Simple mobile although, I get good prices and good coverage, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! CAUSING ME TO SPEND HOURS TRYING To fix A SIMPLE PROBLEM. UNLESS U TALK TO A MANAGER (THEY GOT MT PROBLEM RESOLVED BUT, IT TOOK ALL MY PATIENCE AND TOOK TIME FROM MY FAMILY DURING THE HOLIDAYS AND ONCE THIS BILLING CYCLE ENDS ... I WILL NOT BE BUYING A REUP!! AND WILL PUT ALL 3 OF MY SIMPLE MOBILE PHONES IN THE TRASH! IM STILL PRESENTLY GOING TO HAVE TO CALL AGAIN THIS MORNING.

i just did what the app asked me to do. They said I should know within 24 hrs if it works . If it does work I'll let you know as for now 2 stars just for the thought. 4-5 stars if it works ! everybody wants to know if it does , I will let you all know for sure!

Most horrible phone company there is. They are upgrading to 5 G, if you don't know how dangerous 5G is, you better read up on it. The simple mobile phones you have now will not work... They want you to replace it with ones on their websites... The costumer service have imbeciles working there.
