Aplicación oficial y gratuita para clientes de simyo. Revisa el consumo de tu línea de un solo vistazo. Accede a la información del mes actual o de meses anteriores a través de sencillas gráficas. Realiza gestiones con un solo toque: cambia de tarifa, contrata bonos, establece límites de consumo, recarga tu línea, consulta tus facturas… Todo esto y mucho más desde tu móvil o tablet. Accede con tu usuario y clave del área personal y tendrás acceso a: - Consumo del mes en curso: muestra los euros, los megas y los minutos que has usado. Si además tienes bonos, verás tu consumo en las nuevas gráficas de barras. También puedes consultar las gráficas con el detalle de los MB/MIN gastados por día y la estimación de lo que consumirás hasta fin de ciclo. - Consumos anteriores: accede a la información los últimos 6 meses y consulta el histórico para ver tu evolución. - Gestiona tu línea: cambia de tarifa, compra bonos extras, pon límites de consumo, activa o desactiva el contestador, compra un móvil, consulta los plazos de tu móvil… - Consulta varias líneas: si tienes más de una línea, podrás acceder a la información de cada una de ellas. - Invita a un amigo: consulta los euros que tienes disponibles de la promoción y utilízalos como descuento en factura, saldo o descuento en la compra de un móvil. - Contrato: descarga tus facturas. - Prepago: muestra el saldo actual y las recargas realizadas en los últimos meses. También puedes hacer recargas y programar recargas automáticas. Cotillea y trastea todo lo que quieras, que para eso está ;) ¡Uy! que casi se nos pasa… también hay dos widgets disponibles para que puedas ver tu consumo desde el escritorio. I have had three Simyo numbers on contract for about seven years, ever since I was ripped off by Vodafone. The plans are flexible and can be changed at will. The app can be very slow and I prefer to carry out any changes on my computer. There is no English language option but we are in Spain! Do any of the UK providers have a Spanish language option on their apps? Excellent all round service and no cause for any complaint whatsoever.

I bought this sim in Spain and I was told it would work throughout the EU. Now I am in Portugal and it doesn't even show signal. I have tried configured all the settings on the phone and even checked simyo website online. they advised to download the simyo app and enable roaming. But there is no such function available on app. Poor experience so far. Kindly help.

Basic app but works fine. Switching tarrifs on prepay very confusing and counter intuitive. Can't seem to remove autocargar credit. Tried switch both ways and it still just ignores it. Seems a bit scammy therefore. Coverage is good with simyo and inexpensive, customer service useless if you need that though. Very long options menu, then 4 times our of 5 they hang up on you. Even if they take your details and proceed with your query, I've still had them hang up and not call you back. Terrible.

Unfortunately had a very bad luck with Simyo. Bought sim card about a month ago in Spain (32GB data plan). They also added 15GB of a "Christmas gift" and I was very happy about that of course. During next couple of weeks I have consumed about 10GB of data and went to France. As soon as I crossed the border my Simyo connection was disabled. I mean NO connection at all (not even voice). I've contacted their "support" team (of course - zero english knowledge there and also proud of it :))) and got a stupidest reply you can ever imagine - "your roaming is disabled because you haven't consumed enough data in Spain" :))) I asked - how much is "enough" then? They replied - "we don't know"... Anyway - my guess is that those 15GB gift just doesn't count, but is it my problem really??? They also refused to look in my case closer and adjust something manually and just ignored all my further explanations. All I've heard was "we don't know, we don't care, it's automatically"... So SIMYO basically just lie about their roaming possibilities when you buy a data plan from them (just look at their roaming conditions declared everywhere - everything will be Ok and good there). But in reality - I was out of connection and it was a huge issue for me by that time. And what matters here most - SIMYO don't care about their customers. Especially when they got your money already :)) SPANISH: Lamentablemente tuvo muy mala suerte con Simyo. Compré la tarjeta SIM hace aproximadamente un mes en España (plan de datos de 32 GB). También agregaron 15 GB de un "regalo de Navidad" y, por supuesto, estaba muy contento con eso. Durante las siguientes dos semanas, consumí unos 10 GB de datos y fui a Francia. Tan pronto como crucé la frontera, mi conexión Simyo se deshabilitó. Me refiero a NO conexión en absoluto (ni siquiera voz). Me puse en contacto con su equipo de "soporte" (por supuesto, cero conocimientos de inglés allí y también estoy orgulloso de ello :)) y obtuve una respuesta más estúpida que puedas imaginar: "tu itinerancia está desactivada porque no has consumido suficientes datos en España ":))) pregunté, ¿cuánto es" suficiente "entonces? Ellos respondieron: "no lo sabemos" ... De todos modos, supongo que esos 15GB de regalo simplemente no cuentan, ¿pero es realmente mi problema? También se negaron a mirar mi caso más de cerca y ajustar algo manualmente e ignoraron todas mis explicaciones adicionales. Todo lo que escuché fue "no sabemos, no nos importa, es automáticamente" ... Así que SIMYO básicamente solo miente sobre sus posibilidades de roaming cuando les compra un plan de datos (solo mire sus condiciones de roaming declaradas en todas partes, todo estará bien y bien allí). Pero en realidad, estaba fuera de conexión y para entonces era un gran problema para mí. Y lo que más importa aquí: SIMYO no se preocupa por sus clientes. Especialmente cuando ya tienen tu dinero :))

Peor proveedor de telefonía móvil en España. No hay señal en el centro de Madrid ... Pésimo soporte técnico. Otras personas que usan Simyo me han dicho lo mismo. ¡También dan su número a las empresas que le enviarán mensajes publicitarios! ENG: Worst cellphone supplier in Spain. No signal in the center of Madrid! Terrible tech support. Other people who use Simyo have told me the same.They also give your number to companies that will send you advertising messages! Terrible company...

Simyo is GREAT,tfirst in spain,still cheapest and gave 90gigabites free internet for spanish under lockdown,and I was here as well,so thanks a lot Simyo!Also it works.Signalwise and in anykinda way,and I do move around A LOT.
