Sokoban Land DX is a 2D top-down puzzle game with colorful graphics and relaxing soundtrack, based on the classic Sokoban style games with some new improvements over the original and a few adventure elements. You'll need to push boxes to the right places to open the gate and go to the next level. You'll be able to play controlling 1 or 2 characters at same time, changing modes on the fly during levels the way you prefer. Each character can undo their last move, but if you get stuck, you can restart the level whenever you want and there isn't limited movements or timers, so you can do all at your own pace. There are traps that force you to restart the level. I would've been ok with that if not for how slow the characters walk. Maybe there's a "run" button that I haven't figured out, but if there ain't any, then this game needs one. But hey, I got this for free, so there's that.

Starts to get interesting after level 40. So I guess it requires a little patience with the first boring levels. Or you can say it was a poor level design decision...

Move speed is too slow, the character and the boxes are misaligned, it requires some adjustments or maybe you could make an option to display grid on the ground available, that would really help. Also, I miss a timer, a move counter and an option to mute only music. That's all.

It's nice, but I wish there were swipe controls instead of only the buttons for one player. There are also movement issues: once, player 1 could not move to a clearly free space (I had to move in the opposite direction first), and another time, player 2 simply stopped being able to move at all despite there being free space to the north and south. I had to retract her and resummon her. I also found it annoying that you can only undo your last one move, instead of all, one at a time. Other than these issues, it seems to be okay so far and could be far greater with a level editor!

just a heads up: this seems to be the exact same as the original Sokoban Land, but with the option for a two-player mode. as far as i can tell, the levels are the same. it's an excellent game so i'll still give it 5 stars, but be careful if you're paying for the game and already have the first one
