is amazing, but there are going to be huge problems if this issue does not get fixed! And helpful support is needed!
