    This is a great app if you've already got a flat belly and you want to form a six pack. The difficulty is intense, but if you stick with it you'll see results within a couple of weeks. If you're starting off with a beer belly, maybe do a fat burner app first otherwise you'll just build muscle under fat and look fatter!

    It's good to keep you regular with exercise bit some exercises are impractical.like the v up the app asks me to do 44 reps in 2 week that's quite not possible. And also this exercise protocol shouldn't have weights or dumbbells included in it.

    On like your chest workout app with voice count, the abs and arm workout apps don't have such feature which makes the app poor
